Preferably, the magnetic connection table comprises a connection housing 26 and an electromagnet 27 accommodated in the connection housing 26, wherein the electromagnet 27 is configured to generate a magnetic field to fix the workpiece to be coated on a side of the connection housing 26 facing away from the rotating base.
Preferably, the electric control cabinet door sealing and gluing device further comprises a control switch, and the control switch is connected with the electromagnet 27.
The electromagnet 27 is simple to control, good in fixing effect and suitable for quickly taking and placing workpieces to be coated.
Preferably, the support component 1 further includes a plurality of connection platforms 28 and a plurality of friction balls 29, the connection platforms 28 and the friction balls 29 are equal in number and correspond to each other one by one, one side of the connection platform 28 is fixedly connected with one side of the support platform facing the magnetic connection platform, a holding space is formed on one side of the connection platform 28 departing from the support platform, the friction balls 29 are accommodated in the holding space, and the friction balls 29 are in rolling contact with the magnetic connection platform.

The sealing and gluing device for the electric control cabinet door is characterized by comprising a supporting component, a distance control component, a coating component and a feeding component, wherein the distance control component is connected with the coating component and is used for controlling the distance from the coating component to a workpiece to be coated;
the supporting component comprises a supporting component and a driving component, and the supporting component is used for fixedly supporting the workpiece to be coated on one side close to the coating component; the driving assembly is used for driving the workpiece to be coated to rotate;
the feeding part comprises a control valve, a feeding tank and a feeding pipe, a discharge hole of the feeding tank is communicated with a feed hole of the control valve through a pipeline, a discharge hole of the control valve is communicated with the feeding pipe, and sizing materials are stored in the feeding tank;
the coating part comprises a connecting shell, a coating wheel and a shaft lever, the connecting shell comprises a main lever and two connecting side plates, the two connecting side plates are parallel to each other and are respectively connected to two sides of the main lever, the coating wheel is rotatably connected with the two connecting side plates through the shaft lever, the coating wheel is arranged between the two connecting side plates, and the coating wheel is used for coating a rubber material on the surface of a workpiece to be coated; one end of the main rod, which is far away from the coating wheel, is hinged with the distance control component;
the main rod is provided with a communicating hole, and the feeding pipe penetrates through the communicating hole to convey the sizing material to the surface of the coating wheel.
2. The electric control cabinet door sealing and gluing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distance control component comprises a support base, a first mounting plate, a second mounting plate, a fixed seat, a sliding block, a screw rod, a driving motor, a guide rod and a fixed rod;
the supporting base is used for contacting with the ground, the first mounting plate, the second mounting plate and the fixed seat are all fixedly connected with one side of the supporting base departing from the ground, the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are arranged in parallel, the screw rod is rotatably arranged between the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate, the first mounting plate is provided with a mounting hole, an output shaft of the driving motor passes through the mounting hole to be coaxially and fixedly connected with the screw rod, the guide rod is parallel to the screw rod, one end of the guide rod is connected with the first mounting plate, the other end of the guide rod is connected with the second mounting plate, a transmission hole and a through hole are formed in the sliding block, an internal thread is formed in the transmission hole, the internal thread is used for being matched with the screw rod to be penetrated, and the through hole is used for being matched with the guide rod to be penetrated;
the fixing seat is arranged on one side of the supporting base, which is far away from the ground, and the fixing seat is hinged with one end, which is far away from the coating wheel, of the main rod; one end of the fixed rod is hinged to the sliding block, and the other end of the fixed rod is hinged to the main rod.

The electric control cabinet door sealing and gluing device according to claim 2, wherein the coating component further comprises an auxiliary wheel, the coating wheel and the auxiliary wheel are arranged in parallel, the auxiliary wheel is directly contacted with the workpiece to be coated, the auxiliary wheel comprises a hub, a tire and a connecting frame, the hub and the connecting frame are rotatably connected, the number of the connecting side plates and the number of the auxiliary wheels are equal and correspond to each other one by one, the connecting frame and one side of the corresponding connecting side plate, which is far away from the coating wheel, are fixedly connected, and the hub and the tire are fixedly connected;
the electric control cabinet door seals rubberizing device still includes control assembly, control assembly includes PLC and pressure sensor, PLC respectively with driving motor with the support component electricity is connected, pressure sensor set up in the tire with between the wheel hub, pressure sensor with the PLC electricity is connected.

The electric control cabinet door sealing and gluing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the driving assembly comprises a rotating motor, a first belt pulley and a rotating base, the supporting assembly comprises a magnetic connecting table, and the magnetic connecting table is arranged on one side of the rotating base, which faces away from the ground; an output shaft of the rotating motor is fixedly connected with the first belt pulley, and the rotating motor rotates through the first belt pulley to drive the magnetic connecting table to rotate; the magnetic connecting table is used for supporting a workpiece to be coated.

The electric control cabinet door sealing and gluing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the rotating base comprises a supporting seat, a connecting shaft and a second belt pulley; the first belt pulley with the second belt pulley passes through belt drive, the supporting seat is used for supporting the magnetic connection platform, the supporting seat is formed with and is used for accommodating the accommodating space of second belt pulley, the one end of connecting axle with the coaxial fixed connection of second belt pulley, the other end of connecting axle is worn out the supporting seat with magnetic connection platform fixed connection, just the connecting axle with the supporting seat rotates to be connected.

The electric control cabinet door sealing and gluing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the magnetic connection table comprises a connection housing and an electromagnet accommodated in the connection housing, and the electromagnet is used for generating a magnetic field to fix the workpiece to be coated on a side of the connection housing away from the rotating base.
7. The electric control cabinet door sealing and gluing device according to claim 6, further comprising a control switch, wherein the control switch is connected with the electromagnet.

The electric control cabinet door seal adhesive applying device according to claim 5, wherein the supporting component further comprises a plurality of connecting tables and a plurality of friction balls, the connecting tables and the friction balls are equal in number and correspond to each other one by one, one side of each connecting table is fixedly connected with one side, facing the magnetic connecting table, of the supporting table, a containing space is formed on one side, facing away from the supporting table, of each connecting table, the friction balls are contained in the containing space, and the friction balls are in rolling contact with the magnetic connecting tables.
9. The electric control cabinet door sealing and gluing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the hub is a metal structural member.
10. The electric control cabinet door sealing and gluing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the tire is a rubber structural member.
