the application layer comprises an ex-warehouse reservation management subsystem, a material information input management subsystem, a bidirectional evaluation and assessment management subsystem, a logistics information transaction platform and a command vehicle allocation platform;
the warehouse-in and warehouse-out reservation management subsystem controls warehouse-in and warehouse-out operation of goods in the whole course by means of the mobile platform and the goods and materials checking tool, and automatically checks three-order data including a goods arrival check order, a delivery order and a quality insurance order; the warehousing and ex-warehouse management subsystem comprises a warehousing reservation module, an ex-warehouse application module, a warehousing examination module, an ex-warehouse confirmation module and an empty vehicle reporting module;
the material information input management subsystem is matched with an optimal line and an optimal working mode through big data analysis and model calculation, provides data reference and technical support for material distribution of suppliers, car owners and logistics companies, and optimizes distribution lines and distribution vehicles; the material information input management subsystem comprises a vehicle source information module, an intelligent matching module, a goods source information module, a logistics management module, a special line information module, an order recording module and an information bulletin module;
the two-way evaluation, assessment and management subsystem is used for evaluating central personnel, suppliers, logistics companies and vehicle owners according to different evaluation authorities and evaluation indexes; carrying out mathematical statistics on the evaluation result, and displaying the evaluation result to a user in a form of a chart and a report; the two-way evaluation and assessment management subsystem comprises a warehousing mutual evaluation system and a ex-warehouse mutual evaluation system, wherein the warehousing mutual evaluation system comprises a supplier evaluation employee module, an owner evaluation employee module, an employee evaluation supplier module and an employee evaluation owner module; the ex-warehouse mutual evaluation system comprises a logistics company evaluation employee module and an employee evaluation logistics company module;
the logistics information transaction platform relies on central business, counts and summarizes logistics information including vehicle issuing source information, goods source information, driver information, vehicle issuing information and special line information, mines data, and constructs a logistics information transaction platform by using big data, so that online sharing of logistics information is realized, and suppliers, logistics companies and vehicle owners issue tasks, receive tasks and manage vehicles in the process in a system;
the command vehicle allocation platform is used for summarizing the data of the warehousing materials and the data of the ex-warehouse materials by the system, analyzing and making an optimal working mode, and informing a logistics company to arrange vehicle warehousing operation in a specified time period; under the condition of distribution of the distribution vehicle center, the system automatically releases information on a trading platform, optimally extracts data and automatically matches the distributable vehicles.
