When washing, through central controller 1 regulation rotational speed adjusting device 11 for the output shaft of motor 48 rotates, drives laundry carousel 47 through belt pulley and main shaft 49 and rotates, thereby has realized the rotation of vertical laundry drum 41, is convenient for to the washing of clothing, and through the rotational speed of the adjustable vertical laundry drum 41 of rotational speed adjusting device 11, realizes the regulation of laundry intensity, and the practicality is stronger.
Referring to fig. 2, the dry cleaning assembly 5 includes a metering pump 51, an emulsifying machine 52, a chlorine dioxide generator 53 and a flow guide pipe 54, wherein an inflow end and an outflow end of the metering pump 51 are respectively connected with the chlorine dioxide generator 53 and the emulsifying machine 52 in a conduction manner, one end of the flow guide pipe 54 is connected with the outflow end of the emulsifying machine 52 in a conduction manner, the other end is connected with the interior of the vertical laundry drum 41 in a conduction manner, and the dry cleaning auxiliary agent is stored in the emulsifying machine 52.
When the clothes are dry-cleaned, the emulsifying machine 52 emulsifies the dry-cleaning auxiliary, the chlorine dioxide water solution generated by the chlorine dioxide generator 53 brings the chlorine dioxide into the dry-cleaning solvent and uniformly distributes the chlorine dioxide into the dry-cleaning solvent through the hydrophilic and oleophilic properties of the dry-cleaning auxiliary, the dry-cleaning solvent enters the interior of the vertical washing roller 41 through the guide pipe 54, and the chlorine dioxide plays a role in removing the pigment and simultaneously kills bacteria and viruses on the clothes along with the washing and stirring process.
Referring to fig. 2, eight output ends of the flow guide pipe 54 are provided, four output ends are provided above the vertical washing drum 41, and the other four output ends are provided at the bottom of the vertical washing drum 41;
the washing turntable 47 is provided with four dry-cleaning channels communicating the interior of the vertical washing drum 41 with the output ends of the lower flow guide pipes 54, one-way valves 471 are arranged in the channels and connected with the central controller 1 and communicated towards the interior of the vertical washing drum 41, and sprayers 541 are respectively arranged in a plurality of output ends of the flow guide pipes 54.
The output ends of the plurality of flow guide pipes 54 are arranged above and at the bottom of the vertical washing drum 41, so that the dry cleaning auxiliary agent can be rapidly and comprehensively diffused into the vertical washing drum 41, and the arrangement of the sprayer 541 ensures that the dry cleaning auxiliary agent can form mist particles to be diffused to dry-cleaned clothes, thereby effectively removing stains on the clothes. The one-way valve 471 is arranged so that the dry cleaning auxiliary agent during dry cleaning can be input towards the inside of the vertical washing drum 41 in one way, and the one-way valve 471 is closed by the central controller 1 during water cleaning, so that the water during water cleaning does not flow into the flow guide pipe 54, and the reliability and stability of the whole device are improved.
Referring to fig. 1, a drum position adjusting module 12 connected to a motor 48 is disposed in the central controller 1, and after the central controller 1 receives a dry cleaning instruction, the position of the vertical washing drum 41 is adjusted by the drum position adjusting module 12 and the motor 48, so that the dry cleaning passage is conducted with the output end of the lower flow guide pipe 54. During dry cleaning, the switching on and off of the dry cleaning channel and the output end of the lower flow guide pipe 54 are realized through the adjustment of the roller position adjusting module 12, so that the adjustment of the dry cleaning strength is realized, the corresponding dry cleaning strength can be conveniently selected according to the amount of dry cleaning clothes put into the vertical washing roller 41, and the practicability is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, the drying assembly 3 includes a dryer 31, a gas recycling pipe 32 and a suction fan 33, the dryer 31 is disposed in the cabinet 6, and the air outlet is communicated with the interior of the vertical washing drum 41. One end of the gas recycling pipe 32 is located above the vertical washing drum 41, the other end is connected with the exhaust fan 33, the air outlet of the exhaust fan 33 is connected with the distillation condenser 8 through the gas recycling pipe 32, and the distillation condenser 8 is connected with the drain pipe 45.
When the washing assembly 4 is used for washing the clothes, after the clothes in the washing machine are washed and dehydrated, the central controller 1 opens the drying machine 31 and the exhaust fan 33, the drying machine 31 dries the washed clothes, the steam generated by drying is sucked into the gas recovery pipe 32 by the exhaust fan 33, then enters the distillation condenser 8 for distillation and condensation, and the generated water flows into the drain pipe 45 to be discharged, so that the drying action of the clothes is completed.
Referring to fig. 3, a drum upper cover 61 is rotatably connected to the housing 6, the drum upper cover 61 is disposed above the vertical washing drum 41, a dry cleaning suspension cover 7 for suspending dry laundry is detachably fixed to an inside of an upper portion of the drum, and one side of the dry cleaning suspension cover 7 is rotatably disposed on the housing 6. The dry cleaning suspension cover 7 includes a rotary ring 71 and two support rods 72 disposed in the rotary ring 71 and vertically and fixedly connected with each other, wherein two ends of the support rods 72 are fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the rotary ring 71 respectively. Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of rotation columns 73 are rotatably connected to the support rod 72, and a ring-shaped hook 74 for hanging a dry-cleaning hanger is fixedly connected to a side of the rotation column 73 away from the drum top cover 61, and the dry-cleaning hanger can be completely put into the vertical washing drum 41.
During dry cleaning, the dry-cleaned clothes can be stacked inside the vertical washing drum 41, and the vertical washing drum 41 is driven to rotate by the motor 48 and the dry-cleaning auxiliary agent is released, so that the clothes can be stirred and dry-cleaned. And a plurality of dry-cleaned clothes can be selected to be hung on the dry-cleaned clothes rack, and then the dry-cleaned clothes rack is hung on the annular hook 74, so that the clothes can be hung in the vertical type washing roller 41 without rotating the vertical type washing roller 41, the electric energy is saved, the dry-cleaning auxiliary agent particles released by the sprayer 541 are diffused to each part of the clothes, the clothes are cleaned, and the cleaning effect of dry cleaning is improved. For some light dry-cleaned clothes, under the action of the air flow of the dry-cleaning auxiliary agent, the rotating column 73 can drive the annular hook 74 to rotate, so that the dry-cleaned clothes in a hanging state can rotate, the dry-cleaning auxiliary agent particles can be diffused on the dry-cleaned clothes in all directions, and the cleaning effect is further improved.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the automatic dry-wet dual-purpose all-in-one machine is used for cleaning clothes, the full-automatic dry-wet dual-purpose all-in-one machine is started, the label of each piece of clothes passes through the camera 21, the camera 21 collects the information of the clothes on the label of the clothes and transmits the information to the central controller 1 through the data transmission module 22, the central controller 1 analyzes and processes the material of the clothes, the clothes need to be judged in dry cleaning or water washing modes, and the corresponding dry cleaning assembly 5 or water washing assembly 4 is started to clean the clothes.
If the added clothes are of the types of washing and dry-cleaning, the central controller 1 sends a signal instruction to close the washing component 4 and the dry-cleaning component 5, so that the washing component and the dry-cleaning component cannot be started, and triggers the alarm module 23 to send an alarm to remind a user of selecting one mode to wash the clothes. The clothes washing machine not only has the function of identifying which clothes washing mode is suitable for clothes, but also has the functions of dry cleaning and water washing, meets the washing requirements of most daily clothes of people, greatly facilitates the daily life of people, and has high economic popularization value.
