Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a preparation method of recycled brick-concrete aggregate pervious concrete.
Background
Along with the continuous promotion of urban construction in China, new problems are inevitably generated, on one hand, the construction solid wastes generated in the urban construction, transformation and demolition processes are increased day by day, wherein brick-concrete wastes are taken as the main materials, and the construction wastes occupy a large amount of land resources and cause serious environmental pollution; on the other hand, the original ground of the city is gradually covered by buildings and cement pavements, so that more and more waterlogging and urban 'heat island effect' appear in the city in rainy days. How to recycle the construction waste efficiently is important for further exploring new application of the recycled materials.
The invention patent with the application number of CN201910489496.6 discloses recycled brick aggregate pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof, the recycled brick aggregate pervious concrete prepared by the technical scheme of the invention has the advantages of good cohesiveness, low self weight, high water absorption, good water retention, good water purification effect, capability of adsorbing heavy metal ions and low cost, can be widely applied to places such as river banks, revetments, pavement of road base layers and the like, but needs to be enhanced by adding hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, and the raw materials including lithium slag powder are easy to cause heavy metal pollution to water and soil after being brewed for a long time by rainwater and river water.
Admittedly, the construction brick-concrete waste is used as recycled aggregate, and the recycled pervious concrete is prepared, so that the problems of urban construction waste stacking pollution and natural sandstone aggregate resource shortage can be effectively solved, the urban heat island effect and urban waterlogging caused by dense population activities can be relieved, and remarkable economic, social and environmental benefits are brought to the development of building material industry.
However, in the prior art, the defects of the treatment process easily cause that the regenerated aggregate has more edges and corners, uneven surface and large amount of cement particle powder is adhered, and meanwhile, a large amount of micro cracks caused by damage accumulation exist in the particles, so that the regenerated aggregate has the characteristics of low strength and high water absorption rate, and can be widely used for pavement paving. However, waste impurities such as iron nails, broken glass, wood, sawdust, foam and the like contained in the recycled aggregate bring a plurality of difficulties to the preparation of concrete by utilizing the recycled aggregate in the actual production.
