Compared with the prior art, the multifunctional textile rapid detection device provided by the invention has the advantages that the two first motors are operated simultaneously, so that textile cloth is placed in the water tank for conveying, the second motor is operated simultaneously during conveying, the rotating rod and the cam rotate, the cam intermittently pushes the L-shaped plate under the arrangement of the T-shaped chute, the third spring and the T-shaped sliding block, and the fourth roller is attached to the textile cloth to slide back and forth to play a friction role, so that the anti-pilling effect of the textile cloth can be detected; meanwhile, the cloth is placed and immersed in water, whether the textile cloth is discolored or not can also be effectively detected, if the textile cloth is discolored, the textile cloth can be effectively observed through the observation window, meanwhile, under the arrangement of the tension spring, the cam rotates to intermittently push the movable plate, and further the second sliding plate slides back and forth in the second box body, so that external wind is sucked into the second box body, and then the textile cloth is blown out through the arrangement of the second guide pipe, the second one-way valve, the third guide pipe and the third one-way valve to be dried; and the electric telescopic rod operates, so that the spring cylinder, the second spring, the second sliding block, the first L-shaped rod and the third roller downwards move to generate downward thrust to the textile fabric, the maximum elastic limit of the textile fabric can be effectively detected, and the elasticity of the fabric can be effectively observed through the observation window. Therefore, the detection device can simultaneously meet the requirements of detecting a plurality of factors including pilling, fading and elasticity of the textile fabric, and has the advantages of high detection speed, high working efficiency and small workload.
As a specific embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 and 4, the bottom of the water tank 1 in the water containing area is fixedly connected with a water outlet pipe 60, and the water outlet pipe 60 is provided with a valve 61, so that after the detection of multiple factors of the woven fabric is completed, the water in the water containing area can be rapidly discharged through the water outlet pipe 60 and the valve 61.
As a specific embodiment, the sections of the L-shaped slide bar 7, the first slide bar 10, the first L-shaped bar 28, the first slide plate 37 and the second slide bar 49 are square, so that smooth sliding of the sliding pieces can be better ensured.
As a specific embodiment, the first spring 6 and the second spring 27 are both compression springs, and the fourth spring 42 is a tension spring, so that compression or extension of each spring in the axial direction can be better ensured by guiding.

when the device is used, firstly, water is added into a water tank 1 at one side of a separation plate 2, namely a water filling area, then one winding drum 19 wound with a woven cloth 100 is fixed between two baffle plates 18, then the other new winding drum 19 is fixed between the other two baffle plates 18, at the moment, the two winding drums 19 are respectively fixedly connected with output shafts of two first motors 22, the first motors 22 have locking functions, then the two first motors 22 are started to simultaneously operate, so that the textile cloth on one winding drum 19 is sequentially wound on the other winding drum 19 by fixedly winding the textile cloth on the second roller 16, the fourth roller 38, the first roller 8, the third roller 29 and the second roller 16, the state is shown in figure 1, at the moment, during the winding process of the textile cloth, the second motor 44 is started to operate, and the rotating rod 45 is driven to rotate through the output shafts of the motors, the rotating rod 45 drives the cam 46 to synchronously rotate, in the process of rotating the cam 46, under the arrangement of the T-shaped chute 33, the third spring 36 and the T-shaped sliding block 35, the cam 46 intermittently pushes the L-shaped plate 43, the L-shaped plate 43 drives the fourth roller 38 to be adhered to the textile fabric to slide back and forth through the second L-shaped rod 37, and the fourth roller 38 is provided with a frosted layer, so that the friction effect on the textile fabric can be effectively achieved, the anti-pilling effect of the textile fabric can be further detected, and meanwhile, the fabric is placed in water, at the moment, whether the textile fabric is discolored or not can be effectively detected in the process of sliding the fourth roller 38 back and forth, if the discoloring can be effectively observed through the observation window 59, and when the second L-shaped rod 37 moves back and forth, the transverse plate 39 and the first sliding plate 40 are driven to synchronously move, at this time, under the arrangement of the fourth spring 42 and the pressure spring 13, the bottom end of the first sliding plate 40 and the push plate 12 are enabled to always tighten the textile fabric, so that redundant water on the textile fabric can be effectively scraped off and continuously conveyed in the fabric conveying process, meanwhile, under the arrangement of the tension spring 51, the rotating cam 46 is enabled to intermittently push the moving plate 50, so that the second sliding plate 49 is enabled to push the second sliding plate 48 to slide back and forth in the second box 47, in the process of sliding the second sliding plate 48 back and forth, external wind is sucked into the second box 47 through the arrangement of the first guide pipe 52 and the first check valve 53, then a part of wind is conveyed into the first box 31 through the third guide pipe 56, the third check valve 57 and the telescopic hose 58, and then blown out through the plurality of through holes 32 at the bottom of the first box 31 to blow-dry the top surface of the textile fabric, and another part of wind is conveyed into the water tank 1 through the second guide pipe 54 and the second one-way valve 55, the bottom surface of the textile fabric is blown out through the hole on the hole plate 3 to be dried, in the process of drying the fabric, the electric telescopic rod 24 is operated, the spring cylinder 25 and the first box 31 are pushed to move downwards through the extension end of the electric telescopic rod 24, and then the second spring 27, the second sliding block 26, the first L-shaped rod 28 and the third roller 29 synchronously move downwards, further downward thrust is generated on the textile fabric, the maximum elasticity limit of the fabric can be effectively detected, the elasticity of the fabric can be effectively observed through the observation window 59, and in the process of detecting the elasticity of the fabric, the fabric can be effectively kept in a tightening state all the time through the arrangement of the first spring 6, the first sliding block 5, the L-shaped sliding rod 7 and the first roller 8, so that the fabric is convenient to convey the fabric.
