Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a moisturizing spray mask and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The facial mask is a category of skin care products, is used for moisturizing skin, and also has multiple functions of moisturizing, nourishing, improving appearance, deeply cleaning and the like. At present, facial masks in the market mainly have two use forms, one is a face paste type and consists of non-woven fabrics and essence, and the facial masks are applied to the face when in use to play the roles of sealing the skin and preserving moisture. The other is a coating type, which is applied to the face in the form of gel, wherein the coating type mask is further divided into a peeling type mask and a wiping or rinsing type mask.
The mask is inconvenient to use no matter the mask is a face-pasting mask or a coating mask. When the face-pasting type facial mask is used, the face-pasting type facial mask is best to keep a supine position and cannot do too many facial expression actions, otherwise, gaps are generated between the mask cloth and the skin, and the phenomenon of non-pasting is caused. The application type mask also needs to be kept in a supine position during the application process or needs other assistance to finish the application. These give the user a sense of discomfort in the use experience.
At present, products named as 'spray masks' appear on the market, and the principle of the product is that internal materials (skin care essence and the like) are injected into a sprayer and only need to be sprayed on the face when in use, so that the product is convenient to use, can be sprayed and used, can be completely attached, and does not influence expression and action of a user.
However, the mask essence or other skin care essences are in a semi-fluid gel state, have certain viscosity, are difficult to atomize and cause the defect of poor atomization effect. When the water-based emulsion is used as an inner material of a spray mask, uneven spraying and poor dispersibility during use can be caused, and the use feeling of a customer is reduced. In addition, the shearing action of the spray head can thin the consistency of the essence, the adsorption performance of the essence is poor, the essence is easy to drip when being sprayed on the face, and the skin feeling and the experience feeling are poor.
The existing spraying facial mask or essence mainly has two action mechanisms. One is to shear the fragile high molecular polysaccharide gel into fine particles by using the fragility of the high molecular polysaccharide gel as the main component and the shearing action of the nozzle during spraying. The gel particles cover the skin to retain moisture of the skin. The facial mask is composed of fine water-saturated solid particles, and is poor in skin feeling, silky feeling of essence and experience feeling; and the sprayed particles have the characteristics of hardness, brittleness and frangibility, poor water retention performance and poor particle adsorbability, and are easy to separate from the skin to cause slippage. The other type of the facial mask essence is essence containing low-consistency high polymer materials, and the high polymer materials have certain shear thinning performance and can be sheared by a spray head to be sprayed out, so that the consistency of the facial mask essence of the spray type cannot be high, otherwise the atomization effect of the facial mask essence can be influenced, and the essence can be made thinner. Meanwhile, when the essence is sprayed out, the consistency of the essence sprayed onto the skin becomes thinner due to the shearing action of the spray head, and the essence flows down or drips along the skin due to insufficient adhesion, so that the use feeling is poor. In addition, because the consistency is small, the moisture is easy to volatilize, and the moisturizing effect is poor.
Therefore, most of spray masks in the current market are water-based spray products, which have the name of the spray masks, and do not have the viscosity, skin feel and moisture retention which are unique to the traditional masks, which is also the reason why the current spray masks cannot be popular. Therefore, the development of a mask product for spraying which can combine the advantages of the conventional mask and the convenience of spraying is urgently desired by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art described above. Therefore, the moisturizing spray mask provided by the invention has a good spraying effect, and the phenomenon of shear thinning does not occur when the internal materials are sprayed out by a sprayer nozzle; when the inner material is sprayed on the skin, the inner material can be quickly converted into gel, and good moisturizing effect and experience feeling are realized.
The invention provides a moisturizing spray mask which is a sprayer with an internal material, wherein the internal material comprises the following components: acrylate thickener, alkaline neutralizer and water; the acrylic ester thickening agent or the alkaline neutralizing agent is coated by microcapsules.
The invention adopts the microcapsule technology, and the acrylate thickener or the alkaline neutralizer is coated and then mixed with the components to form the inner material. Before atomization, the microcapsule prevents the contact of the acrylate thickening agent and the alkaline neutralizing agent, so that reaction cannot occur, the viscosity of the inner material is low, the fluidity is good, and good atomization can be realized. When the inner material is sprayed out through the nozzle of the sprayer, the microcapsule is cut by the shearing action of the nozzle, and the encapsulated ingredients are released. At the moment, the alkaline neutralizing agent and the acrylate thickening agent are mixed and react in an atomized state, so that molecules of the curled acrylate thickening agent are unfolded and thickened to form a gel state, and the gel state is adsorbed on the skin; meanwhile, the opened acrylate thickener molecules are not thinned under the action of the shearing force of the spray head, still have good skin feel and adsorption force, and cannot drop, and finally form mask essence with certain viscosity on the surface of the skin, so that a good moisturizing effect and experience feeling are realized.
Preferably, the inner material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.01-3 parts of acrylate thickening agent, 0.01-3 parts of alkaline neutralizing agent and 70-100 parts of water.
Preferably, the inner material also comprises an efficacy ingredient.
More preferably, the functional ingredient includes at least one of a moisturizing component, an antioxidant component, an anti-wrinkle component, a skin-repairing component, a whitening component, an anti-acne component, or a sunscreen component.
Most preferably, the efficacy ingredient comprises a moisturizing component. The moisturizing component includes, but is not limited to, the following raw materials: glycerin, propylene glycol, sorbitol, hyaluronic acid (sodium), urea (cyst) essence, collagen, and seaweed extract.
Preferably, the alkaline neutralizing agent is selected from at least one of triethanolamine, L-arginine, or hydroxide. In the cosmetic field, the hydroxides usually used are mainly sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide, wherein sodium hydroxide is less irritating than potassium hydroxide and thus more applicable.
Preferably, when the spray nozzle of the sprayer is used for spraying and atomizing, the particle diameter of the atomized particles is 0.001-5 μm.
Preferably, when the nozzle of the sprayer is used for spraying and atomizing, the spraying flow rate is 0.5-15L/min.
In order to better enable the microcapsules to be effectively broken and released during atomization through the nozzle, the invention proves that the acrylate thickening agent and the alkaline neutralizing agent can be effectively mixed in an atomized state to form gel and be adsorbed on the skin under the nozzle parameter condition of the atomizer.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the moisturizing spray mask, which comprises the following steps:
(1) coating an acrylate thickener or an alkaline neutralizer to prepare a microcapsule;
(2) dissolving the other components in water, and adding the microcapsule prepared in the step (1) to form an inner material;
(3) and (3) filling the inner material prepared in the step (2) into a sprayer to prepare the water-wet spraying mask.
The type of the microcapsule is not particularly limited, the existing microcapsule can be basically used as the microcapsule of the spray mask, but the microcapsule with smaller irritation and higher mildness degree is more applicable.
Preferably, the microcapsule in step (1) is selected from at least one of gelatin microcapsule, polylactose microcapsule, chitosan microcapsule, or sodium alginate microcapsule. The four types of microcapsules are simple to prepare and do not cause skin irritation, so that the microcapsules are suitable for being used as the microcapsules in the spray mask.
More preferably, the microcapsule in step (1) is selected from at least one of chitosan microcapsule or sodium alginate microcapsule. The chitosan and the alginate are common raw materials in cosmetics and have the moisturizing effect, and the microcapsules not only have the coating effect on the acrylate thickening agent or the alkaline neutralizing agent, but also have a certain moisturizing effect.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention solves the problem of poor skin feel of the traditional spray mask. The acrylate thickener is atomized and then reacts with the alkaline neutralizing agent to form gel, so that the gel is not sheared by a spray head of a sprayer and still has the long rheological property of long-chain molecules. The gel thus formed had a good silky skin feel.
(2) The invention solves the problems of poor adsorption, easy dripping and poor moisture retention of the traditional spray mask. The gel is formed after atomization, so that the gel does not have a shearing effect, can keep the excellent adsorption performance and water retention performance of long-chain molecules, has good viscosity and is not easy to drip.
(3) The invention solves the problem of poor atomization effect of the traditional spray mask: because the alkaline neutralizing agent in the inner material is not directly contacted with the acrylate thickening agent, a gel state is not formed yet. At the moment, the fluidity of the inner material is good, the effect is good when atomization is carried out, and the spraying is even.
(4) In the invention, the microcapsule is broken and released under the action of the shearing force of the spray head, so that the gel is formed after atomization, the gel performance is not broken by shearing, the permeation promoting effect is obvious, and the skin can be promoted to absorb other functional components.
