本发明涉及航空器用水供应系统。
背景技术
在航空器中,将储存在专用的箱(tank)中的水用作饮用水等。通过将从航空器的发动机等引入的压缩空气或来自空气泵的压缩空气导入到箱内来提高箱内的压力,箱内的水被送至规定的供应口(水龙头等)。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
在航空器用水供应系统中,通过利用药剂等对箱、供水用的配管进行清洗来抑制细菌等在箱、供水用的配管的繁殖。但是,不能说通过清洗就进行了充分的杀菌,目前仍在利用质量非常低的水作为饮用水。
特别是,在航空器中,有时在寒冷地区等无法将箱内的水放出,不更换箱内的水而仍然在回程时继续使用,长期储存的水绝不能说是高质量的。
也已提出在供水用配管设置了过滤器的航空器用水供应系统,但可以想到由过滤器捕捉到的细菌有时也会在过滤器进行增殖,因而期望得到改善。
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种能提高航空器中供应的水的质量的航空器用水供应系统。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明以解决上述问题为目的,提供一种航空器用水供应系统,是搭载于航空器,向该航空器内的多个水供应口供应水的航空器用水供应系统,具备:箱,其储存水;供水用配管,其从上述箱伸出并分支连接到上述多个水供应口中的每一个水供应口,将来自上述箱的水供应给上述多个水供应口;以及紫外光杀菌装置,其至少设置于供饮用的上述水供应口的附近的上述供水用配管,并且具有照射紫外光的发光二极管,对供应给上述水供应口的水照射来自上述发光二极管的紫外光进行杀菌。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够提供一种能提高航空器中供应的水的质量的航空器用水供应系统。

具体实施方式

以下,根据附图来说明本发明的实施方式。
图1是本实施方式所涉及的航空器用水供应系统的概略构成图。如图1所示,航空器用水供应系统1是搭载于航空器并向该航空器内的多个水供应口2供应水的系统。
航空器用水供应系统1具备:箱3,其储存水;以及供水用配管4,其从箱3伸出并分支连接到多个水供应口2中的每一个水供应口2,将来自箱3的水供应给多个水供应口2。
箱3是储存水的大型的储水箱,也被称为水箱或者便携式水箱。箱3连接有用于从航空器的外部向箱3内供应水的补给用配管5。另外,以从由箱3伸出的供水用配管4分支的方式连接有排水用配管6。在排水用配管6设置有排水时开放的排水用阀6a。
供水用配管4的一端连接到箱3,另一端分支并分别连接到各水供应口2。在此,对水供应口2具有烹饪台(厨房)20内的热水供应器201、咖啡机202以及水龙头203并且具有卫生间21内的盥洗台211和便器清洗用箱212的情况进行说明。不过,水供应口2不限于图示的情况,能适当变更。
另外,箱3连接有将压缩空气导入到箱3内的压缩空气导入线路7。压缩空气导入线路7具有将来自航空器的发动机或者辅助发动机的压缩空气导入的第1线路71、以及将外部气体以空气泵72b进行压缩并导向箱3内的第2线路72。在第1线路71设置有空气过滤器71a、压力调节器71b以及止回阀71c。在第2线路72设置有空气过滤器72a、空气泵72b以及止回阀72c。通过利用从压缩空气导入线路7导入的压缩空气将箱3内升压,箱3内的水被供应给各水供应口2。
在本实施方式所涉及的航空器用水供应系统1中,具备至少在供饮用的水供应口2的附近的供水用配管4分别设置的紫外光杀菌装置8。紫外光杀菌装置8具有照射紫外光的发光二极管81(参照图2),对供应给水供应口的水照射来自发光二极管81的紫外光进行杀菌。此外,此处所说的杀菌也包括使细菌失活,抑制细菌的增殖。
在本实施方式中,在与烹饪台20内的热水供应器201、咖啡机202以及水龙头203连接的每一个供水用配管4设置了紫外光杀菌装置8。不过,在供水用配管4是在靠近水供应口2的位置进行分支的情况下,也可以对多个水供应口2设置1个紫外光杀菌装置8。
如图2所示,紫外光杀菌装置8具有插入到供水用配管4的作为杀菌用流路的球状的腔室82,通过对腔室82内的水照射来自发光二极管81的紫外光,来进行水的杀菌。腔室82的内周面82a可以由反射紫外光的材质构成,希望使紫外光在腔室82内多次反射来提高水的杀菌效率。为了避免在杀菌后再次混入细菌等,希望在尽可能靠近水供应口2的位置配置紫外光杀菌装置8。此外,紫外光杀菌装置8的具体构成不限于图2所示的构成。
作为紫外光杀菌装置8中使用的发光二极管81,可以使用照射波长为250nm以上350nm以下的紫外光的发光二极管。即,作为发光二极管81,希望使用中心波长或者峰值波长包含在250nm以上350nm以下的范围内的发光二极管。为了进一步提高杀菌的效果,作为发光二极管81,更希望使用照射杀菌效果高的波长为255nm以上285nm以下的紫外光的发光二极管。
此外,例如也可以考虑在箱3设置对箱3内的水照射紫外光进行杀菌的装置,但在该情况下,避免不了供水用配管4中的细菌的混入。通过如本实施方式这样在水供应口2的附近的供水用配管4设置紫外光杀菌装置8,对箱3内、供水用配管4中混入的细菌也能够进行杀菌(或者使其失活),能够提高从水供应口2供应的水的质量。
回到图1,在本实施方式中,在各紫外光杀菌装置8的附近,分别设置有使用供水用配管4中流动的水进行发电的小型的流水发电机9。各紫外光杀菌装置8使用由对应的流水发电机9发出的电力来驱动。此外,紫外光杀菌装置8也可以使用由流水发电机9发出的电力和其它电力来驱动。由此,能够抑制紫外光杀菌装置8中的电力消耗,运行成本下降。
另外,在本实施方式中,在比各紫外光杀菌装置8靠下游侧,分别设置有对水进行过滤的过滤器10。例如,在将过滤器10设置于比紫外光杀菌装置8靠上游侧的情况下,可以想到由过滤器10捕捉到的细菌有时也会在过滤器10增殖而导致水的质量下降。相对于此,在本实施方式中,由于是在比各紫外光杀菌装置8靠下游侧设置过滤器10,因此能够抑制细菌在过滤器10的增殖。
在本实施方式所涉及的航空器用水供应系统1中,在卫生间21的盥洗台211,设置有用于供应水的水龙头211a、用于供应臭氧水的杀菌水供应口211b、以及干手器211c。水龙头211a和杀菌水供应口211b分别连接有供水用配管4。
在杀菌水供应口211b的附近的供水用配管4,设置有生成臭氧水并将其供应给杀菌水供应口211b的臭氧水生成器11。如图3所示,臭氧水生成器11具有插入到供水用配管4的长方体状的腔室111、以及以夹住腔室111的方式设置的板状的阳极电极112和阴极电极113。通过向两个电极112、113之间施加电压对腔室111内的水进行电解,从而生成臭氧水。腔室111连接有将在腔室111内生成的包含很多氢的阴极水(Cathodewater)排出的阴极水排出流路114。此外,臭氧水生成器11的具体构成不限于图3所示的构成。
在臭氧水生成器11的下游侧,设置有对由臭氧水生成器11生成的臭氧水的臭氧浓度进行测定的臭氧浓度计13。作为臭氧浓度计13,能够采用:使用了照射紫外光的发光二极管的紫外光吸收型的臭氧浓度计。也可以设置利用流过供水用配管4的水进行发电的流水发电机,用于驱动臭氧水生成器11或臭氧浓度计13。
在航空器中,排水的一部分从排放管柱向外部放出,但卫生间等的污水被收纳至污水箱。盥洗台211的排水也被收纳至污水箱,但若在盥洗台211可以使用肥皂,则污水箱变得到处是泡沫,后续的处理就会麻烦。所以,目前在盥洗台211一般使用不易起泡的肥皂,但仅凭此难以得到充分的杀菌效果。通过如本实施方式设为能在盥洗台211使用臭氧水来洗手,能够得到充分的杀菌效果。另外,由于臭氧水被回收至污水箱,因此还能对污水箱进行杀菌。
干手器211c经由干手器连接线路73连接至压缩空气导入线路7(第1线路71和第2线路72),并构成为来自压缩空气导入线路7的压缩空气从干手器211c吹出。在干手器连接线路73,设置有用于对由干手器211c吹出的空气的压力进行调节的压力调节器73a。通过在干手器211c中使用来自压缩空气导入线路7的压缩空气,无需如以往那样驱动风扇,能够降低能耗。
另外,如图4所示,在干手器211c,也可以设置有对要干燥的使用者的手照射紫外光的紫外光照射器211d。作为紫外光照射器211d中使用的光源,希望使用低能耗的发光二极管。当对臭氧水照射紫外光时,会产生具有强力的氧化作用的羟基自由基,通过促进氧化,杀菌效果提高。从而,通过将臭氧水的供应与具有紫外光照射器211d的干手器211c进行组合,能在乘客洗手时提供更高的杀菌效果。
在本实施方式中,进一步构成为在用于卫生间的便器清洗的便器清洗用箱212中也使用臭氧水。在此,便器清洗用箱212储存冲洗便器213的水。
在本实施方式中,在便器清洗用箱212的附近的供水用配管4,设置有生成臭氧水并将其供应给便器清洗用箱212内的臭氧水生成器12。不过,不限于此,也可以在便器清洗用箱212内设置臭氧水生成器。臭氧水生成器12是与在图3中说明的臭氧水生成器11同样的结构,因此省略详细说明。在本实施方式中,用于向杀菌水供应口211b供应臭氧水的臭氧水生成器与用于向便器清洗用箱212供应臭氧水的臭氧水生成器使用的是不同的臭氧水生成器11、12,但也可以构成为将由1个臭氧水生成器11、12生成的臭氧水向杀菌水供应口211b与便器清洗用箱212这两者进行供应。
通过构成为利用便器清洗用箱212中储存的臭氧水进行便器213的清洗,每次冲水时都能对便器213进行杀菌,能抑制从便器213产生浮游菌。
(实施方式的作用和效果)
如以上所说明的那样,在本实施方式所涉及的航空器用水供应系统1中,具备紫外光杀菌装置8,紫外光杀菌装置8至少设置于供饮用的水供应口2的附近的供水用配管4,并且具有照射紫外光的发光二极管,对供应给水供应口2的水照射来自发光二极管的紫外光进行杀菌。
通过使用紫外光杀菌装置8,能够对从水供应口2供应的水中包含的细菌进行杀菌(或者使其失活),能提高航空器内供应的水的质量。使用了发光二极管的紫外光杀菌装置8例如与使用了紫外光灯等的杀菌装置相比是小型的,能耗也小。从而,即使在配置空间有限的航空器内,也能容易地搭载紫外光杀菌装置8,例如通过与流水发电机9一并使用,在没有电源的情况下也能使用。
(实施方式的总结)
接下来,援用实施方式中的附图标记等来记载从以上说明的实施方式掌握的技术思想。不过,以下的记载中的各附图标记等并不是将权利要求书中的构成要素限定于实施方式中具体示出的构件等。
[1]一种航空器用水供应系统(1),是搭载于航空器,向该航空器内的多个水供应口(2)供应水的航空器用水供应系统(1),具备:箱(3),其储存水;供水用配管(4),其从上述箱(3)伸出并分支连接到上述多个水供应口(2)中的每一个水供应口(2),将来自上述箱(3)的水供应给上述多个水供应口(2);以及紫外光杀菌装置(8),其至少设置于供饮用的上述水供应口(2)的附近的上述供水用配管(4),并且具有照射紫外光的发光二极管,对供应给上述水供应口(2)的水照射来自上述发光二极管的紫外光进行杀菌。
[2]根据[1]所述的航空器用水供应系统(1),其中,具备使用上述供水用配管(4)中流动的水进行发电的流水发电机(9),上述紫外光杀菌装置(8)使用由上述流水发电机(9)发出的电力来驱动。
[3]根据[1]或[2]所述的航空器用水供应系统(1),其中,在比上述紫外光杀菌装置(8)靠下游侧,设置有对上述水进行过滤的过滤器(10)。
[4]根据[1]至[3]中的任意一项所述的航空器用水供应系统(1),其中,上述水供应口(2)包含设置于盥洗台(21a)的杀菌水供应口(211b),在上述杀菌水供应口(211b)的附近的上述供水用配管(4),设置有生成臭氧水并将其供应给上述杀菌水供应口(211b)的臭氧水生成器(11)。
[5]根据[1]至[4]中的任意一项所述的航空器用水供应系统(1),其中,上述水供应口(2)包含用于卫生间(21)的便器清洗的便器清洗用箱(21b),在上述便器清洗用箱(21b)的附近的上述供水用配管(4)、或者上述便器清洗用箱(21b)内,设置有生成臭氧水并将其供应给上述便器清洗用箱(21b)内的臭氧水生成器(12)。
以上说明了本发明的实施方式,但上面所述的实施方式并不限制权利要求书所涉及的发明。另外,应当注意,实施方式中所说明的特征的所有组合对用于解决发明的问题的方案来说并非都是必须的。另外,本发明能在不脱离其宗旨的范围内适当进行变形来实施。

Claims (5)
1.一种航空器用水供应系统,是搭载于航空器,向该航空器内的多个水供应口供应水的航空器用水供应系统,其特征在于,具备:
箱,其储存水;
供水用配管,其从上述箱伸出并分支连接到上述多个水供应口中的每一个水供应口,将来自上述箱的水供应给上述多个水供应口;以及
紫外光杀菌装置,其具有插入到至少供饮用的上述水供应口的附近的上述供水用配管的作为杀菌用流路的腔室,以及设置于上述腔室内的照射紫外光的发光二极管,对上述腔室内的水照射来自上述发光二极管的紫外光进行杀菌,
在比上述紫外光杀菌装置的上述腔室靠下游侧,设置有对上述水进行过滤的过滤器,上述腔室的内周面由反射紫外光的材质构成来使紫外光多次反射。
2.根据权利要求1所述的航空器用水供应系统,其中,
具备使用上述供水用配管中流动的水进行发电的流水发电机,上述紫外光杀菌装置使用由上述流水发电机发出的电力来驱动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的航空器用水供应系统,其中,
上述水供应口包含设置于盥洗台的杀菌水供应口,
在上述杀菌水供应口的附近的上述供水用配管,设置有生成臭氧水并将其供应给上述杀菌水供应口的臭氧水生成器。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的航空器用水供应系统,其中,
上述水供应口包含用于卫生间的便器清洗的便器清洗用箱,在上述便器清洗用箱的附近的上述供水用配管、或者上述便器清洗用箱内,设置有生成臭氧水并将其供应给上述便器清洗用箱内的臭氧水生成器。
5.根据权利要求3所述的航空器用水供应系统,其中,
上述水供应口包含用于卫生间的便器清洗的便器清洗用箱,在上述便器清洗用箱的附近的上述供水用配管、或者上述便器清洗用箱内,设置有生成臭氧水并将其供应给上述便器清洗用箱内的臭氧水生成器。
