Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural science, in particular to a calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer disintegrating agent and application thereof.
Background
The calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer is a Ju soluble phosphate fertilizer, is rich in various nutrient elements, has the advantage of convenient use after being prepared into granules, can also be used as a mixed fertilizer raw material, and can be used for mechanical fertilization and seed fertilizer simultaneous sowing, but the circular granules have the function of slowing down the nutrient release of the calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, and are not beneficial to the absorption and utilization of crops. The disintegrant is added into the round granular calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, which is favorable for the disperse utilization of the nutrients of the granular calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer.
The calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer is a sand mould material, has no caking property, needs to be added with an adhesive material for granulation and balling, and the disintegrant needs to be quickly disintegrated when the particles are in contact with water, which is a contradiction. How to improve granulation balling-up property and have the disintegration function is an important problem of round particle calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer products.
CN110237261A discloses a composite disintegrating agent and a preparation method thereof, the components of the composite disintegrating agent comprise microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol, xylitol, anhydrous calcium hydrophosphate and crospovidone, the components are mixed according to weight percentage, and the composite disintegrating agent is obtained by mixing, pulping and spray drying.
CN106220338A discloses a granulation disintegrating agent for producing round granular mineral fertilizer, which comprises 40-70% of bentonite, 25-55% of lignin and lignin derivatives, 2-3% of potassium chloride and 1-2% of calcium chloride. The bentonite is partially or completely replaced by attapulgite. The lignin derivatives are acetyl lignin, methyl lignin, halogenated lignin, sulfonated lignin and nitrated lignin which are respectively obtained after lignin acetylation, methylation, halogenation, sulfonation and nitration. The granulation disintegrating agent can simultaneously meet the two requirements of high strength and quick disintegration of the granular mineral fertilizer.
CN110859964A discloses the use of oxidized cyclodextrin in the preparation of disintegrant, and by controlling the degree of oxidation of cyclodextrin, the disintegration time of drug using the oxidized cyclodextrin as disintegrant can be controlled. Tests show that the disintegration time is reduced along with the increase of the oxidation degree of the cyclodextrin, and the cyclodextrin is not reduced to a certain degree and tends to be stable, so that the oxidized cyclodextrin meeting the requirement can be selected as a disintegrant according to the disintegration time required by a target drug, and the time for searching a proper disintegrant is shortened.
CN107129343A discloses a special disintegrating agent for compound fertilizer particles, which comprises the following components: 20-60% of talcum powder, 15-25% of gypsum powder, 0-15% of sodium chloride, 10-50% of PBTCA (2-phosphate-1, 2, 4-tricarboxylic acid butane), 5-15% of alpha-sodium alkenyl sulfonate, 10-40% of CMS-Na (sodium carboxymethyl starch) and 0-15% of sodium tripolyphosphate. The compound fertilizer has the advantages of wide raw material source, low cost, simple preparation, easy production, no three-waste pollution, capability of causing compound fertilizer particles to disintegrate within 2-5 minutes and remarkable effect.
CN1865287A discloses a preparation method of disintegrant sodium carboxymethyl starch, which takes starch as raw material, comprises the unit processes of crosslinking, etherification, refining, drying and the like, and is characterized in that: and the etherification is carried out after ethylene oxide or propylene oxide accounting for 1.2-4.5% of the weight of the starch is added.
