Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides an automatic cleaning device of glue spraying equipment, which can solve the problems that the atomization cap, the gun needle, the gun body glue path and the rubber tube are manually disassembled, replaced and cleaned by workers, the cycle beat of a production line is increased, the production efficiency is reduced, and the labor intensity of workers is increased.
As shown in fig. 1, an automatic cleaning device of a glue spraying apparatus includes: the cleaning liquid supply device, the glue spraying equipment, the main pipeline two-way switching valve 21, the first main pipeline cleaning liquid outlet 24 and the first glue discharging two-way switching valve 25. Wherein, spout gluey equipment and can independently carry out and spout gluey operation, remaining equipment is used for spouting gluey equipment and washs.
The glue spraying equipment comprises a glue barrel 11, a pressure pump 14, a pressure reducing valve 15, a glue gun 17 and an air compression device 18, wherein the glue barrel 11, the pressure pump 14, the pressure reducing valve 15, the glue gun 17 and the air compression device 18 are sequentially connected. When the glue spraying operation is performed, the flow rate and the pressure of the glue entering the glue gun 17 from the glue barrel 11 are controlled by adjusting the pressure pump 14 and the pressure reducing valve 15, and then the compressed air entering the glue gun 17 is controlled by the air compression device 18 so as to spray the glue to the target position through the glue gun 17.
The main pipeline bidirectional switching valve 21 is arranged between the glue barrel 11 and the pressure pump 14 of the glue spraying equipment and is connected with the cleaning liquid supply device. Two inlets of the main pipeline bidirectional switching valve 21 are respectively connected with the rubber barrel 11 and the cleaning liquid supply device in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and an outlet of the main pipeline bidirectional switching valve 21 is connected with the pressure pump 14. Therefore, when spraying is needed, the main pipeline bidirectional switching valve 21 is adjusted to communicate the glue barrel 11 with the pressure pump 14, so that glue flows from the glue barrel 11 to the pressure pump 14 to perform glue spraying operation. When the glue spraying equipment needs to be cleaned, the cleaning liquid supply device is communicated with the pressure pump 14 by adjusting the main pipeline bidirectional switching valve 21, so that on one hand, glue is prevented from further entering a pipeline of the glue spraying equipment, and on the other hand, the cleaning liquid provided by the cleaning liquid supply device can conveniently enter the pipeline of the glue spraying equipment for cleaning.
The first glue-discharging two-way switching valve 25 is arranged between the pressure reducing valve 15 and the glue gun 17 of the glue spraying equipment and is connected with the first main pipe cleaning liquid outlet 24. Wherein, the inlet of the first glue discharging two-way switching valve 25 is connected with the pressure reducing valve 15, and two outlets of the first glue discharging two-way switching valve 25 are respectively connected with the glue gun 17 and the first main pipeline cleaning liquid outlet 24 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
Therefore, when spraying is needed, the main pipeline two-way switching valve 21 is adjusted to communicate the glue barrel 11 with the pressure pump 14, and the first glue discharging two-way switching valve 25 is adjusted to communicate the pressure reducing valve 15 with the glue gun 17, so that glue flows from the glue barrel 11 to the glue gun 17 to perform glue spraying operation. When the pipelines of the glue spraying equipment except the glue gun 17 need to be cleaned, the main pipeline bidirectional switching valve 21 is adjusted to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the pressure pump 14, so that the cleaning liquid provided by the cleaning liquid supply device enters the pipeline of the glue spraying equipment for cleaning, meanwhile, the first glue discharging bidirectional switching valve 25 is adjusted to communicate the pressure reducing valve 15 with the first main pipeline cleaning liquid outlet 24, and the cleaning liquid cleaned through the pipeline is discharged from the first main pipeline cleaning liquid outlet 24.
According to the invention, the glue or cleaning liquid is adjusted to be carried out in the equipment by arranging the bidirectional switching valve, so that the glue spraying equipment can be automatically cleaned, manual disassembly is not needed, and the disassembly efficiency is improved.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the glue spraying apparatus further includes a filter 12 disposed between the main pipeline bidirectional switching valve 21 and the pressure pump 14, and an outlet of the main pipeline bidirectional switching valve 21 is connected to the filter 12. Because there may be impurity in the glue, therefore, when needs carry out the spraying, filter 12 filters the glue that flows out in gluing the bucket 11, reduces the probability that spouts gluey equipment jam.
In addition, the glue spraying equipment further comprises a flow meter 13 arranged between the filter 12 and the pressure pump 14, the flow meter 13 is used for obtaining the glue flow flowing through the pipeline, the glue supply speed can be controlled during glue spraying operation through the glue flow, different threshold values can be set on the other hand, and whether the current pipeline is blocked and whether the blockage is serious can be judged.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, since the pipeline between the glue barrel 11 and the glue gun 17 of the glue spraying device is long, and a flow meter 13 or the like is also provided, if there is only one cleaning line, the cleaning efficiency is low. Therefore, the automatic cleaning device further comprises a second glue discharging two-way switching valve 22 and a second main pipeline cleaning liquid outlet 23, wherein the second glue discharging two-way switching valve 22 is arranged between the flowmeter 13 and the pressure pump 14 and is used for controlling a pipeline between the glue barrel 11 and the pressure pump 14 of the glue spraying equipment. An inlet of the second glue discharging two-way switching valve 22 is connected with the flowmeter 13, and two outlets of the second glue discharging two-way switching valve 22 are respectively connected with the pressure pump 14 and the second main pipeline cleaning liquid outlet 23 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
Therefore, when spraying is needed, the main pipeline two-way switching valve 21 is adjusted to communicate the glue barrel 11 with the flow meter 13, the second glue discharging two-way switching valve 22 is adjusted to communicate the flow meter 13 with the pressure reducing valve 15, and the first glue discharging two-way switching valve 25 is adjusted to communicate the pressure reducing valve 15 with the glue gun 17, so that glue flows from the glue barrel 11 to the glue gun 17 to perform glue spraying operation. When the pipelines of the glue spraying equipment except the glue gun 17 need to be cleaned, different pipelines are cleaned according to the flow rate of glue flowing through the pipelines obtained by the flowmeter 13.
When the glue flow is smaller than the first preset threshold, it is indicated that the glue in the current pipeline is difficult to circulate and is seriously blocked, therefore, the main pipeline bidirectional switching valve 21 is adjusted to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the flowmeter 13, and the second glue discharging bidirectional switching valve 22 is adjusted to communicate the flowmeter 13 with the second main pipeline cleaning liquid discharge port 23, so that the cleaning liquid provided by the cleaning liquid supply device cleans the local pipeline of the glue spraying equipment.
Then, when the glue flow is larger than or equal to the first preset threshold and smaller than the second preset threshold, it is indicated that the glue blockage situation in the current pipeline is slight, therefore, the main pipeline bidirectional switching valve 21 is adjusted to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the flowmeter 13, the second glue discharging bidirectional switching valve 22 is adjusted to communicate the flowmeter 13 with the pressure reducing valve 15, the first glue discharging bidirectional switching valve 25 is adjusted to communicate the pressure reducing valve 15 with the first main pipeline cleaning liquid discharge port 24, the cleaning liquid which has cleaned the pipeline is discharged from the first main pipeline cleaning liquid discharge port 24, and the cleaning liquid provided by the cleaning liquid supply device is used for cleaning all pipelines between the glue barrel 11 and the glue gun 17 in the glue spraying device.
According to the invention, different pipelines are cleaned by controlling the flow of glue flowing through the pipelines according to the flow obtained by the flowmeter 13, the cleaning efficiency is higher, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that glue at the tail end is accumulated to block the pipelines due to long-line cleaning is avoided. In addition, the fault point can be quickly positioned by controlling the switching of different bidirectional switching valves during fault, and the targeting property is higher.
Alternatively, in a further embodiment of the invention, the glue gun 17 comprises an atomizing cap connected to the pressure reducing valve 15, the air compressing device 18, and a nozzle 16 connected to the atomizing cap, the atomizing cap atomizes the glue by compressed air and then sprays it through the nozzle 16 to the target location.
Alternatively, in another embodiment of the present invention, in order to achieve the purpose of cleaning the nozzles 16 individually, the automatic cleaning apparatus further includes a four-way valve 28 and a nozzle cleaning two-way switching valve 26, an inlet of the four-way valve 28 is connected to the cleaning liquid supply device, a first outlet of the four-way valve 28 is connected to a first inlet of the main line two-way switching valve 21, two inlets of the nozzle cleaning two-way switching valve 26 are connected to a first outlet of the first glue discharging two-way switching valve 25 and a second outlet of the four-way valve 28, respectively, and an outlet of the nozzle cleaning two-way switching valve 26 is connected to the nozzles 16.
Therefore, when spraying is needed, the four-way valve 28 and the main pipeline two-way switching valve 21 are adjusted to communicate the glue barrel 11 with the flow meter 13, the second glue discharging two-way switching valve 22 is adjusted to communicate the flow meter 13 with the pressure reducing valve 15, the first glue discharging two-way switching valve 25 and the nozzle cleaning two-way switching valve 26 are adjusted to communicate the pressure reducing valve 15 with the glue gun 17, so that glue flows from the glue barrel 11 to the glue gun 17 to perform glue spraying operation.
When the nozzle 16 is cleaned alone, the two-way switching valve 21 for adjusting the main pipeline blocks the outlet of the glue barrel 11 to prevent glue from entering the pipeline, the four-way valve 28 for adjusting and the two-way switching valve 26 for cleaning the nozzle 16 of the glue gun 17 communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the nozzle, and the cleaning liquid flows out from the nozzle 16.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, in order to achieve the purpose of cleaning the atomization cap separately, the automatic cleaning device further includes an atomization cap cleaning two-way switching valve 27, two inlets of the atomization cap cleaning two-way switching valve 27 are respectively connected with the third outlet of the four-way valve 28 and the air compression device 18 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and an outlet of the atomization cap cleaning two-way switching valve 27 is connected with the atomization cap.
Therefore, when spraying is needed, the four-way valve 28 and the main pipeline two-way switching valve 21 are adjusted to communicate the glue barrel 11 with the flow meter 13, the second glue discharging two-way switching valve 22 is adjusted to communicate the flow meter 13 with the pressure reducing valve 15, and the first glue discharging two-way switching valve 25 and the nozzle cleaning two-way switching valve 26 are adjusted to communicate the pressure reducing valve 15 with the glue gun 17, so that glue flows from the glue barrel 11 to the glue gun 17 to perform glue spraying operation.
When the atomizing cap is cleaned independently, the outlet of the glue barrel 11 is blocked by adjusting the main pipeline two-way switching valve 21 to prevent glue from entering the pipeline, the cleaning liquid supply device is communicated with the atomizing cap of the glue gun 17 by adjusting the four-way valve 28 and the atomizing cap cleaning two-way switching valve 27, the air compression device 18 connected with the atomizing cap is closed, and the cleaning liquid flows out from the nozzle 16.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides an automatic cleaning method for glue spraying equipment, which is applied to the automatic cleaning device according to the above embodiment, and includes the following steps:
acquiring a cleaning instruction;
when the cleaning instruction is a main pipeline cleaning instruction, controlling a main pipeline bidirectional switching valve 21 to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the pressure pump 14 and simultaneously starting the cleaning liquid supply device;
and controlling a first glue discharging two-way switching valve 25 to communicate the pressure reducing valve 15 with the first main pipe cleaning liquid discharge port 24.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when the spraying instruction is obtained, the main pipeline two-way switching valve 21 is adjusted to communicate the glue barrel 11 with the pressure pump 14, and the first glue discharge two-way switching valve 25 is adjusted to communicate the pressure reducing valve 15 with the glue gun 17, so that glue flows from the glue barrel 11 to the glue gun 17 to perform a glue spraying operation, and the atomizing cap atomizes the glue flowing into the glue gun 17 and finally sprays the glue through the nozzle 16. The glue does not pass through the atomizing cap, but due to the splashing of the glue, a part of the glue splashes onto the atomizing cap.
When a cleaning instruction is obtained and is a main pipeline cleaning instruction, the main pipeline bidirectional switching valve 21 is adjusted to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the pressure pump 14, the cleaning liquid supply device is started to enable the cleaning liquid provided by the cleaning liquid supply device to enter a pipeline of the glue spraying equipment for cleaning, meanwhile, the first glue discharging bidirectional switching valve 25 is adjusted to communicate the pressure reducing valve 15 with the first main pipeline cleaning liquid discharge port 24, and the cleaning liquid cleaned through the pipeline is discharged from the first main pipeline cleaning liquid discharge port 24.
Wherein, whether to generate a main pipeline cleaning instruction can be judged according to the glue flow value obtained by the flowmeter 13, and furthermore, the cleaning liquid supply device can control the flow of the cleaning liquid in the water bucket 32 by adopting the diaphragm pump 31.
According to the invention, the glue or cleaning liquid is adjusted to be carried out in the equipment by arranging the bidirectional switching valve, so that the glue spraying equipment can be automatically cleaned, manual disassembly is not needed, and the disassembly efficiency is improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, in another embodiment of the present invention, after the step of "obtaining the cleaning instruction", the following steps are included:
when the cleaning instruction is an atomization cap cleaning instruction, the four-way valve 28 is controlled to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the atomization cap cleaning two-way switching valve 27, and the atomization cap cleaning two-way switching valve 27 is controlled to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the glue gun 17;
when the cleaning instruction is a nozzle 16 cleaning instruction, controlling the four-way valve 28 to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the nozzle cleaning two-way switching valve 26, and simultaneously controlling the nozzle cleaning two-way switching valve 26 to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the glue gun 17;
when the cleaning instruction is a main pipeline cleaning instruction, acquiring a glue flow value through a flowmeter 13;

when the glue flow is smaller than the preset flow value, the four-way valve 28 is controlled to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the main pipeline two-way switching valve 21, the main pipeline two-way switching valve 21 is controlled to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the flowmeter 13, the second glue discharging two-way switching valve 22 is controlled to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the pressure pump 14, and meanwhile, the first glue discharging two-way switching valve 25 is controlled to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the first main pipeline cleaning liquid discharge port 24.

When the cleaning instruction is an atomization cap cleaning instruction, the main pipeline two-way switching valve 21 is adjusted to block the outlet of the glue barrel 11 to prevent glue from entering the pipeline, the four-way valve 28 and the atomization cap cleaning two-way switching valve 27 are adjusted to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the atomization cap of the glue gun 17, the air compression device 18 connected with the atomization cap is closed, and the cleaning liquid flows out from the nozzle 16.
When the cleaning instruction is the nozzle 16 cleaning instruction, the adjusting main pipeline two-way switching valve 21 blocks the outlet of the glue barrel 11 to prevent glue from entering the pipeline, the adjusting four-way valve 28 and the nozzle cleaning two-way switching valve 26 communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the nozzle 16 of the glue gun 17, and the cleaning liquid flows out from the nozzle 16.
When the cleaning instruction is a main pipeline cleaning instruction, a glue flow value is obtained through the flowmeter 13, and when the glue flow value is smaller than a first preset threshold value, it is indicated that glue in the current pipeline is difficult to circulate and is serious in blockage, so that the main pipeline bidirectional switching valve 21 is adjusted to communicate the cleaning liquid supply device with the flowmeter 13, and the second glue discharge bidirectional switching valve 22 is adjusted to communicate the flowmeter 13 with the second main pipeline cleaning liquid discharge port 23, so that the cleaning liquid provided by the cleaning liquid supply device cleans a local pipeline of the glue spraying equipment.
