The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention discloses an auditory canal cleanser containing tea tree oil for pets, which comprises tea tree oil/casein modified microspheres, glycerol and cellulose derivatives as main components, wherein the tea tree oil/casein modified microspheres have the effects of sterilizing, relieving pain and diminishing inflammation, the glycerol has the effects of lubricating and moistening, and the cellulose derivatives have the effects of cleaning and maintaining liquid balance. The tea tree oil-containing auditory canal cleanser for pets, which is prepared by the invention, is simple in ingredients, environment-friendly, mild in performance, less in irritation and strong in sterilizing and cleaning effects, and can play a role in easing pain and diminishing inflammation.
2. The invention uses casein and sophocarpine to form microspheres, and wraps the tea tree oil into the microspheres in an oil-in-water mode, so that the tea tree oil is not volatilized completely in a short time, and the effects of pain relieving and inflammation diminishing of sophocarpine can be achieved. As the casein is a completely biodegradable material and has no harm to organisms, the small molecular polypeptide obtained by degrading the casein in the microspheres can be gradually released by degrading the encapsulated tea tree oil through the casein, so that the tea tree oil can play an antibacterial and bactericidal role in the auditory canals of pets for a longer time.
3. The invention uses sophocarpine to modify casein, so as to prepare the shell of the oil-in-water microsphere. The alkaline tertiary amine bond in sophocarpine can increase the polarity of hydrophobic domain of hydrophobic amino acid residue, thereby increasing hydrophilicity, and thus can be more easily stably existed in water solution. Then the oleophilic tea tree oil is wrapped in the microsphere shell to form the tea tree oil/casein modified microsphere with the functions of slow release, antibiosis, anti-inflammation and analgesia.

For the purpose of more clearly illustrating the present invention and more clearly understanding the technical features, objects and advantages of the present invention, the technical solutions of the present invention will now be described in detail below, but are not to be construed as limiting the implementable scope of the present invention.
Tea tree oil is an important pharmaceutical chemical raw material, and can efficiently kill bacteria and viruses on the surface of skin. The application in antibiosis is quite wide, and more than 100 first-aid purposes exist. The tea tree oil has unique sterilization and cleaning effects, has broad-spectrum antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects, has antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus, and also has strong sterilization effects on viruses and fungi. However, tea tree oil is a volatile oil and is extremely insoluble in water, which greatly limits the use and storage of the cleanser.
Sophocarpine is one of the main alkaloids contained in Sophora alopecuroides L of Leguminosae, has antibacterial and insecticidal effects, and has effects of inhibiting central nerve, relieving pain and diminishing inflammation, and its molecule contains alkaline tertiary amine bond.

s4, weighing tea tree oil and dichloromethane, mixing the tea tree oil and the dichloromethane into a reactor, fully stirring and dissolving, and then adding acetic acid to adjust the pH value of the liquid to 4.0-5.0 to obtain a tea tree oil solution;
wherein the mass ratio of the tea tree oil to the dichloromethane is 1: 5-8;
s5, dropwise adding the mixed reaction liquid into the tea tree oil solution at a stirring speed of 300-500 rpm, continuously adding acetic acid in the dropwise adding process to keep the pH value of the liquid in the reactor at 4.0-5.0, continuously stirring for 1-4 h after all the mixed reaction liquid is added, standing for 5-10 h, centrifugally collecting solid precipitates, washing the precipitates with distilled water for at least three times, and performing freeze drying treatment to obtain tea tree oil/casein modified microspheres;
wherein the volume ratio of the tea tree oil solution to the mixed reaction liquid is 1: 2.2-2.8.
