A columnar iron tower rod welding and seam-closing integrated machine is characterized by comprising a first base plate (1), a first support frame (2), a second support frame (3), a third support frame (4), a second base plate (5), a driving device (6), a plurality of groups of rotating devices (7), a plurality of groups of clamping devices (8), a surface treatment device, a welding device (9), a pressing device (10) and an auxiliary fixing device (11), wherein the first support frame (2), the second support frame (3) and the third support frame (4) are sequentially arranged on the first base plate (1), the second base plate (5) is slidably arranged on the first base plate (1), the driving device (6) is arranged on the first base plate (1), the driving device (6) drives the second base plate (5) to transversely move back and forth on the first base plate (1), the plurality of groups of rotating devices (7) are symmetrically and fixedly arranged at the top end of the second base plate (5), a plurality of groups of clamping devices (8) are symmetrically and fixedly arranged at the top end of the second substrate (5), a surface treatment device is arranged at the top of the first support frame (2), a welding device (9) is fixedly arranged between the second support frame (3) and the third support frame (4), a pressing device (10) is arranged at the top of the third support frame (4), and an auxiliary fixing device (11) is arranged at the top of the second support frame (3);
the surface treatment device comprises a plurality of groups of first air cylinders (12), a third base plate (13), a grinding machine (14) and grinding wheels (15), wherein fixed ends of the tops of the plurality of groups of first air cylinders (12) are fixedly arranged at the top of the first supporting frame (2), moving ends of the bottoms of the plurality of groups of first air cylinders (12) are fixedly arranged at the top end of the third base plate (13), the grinding machine (14) is arranged on the third base plate (13), the grinding wheels (15) are concentrically arranged at the output end of the grinding machine (14), and the grinding wheels (15) are positioned below the third base plate (13);
the welding device (9) comprises a plurality of groups of second cylinders (16), a fourth substrate (17), a welding machine (18), a feeding machine (19) and a feeding gun (20), wherein the fixed ends of the tops of the plurality of groups of second cylinders (16) are installed on a second supporting frame (3) and a third supporting frame (4), the moving ends of the bottoms of the plurality of groups of second cylinders (16) are all fixedly installed at the top end of the fourth substrate (17), the welding machine (18) is fixedly installed on the fourth substrate (17), a welding gun is arranged at the bottom end of the welding machine (18), the welding gun extends out of the bottom end of the fourth substrate (17), the feeding machine (19) is installed on the fourth substrate (17), and the feeding gun (20) is arranged on the feeding machine (19);
the driving device (6) comprises a first motor (21), a reciprocating lead screw (22) and a reciprocating slide block (23), the bottom end of the first motor (21) is connected with the top end of a first substrate (1), the reciprocating lead screw (22) is transversely installed above the first substrate (1) in a rotating mode, the output end of the first motor (21) is concentrically installed with the reciprocating lead screw (22), the reciprocating slide block (23) is installed on the reciprocating lead screw (22) in a matched mode, and the top end of the reciprocating slide block (23) is connected with the bottom end of a second substrate (5).

The welding and seaming integrated machine for the rod body of the columnar iron tower as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressing device (10) comprises two groups of third air cylinders (24) and two groups of first pressing wheels (25), fixed ends of the tops of the two groups of third air cylinders (24) are fixedly arranged at the top end of the third supporting frame (4), and the two groups of first pressing wheels (25) are respectively arranged at moving ends of the bottoms of the two groups of third air cylinders (24);
the auxiliary fixing device (11) comprises two groups of fourth cylinders (26) and two groups of second pressing wheels (27), the top fixing ends of the two groups of fourth cylinders (26) are fixedly installed at the top end of the second supporting frame (3), and the two groups of second pressing wheels (27) are installed at the bottom moving ends of the two groups of third cylinders (24) respectively.

The welding and seaming integrated machine for the rod body of the columnar iron tower as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating device (7) comprises a hydraulic cylinder (28), a fourth supporting frame (29), a second motor (30), a speed reducer (31) and supporting wheels (32), the fixed end of the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder (28) is connected with the top end of the second base plate (5), the fourth supporting frame (29) is fixedly installed at the top end moving end of the hydraulic cylinder (28), the second motor (30) and the speed reducer (31) are fixedly installed on the fourth supporting frame (29), the output end of the second motor (30) is connected with the input end of the speed reducer (31), and the supporting wheels (32) are concentrically arranged at the output end of the speed reducer (31).

The machine for welding and seaming a rod body of a columnar iron tower as recited in claim 1, wherein the clamping device (8) comprises a fifth supporting frame (33), a fifth cylinder (34) and a clamping ring (35), the fifth supporting frame (33) is fixedly installed on the second base plate (5), a fixed end of the fifth cylinder (34) is fixedly installed on the fifth supporting frame (33), the clamping ring (35) is fixedly installed on a moving end of the fifth cylinder (34), and the clamping ring (35) is arc-shaped.

The welding and seam all-in-one machine for the columnar iron tower bodies according to claim 1, further comprising a pneumatic recovery pump (36) and a recovery pipe (37), wherein the pneumatic recovery pump (36) is installed on a fourth base plate (17), the input end of the pneumatic recovery pump (36) is communicated with the recovery pipe (37), the input end of the recovery pipe (37) penetrates through the fourth base plate (17) and extends out of the bottom end of the fourth base plate (17), and the output end of the pneumatic recovery pump (36) extends into the feeding machine (19).
