【技术领域】
本发明涉及纺织面料的技术领域,特别是一种吸湿排汗复合面料的技术领域。
【背景技术】
面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异,但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。随着现代社会经济的发展和人民群众生活水平的提高,各类型纤维面料制成的衣服得到了人们的广泛喜爱,现有纤维面料制成的衣服在穿着时,不能对汗液进行吸收排出,造成纤维面料与使用者皮肤的接触处存在汗水积累,从而导致纤维面料制成的衣服出现穿着不适的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种吸湿排汗复合面料,能够使面料内层将人体产生的汗水快速吸附导出,同时还能预防面料外层的水汽进入面料内,具有抑菌防尘效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种吸湿排汗复合面料,包括防水透气层、吸湿透气层、导湿抑菌层、亲水棉纤维纱、麻赛尔纤维、凉感聚乙烯纤维和亚麻纤维,所述防水透气层为拒水微孔薄膜层,所述防水透气层的内侧设置有吸湿透气层,所述吸湿透气层由亲水棉纤维纱作为经线和麻赛尔纤维作为纬线双面垫圈编织而成,所述吸湿透气层的内侧设置有导湿抑菌层,所述导湿抑菌层由凉感聚乙烯纤维和亚麻纤维平纹垫纱编织而成。
作为优选,所述防水透气层为拒水微孔聚乙烯薄膜层,所述防水透气层上均匀分布有多个向外侧透水的单向透水微孔。
作为优选,所述防水透气层内均匀夹设有纳米氧化锌微粒。
作为优选,所述亲水棉纤维纱为亲水七孔棉纤维纱。
作为优选,所述亲水棉纤维纱由多股亲水棉纤维螺旋形绞合构成。
