Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of kerbstones, in particular to a dry-method stone-imitating kerbstone and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The kerbstone is short for the edge stones on both sides of the road surface, and is usually a strip-shaped structure between the road surface on both sides of the road and the road shoulder. Kerbs are usually laid on both sides of the road surface to serve as a partition between the road surface and other structures, for example between a sidewalk and a motorway a kerb above the road surface may be provided.
The kerbstone is divided into cement concrete kerbstone and natural stone kerbstone according to the material, is influenced by environmental protection at present, and the application of the natural stone kerbstone is hindered. The traditional cement concrete curb is easy to peel and fall off due to low strength and poor freezing resistance and is influenced by sunlight and weather, so that the engineering quality of the whole pavement is influenced, and the traditional cement concrete curb is not accepted by the market more and more. The market urgently needs a novel kerbstone substitute product.
To address the above shortcomings of conventional kerbs, there is a need to develop a new stone-like kerb that has higher performance, longer service life, and similar stone appearance, and the kerb is lower in cost, while still maintaining the appearance of the conventional kerb, so as to meet the impression of people on the conventional kerb.

Preferably, in the step S2, the raw material is added in the sequence of cement-tailing sand-binder-water, and the stirring time is 100-180S.
Preferably, in said S4,
a. automatically filling dry and hard concrete materials in the mold cavity, performing cloth vibration for 0.1-5S in the filling process, wherein the cloth vibration frequency is 30-50 Hz, and then adjusting the equipment excitation force to 50-70 Hz;
b. starting the molding limit pressing, wherein the pressing time is 0.5-2s, and the working pressure of the molding equipment is 200-500 kn.
Preferably, in S6, the curing includes, but is not limited to, constant temperature and humidity or natural curing.
Preferably, in S8, the stacked semi-finished products are subjected to winding and curing with a winding film, and steam curing may be performed, wherein the curing time is 10-15 hours during steam curing.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention utilizes the tailing sand as the raw material to carry out the burdening production, changes waste into valuable, adopts the dry method water milling process, is not limited by the problem of wet method capacity, is difficult to carry out batch production, has the performance advantages of strong reproducibility and batch production; the ornamental value is good, and the appearance is similar to that of stone; the compression strength is high, and the service life is long; through the treatment of the water grinding process, the surface is smoother and has no air holes, and meanwhile, the self-cleaning property is further improved. The whole has the effect of natural stone. The invention has the advantages that the cost is greatly lower than that of stone, the construction cost is effectively reduced, the effect of beautifying urban landscape construction can be achieved, high-quality products are provided for improving the urban road landscape hard pavement, the products are remanufactured by utilizing renewable resources to gradually realize large-scale and marketization manufacturing, the energy conservation and emission reduction are promoted, and green, harmless and low-carbon products are researched and developed.
