Abstract
The invention discloses a multifunctional casting cross beam of a commercial vehicle, which is arranged on a frame assembly and positioned above a balance shaft and comprises a cross beam main body, wherein the cross beam main body is of an internal hollow tubular structure so as to realize gas storage; the V-shaped thrust rods are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the beam main body through V-shaped thrust rod supports; the V-shaped thrust rod support is connected with a gas pipe joint so as to realize gas injection into the beam main body; a mounting assembly is formed on the V-shaped thrust rod support to realize part assembly; the multifunctional casting cross beam for the commercial vehicle is more optimized in structure, different from a common integrally cast cross beam, lighter in structure than the integrally cast cross beam, and capable of effectively improving the utilization rate of materials, reducing the assembling types of parts and greatly reducing the self weight of the whole vehicle through application of the device.
