本发明公开了一种吸湿排汗防水面料,包括防水透气外层、吸湿透气中间层和导湿排汗内层,所述防水透气外层为微孔聚氨酯膜;所述吸湿透气中间层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例2:1排列,所述第一纬线为汉麻纤维,所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维;所述导湿排汗内层由聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成,所述聚酯纤维的截面呈锯齿状;所述吸湿透气中间层和导湿排汗内层通过纺丝线连接,所述吸湿透气中间层和所述防水透气外层通过PU胶粘接在一起。本发明的面料既能抵御雨水和寒风的入侵,又能让人体的汗气、汗液及时排出。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,具体涉及一种吸湿排汗防水面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对贴身衣物的质量要求也越来越高,因此服装面料的舒适性、健康性、安全性和环保性都是人们考虑的重点。伴随着人们在户外活动时间的增加,人们很容易出现汗流浃背情况。但天然纤维以棉为例,其吸湿性能好,但当人的出汗量稍大时,棉纤维会因吸湿膨胀,导致其粘贴在皮肤上产生不适感,同时,水分发散速度也较慢,从而给人体造成一种冷湿感;而合成纤维以涤纶为例,其吸水性小,透湿性能差,出汗后容易产生闷热感。因此传统面料都不能达到吸湿排汗的功能。
目前,存在一种防水吸湿排汗织物,又名可呼吸织物,是一种经PU涂层或贴合后集防水、透湿、防风及保暖性能于一体的织物,既能抵御雨水和寒风的入侵,又能让人体的汗气、汗液及时排出,从而保持人体的干爽和温暖的舒适感。随着各项纺织技术的进展和服用领域的拓展,近年来,防水吸湿排汗面料在技术上有不少新的进展,服用性能日趋完善,但也存在不少问题,例如选用的材料过于老旧传统、设计的成本过高、防水性能和吸湿排汗性能不能同时兼顾等。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中存在的上述缺陷和不足,提供了一种吸湿排汗防水面料,该面料不仅质地柔软保暖,又有利于人体汗液排出,并能长时间地保持防水和排汗的性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种吸湿排汗防水面料,包括防水透气外层、吸湿透气中间层和导湿排汗内层,所述防水透气外层为微孔聚氨酯膜;所述吸湿透气中间层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例2:1排列,所述第一纬线为汉麻纤维,所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维;所述导湿排汗内层由聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成,所述聚酯纤维的截面呈锯齿状;所述吸湿透气中间层和导湿排汗内层通过纺丝线连接,所述吸湿透气中间层和所述防水透气外层通过PU胶粘接在一起。
进一步,所述聚酯纤维为中空管状。
进一步,所述聚酰胺纤维的截面也成锯齿状,所述锯齿状截面的至少一个齿与所述聚酯纤维的锯齿状截面上的至少一个齿相对设置。
进一步,所述聚酰胺纤维为中空管状。
进一步,所述聚氨酯膜为氟单体水性聚氨酯膜。
进一步,所述微孔聚氨酯膜的微孔孔径为0.1-1.0微米。
进一步,所述第二纬线中苎麻纤维与丽赛纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为63%和37%,所述经线中天丝纤维与粘胶纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为30%和70%。
进一步,所述防水透气外层的厚度为0.1mm-0.3mm,所述吸湿透气中间层的厚度为0.3mm-0.45mm,导湿排汗内层的厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明所达到的有益技术效果是:本发明的吸湿排汗防水面料采用多种吸湿透气面料纤维混纺编织,可以起到吸湿排汗的功能,同时把湿气从防水透气外层的微孔排出,其中汉麻纤维的使用,使得透气排汗性能增强,大量的汗水能够及时的吸收然后释放到空气中;本发明使用的聚酯纤维的截面呈锯齿状,这种结构使其具有较大的表面积,从而在形成的织物上产生较大的空隙,有利于汗液的进一步散发;本发明的微孔聚氨酯膜还可以有效防止水渗透到面料中;本发明的吸湿排汗防水面料透气、舒适性好,同时具有良好的穿着舒适感和皮肤亲和性、导湿透气、手感柔软滑爽、弹性好。

如图1-2所示,示出了本发明的吸湿排汗防水面料的结构,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种吸湿排汗防水面料,包括防水透气外层1、吸湿透气中间层2和导湿排汗内层3,所述防水透气外层1为微孔聚氨酯膜,该聚氨酯膜为氟单体水性聚氨酯膜,微孔孔径为0.1微米。所述吸湿透气中间层2由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例2:1排列,所述第一纬线为汉麻纤维,所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,所述苎麻纤维与丽赛纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为63%和37%,所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维,所述天丝纤维与粘胶纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为30%和70%。所述导湿排汗内层3由聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成,所述聚酯纤维的截面呈锯齿状;所述防水透气外层1的厚度为0.1mm,所述吸湿透气中间层2的厚度为0.45mm,导湿排汗内层3的厚度为0.2mm。所述吸湿透气中间层2和导湿排汗内层3通过纺丝线连接,所述吸湿透气中间层2和所述防水透气外层1通过PU胶粘接在一起。
在优选的实施例中,所述聚酰胺纤维为中空管状,中空结构形成空气层,可以很好地保温。
在优选的实施例中,所述聚酰胺纤维的截面也成锯齿状,所述锯齿状截面的至少一个齿与所述聚酯纤维的锯齿状截面上的至少一个齿相对设置。齿与齿的相对设置可以增大纤维之间的空隙,形成巨大的表面,能够快速吸湿排汗,保持皮肤干燥舒适。
在优选的实施例中,所述聚酰胺纤维也为中空管状。形成的中空结构可以进一步起到保温的作用。
实施例2
一种吸湿排汗防水面料,包括防水透气外层1、吸湿透气中间层2和导湿排汗内层3,所述防水透气外层1为微孔聚氨酯膜,该聚氨酯膜为氟单体水性聚氨酯膜,微孔孔径为1.0微米。所述吸湿透气中间层2由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例2:1排列,所述第一纬线为汉麻纤维,所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,所述苎麻纤维与丽赛纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为63%和37%,所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维,所述天丝纤维与粘胶纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为30%和70%。所述导湿排汗内层3由聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成,所述聚酯纤维的截面呈锯齿状;所述防水透气外层1的厚度为0.3mm,所述吸湿透气中间层2的厚度为0.3mm,导湿排汗内层3的厚度为0.1mm。所述吸湿透气中间层2和导湿排汗内层3通过纺丝线连接,所述吸湿透气中间层2和所述防水透气外层1通过PU胶粘接在一起。

在优选的实施例中,所述聚酰胺纤维也为中空管状。
本发明的吸湿排汗防水面料具有透气、舒适性好,同时具有良好的穿着舒适感和皮肤亲和性、导湿透气、手感柔软滑爽、弹性好、防水性好的特点。此外,还兼具一定的保温作用。

1.一种吸湿排汗防水面料,其特征在于,包括防水透气外层、吸湿透气中间层和导湿排汗内层,所述防水透气外层为微孔聚氨酯膜;所述吸湿透气中间层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例2:1排列,所述第一纬线为汉麻纤维,所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维;所述导湿排汗内层由聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成,所述聚酯纤维的截面呈锯齿状;所述吸湿透气中间层和导湿排汗内层通过纺丝线连接,所述吸湿透气中间层和所述防水透气外层通过PU胶粘接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿排汗防水面料,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维为中空管状。
