As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, a clamping plate 503 is disposed on one side of the mounting rod 502, a clamping groove is disposed on one side of the clamping plate 503, one ends of the second scraper 501 and the third scraper 510 are inserted into the clamping groove, a plurality of fixing bolts are disposed on the clamping plate 503, and the second scraper 501 and the third scraper 510 are detachably connected to the clamping plate 503, so that the second scraper 501 or the third scraper 510 can be replaced after being damaged, and the maintenance and replacement costs of the second scraper 501 and the third scraper 510 are reduced.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, ash guiding edge blocks 511 are disposed on the right sides of the second scraper 501 and the third scraper 510, and the thickness of the ash guiding edge blocks 511 is gradually reduced from the middle portion to the two sides of the second scraper 501 or the third scraper 510, so that the second scraper 501 and the third scraper 510 guide the coal ash or the coal slurry scraped from the conveyor belt 1 to the inside of the housing 3, and the coal ash or the coal slurry is prevented from being collected on the right side of the second scraper 501 or the third scraper 510.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, in the present embodiment, a rapping device 4 is arranged at one side of the ash scraping device 5, the rapping device 4 comprises a first rotating shaft 402 movably mounted inside the housing 3, fixing plates 403 fixedly mounted at two ends of the first rotating shaft 402, and rapping rollers 405 movably mounted at two ends of the fixing plates 403, and the center distance between the first rotating shaft 402 and the rapping rollers 405 is greater than the distance between the first rotating shaft 402 and the lower surface of the conveying belt 1; a first motor 401 is arranged on one side of the shell 3, and an output shaft of the first motor 401 is fixedly connected with a first rotating shaft 402; the first motor 401 drives the fixing plates 403 at two ends of the first motor to rotate through the first rotating shaft 402, the fixing plates 403 drive the rapping roller 405 to rotate around the first rotating shaft 402, and as the center distance between the first rotating shaft 402 and the rapping roller 405 is greater than the distance between the first rotating shaft 402 and the lower surface of the conveying belt 1, the rapping roller 405 contacts the lower surface of the conveying belt 1 and pushes the conveying belt 1 upwards intermittently when rotating, so that the conveying belt 1 vibrates, coal ash or coal slime on the conveying belt 1 is loosened conveniently, and the cleaning effect of the conveying belt 1 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, the two sides of the fixing plate 403 are provided with adjusting grooves 404, the two ends of the rapping roller 405 are provided with studs, the studs are installed inside the adjusting grooves 404 at intervals, the outer portion of the stud is provided with a first adjusting nut 406, and the position of the rapping roller 405 on the fixing plate 403 is adjusted according to the adhesion condition of coal ash or coal slime, so that the amplitude of the rapping device 4 is adjusted, and the cleaning effect of the conveyor belt 1 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 4 and 8, in this embodiment, a brushing device 6 is disposed on one side of the ash scraping device 5, the brushing device 6 includes brushes 601 symmetrically disposed on the upper and lower sides of the conveyor belt 1, a second belt wheel 602 is disposed at one end of the upper brush 601, a third belt wheel 603 is disposed at one end of the lower brush 601, a first belt wheel 407 is disposed at one end of the first rotating shaft 402, the first belt wheel 407 is connected to the second belt wheel 602 through a belt, the second belt wheel 602 is connected to the third belt wheel 603 through a belt, and the brush 601 performs secondary cleaning on the conveyor belt 1 cleaned by the ash scraping device 5, thereby further ensuring the cleaning effect of the conveyor belt 1.
As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 8-9, in this embodiment, the housing 3 is provided with waist-shaped holes 305 on both sides, both ends of the brush 601 are installed inside the waist-shaped holes 305, both ends of the brush 601 are connected with bearing seats 606, one side of the bearing seat 606 is provided with an installation plate 604, the installation plate 604 is fixedly installed on the housing 3, one side of the installation plate 604 is provided with a plurality of second springs 605, the other ends of the second springs 605 are connected with the bearing seats 606, and the second springs 605 keep the brush 601 in contact with the surface of the conveyor belt 1, thereby ensuring the brushing effect of the brush 601; a tensioning device 607 is arranged on one side of the housing 3, the tensioning device 607 comprises a base 608 fixedly mounted on one side of the housing 3 and an upright plate 609 arranged on the upper portion of the base 608, a second spring seat 612 is arranged at the upper end of the upright plate 609, a second connecting rod 610 is hinged on one side of the base 608, a first spring seat 611 is arranged in the middle of the second connecting rod 610, the first spring seat 611 and the second spring seat 612 are connected through a third spring 613, a tensioning wheel 614 is arranged at one end of the second connecting rod 610, the tensioning wheel 614 is in contact with a belt between the second belt wheel 602 and the third belt wheel 603, the tensioning wheel 614 facilitates the tensioning of the brushes 601 on the two sides after adjustment, and the normal operation of the brushes 601 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1-3 and 10, in this embodiment, a lifting device 7 is disposed on one side of the housing 3, the lifting device 7 includes a lifting cylinder 701, a second rotating shaft 703 disposed inside the lifting cylinder 701, and a helical blade 704 disposed outside the second rotating shaft 703, a second motor 705 is disposed on the upper portion of the lifting cylinder 701, an output shaft of the second motor 705 is fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft 703, an ash inlet hopper 702 is disposed at the lower end of the lifting cylinder 701, the ash inlet hopper 702 is connected to an ash collecting hopper at the bottom of the housing 3, an ash outlet pipe 706 is disposed at the upper end of the lifting cylinder 701, and a tail end of the ash outlet pipe 706 is located at the upper portion of the conveyor belt 1; the lifting device 7 lifts the coal ash or coal slime clear by the cleaning device to the conveyer belt 1 for conveying, so that the coal ash or coal slime is prevented from being cleaned manually, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A mining belt conveyor belt cleaning device comprises a shell and an ash scraping device arranged in the shell, wherein one end of the shell is provided with a conveyor belt inlet, and the other end of the shell is provided with a conveyor belt outlet; the ash scraper is characterized in that an ash collecting hopper is arranged on the lower portion of the shell, a plurality of supporting legs are arranged on the lower portion of the ash collecting hopper, the ash scraping device comprises a second scraper and a third scraper, the second scraper is symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the conveying belt, the third scraper is symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the conveying belt, the second scraper and the third scraper form an X-shaped structure, one ends of the second scraper and the third scraper are mounted inside the shell through mounting rods, and the other ends of the second scraper and the third scraper are in contact with the conveying belt.
2. The mining belt conveyor conveying belt cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower end of the support leg is provided with an external thread, and a sleeve is connected to the external thread of the support leg.
