base oil: 42 parts of naphthenic transformer oil at the temperature of minus 10 ℃;
6 parts of oleic acid;
synthesis of ester: 13 parts of oil-soluble polyester;
surfactant (b): 4 parts of polypropylene vinyl ether and 4 parts of petroleum sodium sulfonate;
alkali: 6 parts of potassium hydroxide;
antirust agent: 10 parts of mixed antirust agent of dodecanedioic acid and undecanedioic acid;
1 part of BIT20 bactericide;
14 parts of water.
The preparation method of the water-based stamping oil for automobile plates comprises the following steps:
mixing an antirust agent, water and alkali, and stirring until the antirust agent, the water and the alkali are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution;
and adding the base oil, the oleic acid, the synthetic ester, the surfactant and the bactericide into the mixed solution, and uniformly stirring.

alkali: 5 parts of monoethanolamine;
antirust agent: 808 parts of octyl phosphonate ASI;
3 parts of MBM bactericide;
and 20 parts of water.

The total weight of the water-based stamping oil for automobile plates is 100 parts, and the stamping oil comprises the following components in parts by weight:
base oil: 50 parts of naphthenic transformer oil at the temperature of minus 30 ℃;
7 parts of oleic acid;
synthesis of ester: 5 parts of pentaerythritol oleate;
surfactant (b): 6 parts of AEO fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether;
alkali: 5.5 parts of sodium hydroxide;
antirust agent: 5 parts of dodecanedioic acid;
1.5 parts of BIT20 bactericide;
and 20 parts of water.
The preparation method of the water-based stamping oil for automobile plates comprises the following steps:
mixing an antirust agent, water and alkali, and stirring until the antirust agent, the water and the alkali are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution;
and adding the base oil, the oleic acid, the synthetic ester, the surfactant and the bactericide into the mixed solution, and uniformly stirring.

The water-based automobile plate stamping oil of the embodiments 1 to 6 is applied to stamping and stretching the water-based automobile plates with the thicknesses of 0.6mm-1.0mm, 1.0mm-2.0mm and 2.0mm-3.0mm, and has good lubricity, easy cleaning and good subsequent electrophoresis effect. The water-based automobile plate stamping oil of the embodiments 1 to 6 is diluted to three concentrations of 10 wt%, 30 wt% and 50 wt%, and tested according to the GB/T3142 standard, and the test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the water-based automotive sheet punching oils of examples 1 to 6 have good lubricity, use no seizure load and no sintering load, and are very suitable for automotive sheet drawing punching.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

The water-based stamping oil for automobile plates is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of base oil, 5-10 parts of oleic acid, 5-20 parts of synthetic ester, 5-10 parts of surfactant, 5-10 parts of alkali, 5-10 parts of antirust agent, 1-3 parts of bactericide and a proper amount of water.

The aqueous automobile plate punching oil as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 22-45 parts of base oil, 5-8 parts of oleic acid, 5-18 parts of synthetic ester, 6-10 parts of surfactant, 6-9 parts of alkali, 6-10 parts of antirust agent, 1-2.5 parts of bactericide and a proper amount of water.
3. The water-based automobile plate stamping oil according to claim 1, wherein the base oil is selected from one or more of 60N paraffin base oil, 100N paraffin base oil, 150N paraffin base oil, -10 ℃ naphthenic transformer oil, -20 ℃ naphthenic transformer oil and-30 ℃ naphthenic transformer oil.
4. The waterborne automobile plate punching oil of claim 1, wherein the synthetic ester is selected from one or more of trimethylolpropane oleate, pentaerythritol oleate, neopentyl glycol oleate and oil-soluble polymeric esters.
5. The aqueous automotive sheet punching oil of claim 1, wherein the surfactant is a nonionic surfactant and/or an anionic surfactant.
6. The aqueous automotive plate punching oil of claim 1, wherein the base is sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide or an organic alcohol amine.
7. The water-based automobile plate stamping oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rust inhibitor is selected from one or more of C8-C12 monobasic acid and C8-C12 dibasic acid.
8. The water-based automobile plate stamping oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bactericide is one or more of BK bactericide, MBM bactericide and BIT20 bactericide.
9. The method for preparing the water-based automobile plate stamping oil as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
mixing an antirust agent, water and alkali, and stirring until the antirust agent, the water and the alkali are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution;
and adding the base oil, the oleic acid, the synthetic ester, the surfactant and the bactericide into the mixed solution, and uniformly stirring.
10. The use method of the water-based automobile plate punching oil as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein, in use, the water-based automobile plate punching oil is diluted by water to an appropriate concentration, and the mass concentration of the water-based automobile plate punching oil according to the thickness of the water-based automobile plate is as follows:
stamping and stretching a water-based automobile plate with the thickness of 0.6-1.0 mm, wherein the use concentration of the water-based automobile plate stamping oil is as follows: 10 wt% -20 wt%;
stamping and stretching a water-based automobile plate with the thickness of 1.0-2.0 mm, wherein the use concentration of the water-based automobile plate stamping oil is as follows: 20 to 30 weight percent;
stamping and stretching a water-based automobile plate with the thickness of 2.0-3.0 mm, wherein the use concentration of the water-based automobile plate stamping oil is as follows: 50 wt% -100 wt%.
