In the process layer, the whole project cycle is divided into pre-sale, project establishment, requirement, research and development, delivery, sale, reimbursement and post-sale, and for the life cycle of the project, some capabilities need to be provided to realize project collaborative management, so that a capability layer needs to be established.
The capability layer is a capability support of the whole platform, and mainly realizes task disassembly and cooperation and process progress tracking through online editing, task assignment and task tracking, and leaves a trace in the process and falls into a library; the authority management of the minimum granularity is realized through the authority management and control, so that the leakage of important information is avoided; the member can be quickly searched through instant messaging, and the authority of the member is set by combining authority control; various types of project scenes are met through personalized configuration, and requirements such as deliverables required by different nodes can be set for each project; the risk early warning and Business Intelligence (BI) large screen can be combined to quickly see the item with risk and the risk reason, so that a project manager can follow up the processing in time. Of course, the stage of the current project and the task completion condition can be clearly seen from the BI large screen; the difference between the actual man-hour input amount of tasks at each stage of each project and the estimated man-hour can be clearly recorded through the man-hour budget, and the cost of the project is calculated; user data isolation is achieved through Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
In order to visually manage the project, a presentation layer is required to be provided to display the data. The presentation layer is an operation entrance of all users, displays data of each project task, transmits interaction data of the users and the platform to the capability layer, and the capability layer processes the interaction data and then transmits the interaction data back to the presentation layer and the process layer.
The project management platform provided by the embodiment comprises an ability layer, a flow layer and a presentation layer; the presentation layer is an operation entrance of all users and is used for displaying data of each project task; the interactive data of the user and the platform are transmitted to the capability layer so that the capability layer can process the interactive data and then transmit the processed interactive data back to the presentation layer and the flow layer; the process layer is used for managing the life cycle of the whole project and controlling the stage flow direction of the project; the capability layer is used for providing basic services required by the presentation layer and the flow layer and receiving and processing the requests of all users; the basic service at least comprises authority management, online editing, task assignment, task tracking and risk early warning. In the platform, the capability layer is used as a support for the presentation layer and the process layer, so that data in a service scene and interactive data between a user and the platform can be displayed through the presentation layer, that is, visualization of project data is realized, and management efficiency is improved; the cooperation in the project process is realized through online editing, authority management, task assignment and task tracking in the capability layer; risk and weak links in the project process can be known by the user through risk early warning, and then the risk and the weak links in the project task can be solved by the user in time, so that the project can be rapidly delivered.
In implementation, the basic services used by the capability layer to provide rights management required by the presentation layer and the flow layer include:
acquiring a user requirement pool created by a first user, and acquiring a project task from the user requirement pool;
after receiving an instruction sent by a second user, issuing the project task to a third user;
acquiring a document sent by a third user; the document is obtained by editing the related data of the project task by a third user;
and when a request for accessing the document is received and the authority corresponding to the request meets the condition, opening the corresponding authority of the operation document.
Different members associated with the project manage different services throughout the project lifecycle. In this embodiment, the first user, the second user, and the third user refer to persons related to the item. The first user is typically referred to as a pre-sales person, the second user is typically referred to as an administrator or project manager, and the third user is typically referred to as a project member (developer). The first user, namely the pre-sale personnel, feeds back and establishes project information in the project management system after setting up projects according to project setting rules through communicating with customers, mining, guiding, promoting, expanding and landing user requirements. Since a project usually includes multiple parties, and all parties of the project may present demands, in this embodiment, a user demand pool is established to register all demands, so as to avoid missing any one demand as much as possible. When the project task needs to be executed, the project task can be obtained from the user requirement pool. It should be noted that, in practice, in addition to the pre-sale user creating the demand pool, the administrator or project manager may also create the user demand pool.
When a project task needs to be executed, a second user, namely a manager or a project manager, generally assigns a task, and after receiving an instruction of issuing the project task from the second user, the project task is sent to a third user, namely a project member. The time for issuing the project task to the third user is not limited, and the project task may be issued to the third user immediately after receiving an instruction issued by the second user, or may be issued to the third user after a preset time after receiving an instruction issued by the second user. In order to improve the delivery efficiency of the project task, the project task is preferably sent to the third user immediately or after waiting for a short time after receiving the instruction from the second user.
And the third user receives the project task, starts to complete the project task, and can record the work output in the document in the process of completing the project task. The working output comprises the actual working output and also comprises the projected working output. The actual work output refers to data related to a project, such as the state of the project task, the man-hour data of the project task, the node information of the project task, the delivery of the project task, and the like, generated in the process of executing the project task. Work outputs such as estimated man-hours to perform project tasks, estimated cost man-hours, etc. are estimated. And editing the related data of the project task by a third user to obtain a document. In implementation, data related to the project may be archived according to a specified requirement or format for ease of managing and viewing the document. In addition, a third user can edit the document online, and can also upload the document after editing the document offline.
If the document recorded with the data related to the project is obtained, any person can operate the current document if the document is not provided with the authority, and although the document is convenient for the personnel related to the project to check, the personnel unrelated to the project can steal the data of the project, so that the safety of the project is affected. Therefore, the security of the document is improved by setting the rights to the document here. The rights to the document are not limited. The file authority at least comprises an updating editing authority, a viewing authority, a downloading authority and a deleting authority. If the authority is satisfied, all the authorities (such as updating editing authority, viewing authority, downloading authority and the like) are opened, which may cause some project-related members to randomly tamper with data related to the project, and when other project-related members access the document, wrong data information may be obtained. Therefore, in order to improve the security of the document and ensure the accuracy of the data in the document as much as possible, in the implementation, the authority can be minimized, that is, when the corresponding authority is requested to meet the condition, the corresponding authority of the operation document is opened. The operation document here includes at least update edit document, view document, download document, delete document. Meanwhile, in practice, corresponding permissions can be opened according to the importance degree of the document and the classification of the user accessing the document. If the corresponding authority is requested to update the editing document, if the authority capable of updating the editing document is satisfied, the authority for updating the editing document is opened. And determining the specific open authority according to the actual situation. If the authority for updating the edited document is provided, the authority for viewing the document is necessarily provided, so that when the edited document is required to be updated, the corresponding authority required to be updated can comprise the updating editing authority and the authority for viewing the document, and when the updating editing authority and the authority for viewing the document meet the conditions, the authority for viewing the document and the updating editing authority are opened; the authority corresponding to the request can only contain the updating editing authority, and then when the authority corresponding to the operation document is opened, the updating editing authority and the viewing authority are opened as long as the updating editing authority meets the condition. The order of opening the permissions is not limited, the two permissions can be opened at the same time, or the editing permission can be opened and updated after the viewing permission is opened first.
The capability layer provided by the embodiment is used for rights management in the provided basic service, and comprises the following steps: acquiring a user requirement pool created by a first user, and acquiring a project task from the user requirement pool; after receiving an instruction sent by a second user, issuing the project task to a third user; acquiring a document sent by a third user; the document is obtained by editing related data of the project task by a third user; and when a request for accessing the document is received and the authority corresponding to the request meets the condition, opening the corresponding authority of the operation document. In the authority management provided by the embodiment, when the authority corresponding to the request meets the condition, the corresponding authority of the operation document is opened, the safety of data in the document is ensured as much as possible, and compared with the traditional mode of managing a form by one person, the authority management provided by the embodiment has the advantages that the user request meeting the authority can operate the document, so that the user knows the condition of project task, the project is cooperatively managed by each user, and the project delivery efficiency is improved.
In implementation, the basic services used by the capability layer to provide task assignments required by the presentation layer and the flow layer include:
establishing a first data transmission link with a communication service;
pushing a message representing a project task to be executed to a third user through a communication service by utilizing a first data transmission link;
and issuing the project task to a third user according to the node information corresponding to the preset project task and the deliverable rule to be produced by the project task.
Communication services refer to chat tools such as WeChat, etc. An output transmission link is established between the platform and the WeChat, a message containing the project task to be executed is sent to the WeChat, and the third user can obtain the project task to be executed by checking the WeChat. Node information of project tasks, and rules of delivered goods to be produced are generally determined according to specific projects. And the projects are different, and the node information of the projects, the rules of the delivered goods to be produced and the like are different. The node information set by the project task, the rules of the delivered goods to be produced, and the like are not limited and are determined according to actual conditions.
The calling communication service provided by the embodiment pushes the project task message to the relevant members, and according to the prompt message, the third user can timely know the project task to be executed and process the project task, so that the delivery efficiency of the project task is improved; and sending the project task containing the node information of the project and the to-be-produced object rule of the project to a third user, so that the third user can analyze the progress of the actual project to be executed according to the predicted data in the project execution process and know the difference between the data in the actual execution process and the data in the predicted execution process.
In implementation, the basic service used by the capability layer to provide risk early warning required by the presentation layer and the process layer includes:
under the condition that the project task is completed within a preset time length, acquiring actual working hours and estimated working hours corresponding to each node; acquiring a first node of which the actual working hours exceed the expected working hours; carrying out overtime early warning on the first node;
under the condition that the project task is not completed within the preset time length, respectively acquiring a completed node and an uncompleted node in the project task; when the node is a finished node, acquiring actual working hours and expected working hours corresponding to the node, acquiring a second node of which the actual working hours exceed the expected working hours, and performing out-of-date early warning on the second node; and when the node is an unfinished node, carrying out to-do early warning on the unfinished node.
The preset duration is not limited and is determined according to a specific project task. In the risk early warning method provided by this embodiment, for a project task that has been completed within a preset duration, a node whose actual man-hour is greater than the expected man-hour is early warned, so that a user can know an overdue node existing in the project; and performing overdue early warning on completed nodes with actual working hours larger than expected working hours in project tasks which are not completed within a preset time length, and performing to-do early warning on uncompleted nodes. The pre-warning mode, frequency and the like are not limited. If the overdue early warning can be marked on the display screen in a red font, the to-do early warning can be marked on the display screen in a green font, and a user can know the progress condition of the project task according to different early warning prompts.
In the above embodiment, the risk existing in the project process is pre-warned according to the completion condition and the working hour condition of the node task, and in practice, the existing risk can be pre-warned even when the project task has a money return plan. In a preferred embodiment, the basic service used by the capability layer to provide risk warning required by the presentation layer and the process layer includes:
acquiring a planned refund amount and a current refund amount of a project task;
judging whether the current refund amount is smaller than the planned refund amount;
and if so, early warning the refund of the project task.
Some project tasks have a refund plan and require to complete the refund amount in the refund plan within a preset time, so that in the embodiment, by comparing the relationship between the planned refund amount and the current refund amount, if the current refund amount is smaller than the planned refund amount, the project task is not completed with the refund plan, and the refund of the project task is warned. Similarly, the mode of the refund warning is not limited. Through the early warning of the money return plan, the user can intuitively know the money return condition of the task.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments and the present embodiments, the early warning is performed according to the completion condition, the labor hour condition, and the money return condition of the node task, in practice, the early warning may be performed for the risks existing in the project task, for example, delivery documents are not dropped according to the regulations, and the actual labor hour has a large difference and exceeds the cost and labor hour. In order to distinguish different risks, different early warning modes can be set for different risks, the user can know the risks existing in the project task through early warning, and the user can visually analyze the places where the risks exist according to the early warning modes by carrying out early warning in different modes on different risks, so that the risks existing in the project task can be found quickly, the risks can be processed in time, and the delivery efficiency of the project is improved.
In practice, the project management platform may need to manage multiple projects, and the processing procedures, processing requirements, and the like of different projects may be different, so in order to meet various types of project scenarios, a preferred embodiment is that the basic service further includes: personalized configuration; the capability layer is used for providing basic services of personalized configuration required by the presentation layer and the flow layer, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring the type of a project task;
setting corresponding rules for each stage in the whole project life cycle according to the type of the project task; wherein the rules include at least delivery rules to be produced by the project task.
The personalized configuration can configure general rule requirements for delivery type and research and development type projects, and can also configure partial special projects. For example, the delivery of the whole project life cycle core can set the output standard for different stages and milestones, project a needs to output standing reports, version plans and the like in the project standing stage, but project B may also need to output financial measurement tables in the project standing stage.
The basic service provided by the capability layer provided by the embodiment includes personalized configuration, so that different types of project tasks can be processed, and the requirements of the different types of project tasks are met.
In order to facilitate the user to know the real-time information of the project, the risk of the project and the overall situation, in the implementation, a preferred implementation is that the basic service further includes: BI large screen; the basic services of the capability layer for providing the BI large screen required by the presentation layer and the flow layer include:
establishing a second data transmission link between the BI large screen and the mobile terminal;
acquiring a working hour report, an overdue early warning condition, a to-be-handled list and a task tracking condition of a project task;
and displaying the working hour report, the overdue early warning condition, the to-do list and the task tracking condition on a BI large screen through a second data transmission link.
The platform and the BI large screen can directly output data or indirectly output data. If the platform transmits the data to the intermediate medium, then the intermediate medium transmits the data to the BI large screen, and the platform transmits the data to the BI large screen through wireless communication.
The basic service provided by the capability layer provided by the embodiment further comprises a BI large screen, and relevant data, early warning and the like of project tasks can be displayed through the BI large screen, so that a user can conveniently know the stage of the current project, the task completion condition, the project with risks and the reason for analyzing the risk.
In practice, there may be changes in the project task, and in order to be able to understand the change situation of the project task, the preferred embodiment is that the presentation layer includes task changes; wherein the task change at least comprises the state change of the project task and the change of a person in charge of the project task.
The task change includes a state change of a project task, a change of a person responsible for the project task, and the like. In implementation, the initial states of the tasks are all 'to be processed'; if the responsible person receives the task, the state is changed to 'processing'; after the task is completed, the state changes to "completed". Similarly, the originally assigned person in charge of the task is member a, and when receiving the task, member a finds that the task is actually to be processed by member B, then the person in charge of the task needs to be modified to member B. When the information of the task is changed, an operation log needs to be recorded, so that the task can be traced back conveniently through the operation log. The task change is provided in the presentation layer, so that a user can intuitively know the condition of the project task.
Throughout the project cycle, there may be a variety of problems for which it is necessary to keep track of the link conditions it produces to the end, while requiring that each problem be solved. Therefore, a preferred embodiment is that the presentation layer contains a problem closed loop; the presentation layer is used for providing a problem closed loop and comprises:

Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of project collaborative management according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in the figure 2 of the drawings,
the pre-sales personnel feed back the user requirements and create a user requirement pool, the administrator or the project manager checks and updates the content of the requirement pool in time, the node information of the project and the delivery rule required to be produced are configured according to the reasonable scheduling of the productivity of the team, and the project task is assigned to the relevant members of the project to be completed.
When the task is issued, the instant communication service is called, and the task message is pushed to related personnel. If the task needs to be completed in cooperation with the project members, the task can be split and assigned to other members.
In the process of completing the task, project members can archive work products according to specified requirements or formats by means of online editing and online cooperation, and can set updating editing rights, viewing rights, downloading rights and deleting rights of specific delivery material documents. And for the document with higher privacy degree, whether the document can be checked or downloaded after being checked by an administrator can be set. Of course, third party personnel may also configure rights at this point if they want to access the document.
The whole process depends on the man-hour estimation capability, and the estimated input man-hour of the task is calculated. And project members need to register actual working hours in the system, so that the estimated working hours, the cost working hours and the difference between the actual working hours can be calculated conveniently, and the generation reasons can be analyzed conveniently.
After the administrator or the project manager configures the early warning rules, risks in the whole process can be automatically identified and early warning notifications can be sent out. After receiving the early warning, the project member needs to process the early warning at a specified time, and the early warning notice can be sent out when the project member is not processed. The early warning range comprises various scenes that the node task is not finished, the delivery document does not fall into the warehouse according to the regulation, the actual working hours have large difference or exceed the cost working hours, the project money return plan is not finished, and the like, and corresponding early warning prompts are made to inform relevant personnel to process in time.
If the project has a refund plan, the project also needs to be registered in the system, the risk early warning module can automatically judge whether the planned refund amount is finished or not in the planned completion time, and for the unfinished project, early warning prompt can be carried out.
A manager or a project manager can obtain real-time information of the project only through task tracking, to-do early warning, overdue early warning and a working hour report in a BI large screen, and can know risks and the overall situation of the project. More of project members or other three-party personnel pay attention to the to-do list, the to-do early warning and the overdue early warning in the BI large screen, and know about the work tasks required to be processed.
Therefore, online editing, minimization of permission collection, classification of plan change and different classification are introduced in the embodiment, different roles in the project are required to complete examination and approval, project personnel investment is combined with personnel working hours, collaboration in the project process is solved, and the delivery efficiency of the project is improved; the delivery and the quantity required by each stage of different project processes are configured through the background, and the project members and managers are warned by early warning of the contents after the time period is exceeded, so that the problem of embodying risks and weak links in the project process is solved, the project process management is visualized, the management efficiency is improved, and the management reporting cost is reduced; by means of minimizing authority management authorization to project related members and third-party users, the problem of how to keep project management and control and ensure the safety of project data when third-party project members participate in projects is solved.
