step 2: adding a water phase solvent with the water phase solvent temperature of 87 ℃ into the primary mixed base material, and keeping the temperature, stirring and uniformly mixing for 8 min; and cooling the primarily mixed base material to 75 ℃, adding ethanol into the primarily mixed base material, and uniformly stirring for 2.5min to obtain the rice bran fatty alkanol aqueous phase solution.

A method for preparing a water-phase solution of rice bran fatty alkanol comprises the following steps:
step 1: weighing and heating rice bran fatty alkanol and tween 80 to melt the rice bran fatty alkanol, wherein the heating temperature is 90 ℃; stirring and uniformly mixing the rice bran fatty alkanol and the Tween 80 for 2min to obtain a primary mixed base material;

In this comparative example, an aqueous solution of a rice bran fatty alkanol was prepared under the same conditions as in example 1 except that the emulsifier was replaced with glycerin of equal mass without using tween 80.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example was carried out under the same conditions as in example 1 except that the emulsifier was replaced with lecithin of equal mass without using tween 80, and an aqueous solution of a fatty alkanol of rice bran was prepared.
Comparative example 3
In this comparative example, an aqueous solution of a rice bran fatty alkanol was prepared under the same conditions as in example 1 except that tween 60 was used instead of tween 80 as an emulsifier and the same mass was used.
Comparative example 4
In this comparative example, an aqueous solution of a rice bran fatty alkanol was prepared under the same conditions as in example 1 except that tween 80 was not used as an emulsifier but replaced with tween 85 of an equal mass.
The respective states of the aqueous phase solutions of fatty alkanol of rice bran prepared by the preparation methods of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 4 are as follows:

The aqueous solution of the rice bran fatty alkanol is prepared by the preparation method, and comprises 0.01-1 wt% of rice bran fatty alkanol, 0-3 wt% of tween 800.03-2 wt%, and the balance of an aqueous solvent.
Wherein the proportion of the rice bran fatty alkanol is 0.01%, 0.02%, 0.03%, 0.04%, 0.05%, 0.08%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%, 1%, 1.2%, 1.4%, 1.6%, 1.8%, 2%. The tween 80 may be 0.03%, 0.08%, 0.13%, 0.18%, 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%, 1%, 1.2%, 1.4%, 1.6%, 1.8%, 2%. The proportion of the ethanol can be 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5% and 3%.
According to the rice bran fatty alkanol aqueous phase solution, Tween 80 is used as an emulsifier, so that the transparent aqueous phase solvent soluble rice bran fatty alkanol aqueous phase solution in a stable state can be obtained, wherein ethanol is used as a cosolvent, and the solubility of the rice bran fatty alkanol in the aqueous phase solvent is increased. It is important to note that the aqueous solvent-soluble rice bran fatty alkanol of the present invention is a rice bran fatty alkanol as an object of aqueous solvent dissolution, and the rice bran fatty alkanol can be well dissolved in the aqueous solvent by combining the rice bran fatty alkanol with tween 80 as an emulsifier and ethanol as a cosolvent, and the aqueous solution is transparent and stable. While the aqueous phase solution of the rice bran fatty alkanol is milky turbid with poor aqueous phase solvent solubility due to the use of other emulsifiers such as lecithin, glycerin, etc.
Further, the weight percentage of the tween 80 is 0.08-0.15%, and the weight percentage of the ethanol is 1-2%. Further, the content of the rice bran fatty alkanol is 0.03 percent by weight. 5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the proportion of the fatty alkanol in the rice bran is 0.01 to 1 wt%, the proportion of the Tween 80 is 0.03 to 2 wt%, the proportion of the ethanol is 0 to 3 wt%, and the balance is an aqueous solvent.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the tween 80 is 0.08 to 0.15 wt% and the ethanol is 1 to 2 wt%.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the rice bran fatty alkanol is contained in an amount of 0.03 wt%.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the tween 80 is contained in an amount of 0.15% and the ethanol is contained in an amount of 1.5% by weight.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the ethanol is edible ethanol.
