The invention can realize the functions of washing, rinsing, feeding, discharging and the like in the same cleaning cavity 41, thereby greatly simplifying the system structure, reducing the equipment and the cost and flexibly meeting the small-scale cleaning service.
The centrifugal force is changed by adjusting the rotating speed of the roller, so that the falling height of the cleaned objects is changed, and the change of the brushing force is realized; the change of the washing force can be realized by changing the pressure of the high-pressure water jet; the adjustment of the comprehensive washing effect can be realized by changing the cleaning time; the diameter of the roller can be changed to meet the requirements of different scenes due to the change of the volume and the cleaning amount of the cleaning object.

Claims (10)
1. The roller type cleaning machine is characterized by comprising,
a body; a cleaning cavity is arranged in the machine body;
the cleaning roller is pivoted in the cleaning cavity; a plurality of brush head assemblies and a plurality of guide pieces are arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning roller and are circumferentially distributed at intervals around the central axis of the cleaning roller; the guide piece is arranged between every two adjacent brush head assemblies; the guide piece is used for jacking the cleaning objects in the rotating process of the cleaning roller;
the driving assembly is used for driving the cleaning roller to rotate;
the feeding device is arranged on the machine body and is used for conveying the cleaning objects into the cleaning roller;
and the discharging device is arranged on the machine body and is used for guiding out the cleaning objects of the cleaning roller.
2. A drum type washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said washing drum is formed in an integral molding process;
alternatively, the wash drum comprises a plurality of brush plates; the plurality of brushing wall plates are sequentially assembled in the circumferential direction; the brush head assembly and the guide piece are arranged on each brushing wall plate.
3. A drum type washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein said brush wall plate is provided with a plurality of water holes.
4. A drum type washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein said washing drum comprises two drum sleeves, a plurality of scrubbing wall plates being sequentially distributed at intervals in a circumferential direction of the drum sleeves; two ends of each brushing wallboard are respectively connected with the two roller sleeves.

The drum type washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the guide member includes a guide boss having a first working surface for guiding the washing object to move close to an inner wall of the washing drum and drop to the brush head when the washing drum rotates in the first direction and a second working surface; the second working surface is used for guiding the cleaning objects to be far away from the inner wall of the cleaning roller and fall to the discharging device when the cleaning roller rotates around the second direction.
6. The drum-type washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said driving assembly includes a motor, a gear, and a toothed ring fitted over an outer wall of said washing drum; the gear is meshed with the gear ring; and a rotating shaft of the motor is connected with the gear.
7. A drum-type washing machine as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that said driving assembly comprises four supporting wheels provided at the bottom end of the washing drum at the four corners thereof, respectively, each supporting wheel being in rolling engagement with the outer wall of the washing drum.
8. A drum cleaning machine according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the machine body is provided with a high-pressure water jet mechanism comprising a high-pressure water pipe for introducing high-pressure water into the cleaning drum.
9. The tumble washer according to any of the claims 8, characterized in that the water inlet end of the high pressure water pipe is provided with a water valve for adjusting the water outlet rhythm under the control of a preset program to match the water demand of different washing stages.
10. A drum cleaning machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said feeding device is a hopper; the discharging device is a discharging hopper, and the outlet end of the feeding hopper penetrates into the cleaning roller; the inlet end of the discharge hopper is communicated into the cleaning roller.
