一种便于转运可喷涂的无纺胚布加工设备
技术领域
本发明属于无纺布加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种便于转运可喷涂的无纺胚布加工设备。
背景技术
无纺布是一种环保材料,是非织造布料,无需采用编织,主要通过将纺织短纤维或长丝进行定向或随机排列,形成纤网结构,然后采用机械、热粘或化学等方法加固而成。无纺胚布是已经经过分切工序后等待涂料和再处理的物料,且无纺胚布的喷涂和转运通常是分开进行,使得其加工设备较为复杂,不能实现一体化加工和加工流水线,加工效率较低,整个加工生产线自动化程度较低。且无纺胚布的固定难以保证,一般通过送料辊进行送料会使得送料过程中会出现偏移的现象,且无纺胚布的固定对后续加工尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种便于转运可喷涂的无纺胚布加工设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种便于转运可喷涂的无纺胚布加工设备,包括环形导轨、清理室、喷涂室和烘干室,所述环形导轨一端依次伸入清理室、喷涂室和烘干室内,且环形导轨另一端底部安装有支撑杆,所述支撑杆上安装有工控屏,所述环形导轨上安装有多个电动滑块,所述电动滑块底部安装有转轴,所述转轴底部安装有上夹框,所述上夹框两侧均安装有电机,所述电机下方设置有螺杆,所述螺杆底部之间安装有下夹框,所述上夹框和下夹框内均设置有凹槽,且上夹框和下夹框一侧均安装有多个气缸;
所述清理室内设置有多个毛刷帘,所述喷涂室两侧壁上安装有多个电子喷涂头,所述烘干室两侧对称安装有电加热板。
优选的,电子喷涂头包括半圆喷头和固定座,所述半圆喷头安装在固定座一侧,所述固定座固定安装在喷涂室侧壁上,且固定座内安装有导管,所述每一侧的多个半圆喷头的导管之间管道连接,所述半圆喷头上设置有多个喷眼。
优选的,所述下夹框两侧均安装有固定套,且下夹框通过固定套安装在螺杆上,所述螺杆底部安装有限位块。
优选的,所述气缸一侧设置有推杆,所述推杆伸入凹槽内,且推杆一端安装有推板,所述凹槽一侧内壁设置有垫板。
优选的,所述清理室和烘干室下方均安装有收集槽。
优选的,所述喷涂室底部安装有回收箱,所述回收箱轮廓与喷涂室一致,且回收箱与导管连通。
优选的,所述清理室、烘干室和喷涂室下方均安装有多个万向轮,所述支撑杆底部安装有万向轮。
优选的,所述电子喷涂头、电机、气缸和电动滑块均与工控屏电性连接。
优选的,所述上夹框和下夹框之间均安装有无纺胚布。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:
1)通过环形导轨、清理室、喷涂室和烘干室的设置使得无纺胚布的清理、喷涂、烘干均能实现加工流水线,便于提高加工效率;
2)通过上夹框和下夹框配合气缸和推板使得无纺胚布固定牢固,不易发生偏移,且螺杆的设置使得能够根据无纺胚布的尺寸进行更好地夹紧固定;
3)同时,转轴的设置使得无纺胚布在进行清理、喷涂、烘干时能够旋转,有利于增强加工效果;
4)此外,电子喷涂头配合导管和回收箱实现喷涂液的循环利用,且整个加工均由工控屏控制,自动化程度较高。
5)且万向轮的设置使得整个装置方便移动。

结合附图1-5所示,一种便于转运可喷涂的无纺胚布加工设备,包括环形导轨7、清理室5、喷涂室3和烘干室22,所述环形导轨7一端依次伸入清理室5、喷涂室3和烘干室22内,且环形导轨7另一端底部安装有支撑杆15,所述支撑杆15上安装有工控屏16,所述环形导轨7上安装有多个电动滑块10,所述电动滑块10底部安装有转轴13,所述转轴13底部安装有上夹框11,转轴13用于带动上夹框11旋转,所述上夹框11两侧均安装有电机8,所述电机8下方设置有螺杆12,所述螺杆12底部之间安装有下夹框19,所述上夹框11和下夹框12内均设置有凹槽20,用于夹紧物料,且上夹框11和下夹框12一侧均安装有多个气缸9,用于进一步夹紧物料;
所述清理室5内设置有多个毛刷帘6,用于物料上的细尘清理,所述喷涂室3两侧壁上安装有多个电子喷涂头4,用于对物料进行喷涂,所述烘干室22两侧对称安装有电加热板22,用于对物料进行加热烘干。
电子喷涂头4包括半圆喷头29和固定座27,所述半圆喷头29安装在固定座27一侧,所述固定座27固定安装在喷涂室3侧壁上,且固定座27内安装有导管28,所述每一侧的多个半圆喷头29的导管28之间管道连接,所述半圆喷头29上设置有多个喷眼30,通过喷眼30对物料进行喷涂。
所述下夹框19两侧均安装有固定套21,且下夹框19通过固定套21安装在螺杆12上,所述螺杆12底部安装有限位块18,防止下夹框19从螺杆12底部脱落。
所述气缸9一侧设置有推杆26,所述推杆26伸入凹槽20内,且推杆26一端安装有推板25,所述凹槽20一侧内壁设置有垫板24,推板25配合垫板24对物料进行夹紧。
所述清理室5和烘干室22下方均安装有收集槽2,分别对物料产生的细尘和废屑进行收集;所述喷涂室3底部安装有回收箱1,用于对喷涂液进行回收,所述回收箱1轮廓与喷涂室3一致,且回收箱1与导管28连通,有利于实现喷涂液的循环利用。
所述清理室5、烘干室22和喷涂室3下方均安装有多个万向轮17,所述支撑杆15底部安装有万向轮17,万向轮17的设置方便移动。
所述电子喷涂头4、电机8、气缸9和电动滑块10均与工控屏16电性连接,均由工控屏16控制。
所述上夹框11和下夹框19之间均安装有无纺胚布14。
本发明的具体工作原理如下:将无纺胚布14由上夹框11内的推板25进行夹紧固定,并根据无纺胚布14的尺寸启动电机8带动螺杆12从而使得固定套21带动下夹框19在螺杆12上进行升降。然后,启动气缸9,推动推板25将无纺胚布14底部夹紧在凹槽20内。此时,由工控屏16控制电动滑块10沿着环形导轨7带动已安装好的无纺胚布14依次向前送料,送料过程中由转轴13控制上夹框11、下夹框19带动无纺胚布14缓慢旋转。当无纺胚布14进入到清理室5内,由多个毛刷帘6对无纺胚布14进行细尘清理,并由收集槽2进行收集。当无纺胚布14进入喷涂室3内通过多个电子喷涂头4进行喷涂处理,喷涂液通过导管28由多个喷眼30进行喷射。滴落的喷涂液由回收箱1进行回收,并配合导管28实现循环利用。当喷涂完毕,无纺胚布14进入到烘干室22内,由电加热板23对无纺胚布13两面进行烘干,烘干室22底部由收集槽2进行收集。无纺胚布14进过清理、喷涂、烘干后,继续沿着环形导轨7转移。整个装置通过万向轮17的设置能够方便装置整体的转运。

1.一种便于转运可喷涂的无纺胚布加工设备,包括环形导轨(7)、清理室(5)、喷涂室(3)和烘干室(22),其特征在于:所述环形导轨(7)一端依次伸入清理室(5)、喷涂室(3)和烘干室(22)内,且环形导轨(7)另一端底部安装有支撑杆(15),所述支撑杆(15)上安装有工控屏(16),所述环形导轨(7)上安装有多个电动滑块(10),所述电动滑块(10)底部安装有转轴(13),所述转轴(13)底部安装有上夹框(11),所述上夹框(11)两侧均安装有电机(8),所述电机(8)下方设置有螺杆(12),所述螺杆(12)底部之间安装有下夹框(19),所述上夹框(11)和下夹框(12)内均设置有凹槽(20),且上夹框(11)和下夹框(12)一侧均安装有多个气缸(9);
所述清理室(5)内设置有多个毛刷帘(6),所述喷涂室(3)两侧壁上安装有多个电子喷涂头(4),所述烘干室(22)两侧对称安装有电加热板(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于转运可喷涂的无纺胚布加工设备,其特征在于:电子喷涂头(4)包括半圆喷头(29)和固定座(27),所述半圆喷头(29)安装在固定座(27)一侧,所述固定座(27)固定安装在喷涂室(3)侧壁上,且固定座(27)内安装有导管(28),所述每一侧的多个半圆喷头(29)的导管(28)之间管道连接,所述半圆喷头(29)上设置有多个喷眼(30)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于转运可喷涂的无纺胚布加工设备,其特征在于:所述下夹框(19)两侧均安装有固定套(21),且下夹框(19)通过固定套(21)安装在螺杆(12)上,所述螺杆(12)底部安装有限位块(18)。
