Device for fixing drawer and furniture
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a device for fixing a drawer to a movable rail of a pull-out guide, the device comprising: a holder fixed to the rail, the means for height adjustment being provided on the holder for adjustably positioning the drawer relative to the rail; and a housing fitted on the holder, the housing being connected via a connecting section to at least one mounting element which can be fixed to a side frame of the drawer, and to a piece of furniture.
Background
DE 202009002002U 1 discloses a lift-off prevention device for drawers, in which a dowel can be fixed in a hole of a drawer frame. The dowel is integrally formed on a web that is securable to a plate secured to the rail of the pull-out guide. This allows the drawer to be secured against lifting by the dowel. However, a disadvantage of this design is that the drawer must be height adjusted prior to assembly of the anti-lift device dowel. In the installed position, no further adjustment is possible, which may result in the dowel being pulled out of the hole.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a device for fixing a drawer to a movable rail of a pull-out guide, which device enables improved handling during adjustment.
This object is solved by a device having the features of claim 1.
In the device according to the invention, a housing is fitted to a holder on a rail, which housing is connected via a connecting section to at least one mounting element which can be fixed to a side frame of the drawer, wherein the connecting section is of elastic design and the adjusting means (for example for height adjustment) is adjustable upon mounting the mounting element. The mounting element can thus be fixed to the drawer in a ready-to-use manner as a lift-off prevention, wherein the positioning adjustment can still be carried out after assembly. This simplifies handling, since the anti-lift device can be fixed to the holder and the drawer and subsequently also adjusted, for example to adjust the position of the front panel of the drawer.
Preferably, the mounting element, the connecting section and the housing are integrally formed. The mounting element and the connecting section as well as the housing can be made of plastic, for example, wherein the cross section of the connecting section is selected such that it can be moved resiliently to some extent. Preferably, the connecting section comprises at least one deformable contour, so that the connecting section can compensate the adjustment range of the adjustment device and be repositioned by a bending movement during the adjustment. Preferably, the profile is wave-shaped. Alternatively, the connecting section can also have a different contour. The adjustment range of the height adjustment and the corresponding movement of the mounting element relative to the housing may, for example, be in the range between 0.2mm and 20mm, in particular 0.5mm to 4 mm.
To facilitate alignment of the drawer relative to the pull-out guide, the height adjustment device may include a rotatable knurled nut forming a bearing surface of the side frame of the drawer. The knurled nut may be rotatably mounted on the vertical bolt such that rotation of the knurled nut raises or lowers the drawer. Other adjustment mechanisms, such as a rotatable bolt or latch or clamping mechanism, may also be used.
The mounting elements are preferably designed as dowels which can be fixed in holes in the side frames, in particular by clamping in holes in the side frames. Optionally, a plurality of dowels may also be provided on the housing, each dowel being connected to the housing via a connecting section. For example, in order to increase the safety against lifting the drawer off, the mounting element can in each case be held on the opposite side of the housing via the connecting section. However, for a compact design, a single connecting section with mounting elements is sufficient.
For tool-free assembly of the anti-lift device, the housing may have a pocket that can be pushed onto the webbed retainer of the rail. Then, during assembly of the pull-out guide, the webbed holder can be fixed, for example by welding or riveting, so that then, during assembly of the drawer, the housing is merely pushed onto the holder. Subsequently, the mounting elements, in particular the dowels, can then be inserted into the holes on the underside of the side frame to fix it in place in a clamping manner.
According to the invention, there is also provided an item of furniture having a furniture body and one or more drawers, wherein at least one drawer is movable on a rail of a pull-out guide, on which rail means for fixing the drawer are provided. In the installed position, the height of the drawer can then still be adjusted without having to detach the lift-off prevention device from the mounting element and the connecting section or to disengage the mounting element from the hole.
Alternatively, the anti-lifting device according to the invention can also be used in a household appliance, in particular in a refrigerator, having a main body and at least one drawer which is held movably on the main body by means of at least one pull-out guide having a movable rail, wherein the at least one drawer is fixed to the movable rail of the pull-out guide by means of at least one device for fixing the drawer. In this case, it is advantageous for the mounting element to be fixed in a clamping manner in a hole on a side wall of the drawer, which side wall corresponds to a side frame in the case of a drawer of a piece of furniture.

Detailed Description
The piece of furniture 1 comprises a furniture body 2 on which one or more drawers 3 are movably supported. Each drawer 3 comprises two side frames 4 arranged on opposite sides of a base 5. The side frames 4 are preferably made of a wooden material, but may be made of other materials.
Each drawer 3 is movably fixed on the opposite side on the pull-out guide 6. For this purpose, the drawer 3 is supported on a movable rail 7 of the pull-out guide, wherein means 10 are provided between the rail 7 and the side frame 4 of the drawer for fixing the drawer 3 to the movable rail 7 of the pull-out guide 6.
In fig. 3A and 3B, the lower drawer 3 is shown in a pulled-out position, and in the enlarged sectional view of fig. 3B, the device 10 is shown. The device 10 comprises a housing 14 which slides onto a webbed holder 11 fixed to the rail 7. The fixing bolt 13 is arranged on the holder 11 and the knurled nut 12 is rotatably mounted on a thread on the holder. The head portion of the fixing bolt 13 is inserted into the hole of the side frame 4. The fixing bolt 13 can be made in one or more parts and, in particular, the head can be made as a separate part.
The device 10 is fixed to the holder 11 by means of a housing 14, wherein the housing 14 is connected via a connecting section 15 to a mounting element 16 in the form of a dowel. The mounting element 16 engages in a hole 40 of the side frame 4 and is fixed there in a clamping manner.
In fig. 4A and 4B, the drawer 3 is shown in a raised position relative to fig. 3A and 3B, as can be seen in particular from the detailed view of fig. 4B. By turning the knurled nut 12 along the threaded section of the fixing bolt 13, the side frame 4 supported on the knurled nut 12 has been raised, wherein the adjustment travel is for example between 0.2mm and 20mm, in particular between 0.5mm and 4 mm. By lifting the side frame 4, the connecting section 15 has been elastically deformed when the mounting element 16 is fixed to the connecting section 15 in the side frame 4. Due to the high elasticity of the connecting section 15, subsequent adjustment of the installed drawer 3 is possible without destroying the anti-lifting device, thereby achieving a practical and reliable anti-lifting device.
Whether the drawer 3 is in the lowered position (fig. 3B) or in the raised position (fig. 4B), in operation, the drawer 3 can be secured by the device 10 against being lifted off. When the drawer 3 is lifted, the connecting section 15 holds the mounting element 16 to the housing 14, so that the drawer 3 cannot be lifted off without destroying the connecting mechanism. In this case, the attachment of the fixing bolt 13 to the hole in the side frame 4 of the drawer 3 is not loosened.
Fig. 5 and 6 show the pull-out guide 6 without the drawer 3. The pull-out guide 6 comprises a fixed guide rail 8 on which the movable rail 7 is held. Optionally, a central track extending the extension may also be provided between the track 7 and the guide rail 8.
A hook 70 is located on the rail 7 in the rear region, which hook can be inserted into an opening in the rear wall of the drawer 3 in order to secure it in the rear region and prevent it from being lifted. Means 10 for fixing the drawer 3 to the rail 7 are arranged in the front region of the rail 7.
Furthermore, a webbed activator 20 is located on the track 7, which may be coupled to a driver 21 of the closing or opening device. The driver 21 is spring-pretensioned and can be moved along a guide track 22, wherein such closing or opening devices are known per se.
In fig. 5, the pull-out guide 6 is in the closed position and the device 10 is arranged between the track 7 and the vertical web of the guide rail 8. In fig. 6, the rail 7 is in the pulled-out position.
In fig. 7A and 7B, the means 10 for fixing are shown without the drawer 3, and it can be seen that the holder 11 projects laterally from the rail 7 on the side of the rail 8. On the holder 11, a rotatable knurled nut 12 for height adjustment is shown, as well as an upwardly projecting fixing bolt 13, the head section of which can be adjusted together with the knurled nut 12 or arranged in a fixed manner on the fixing bolt. The housing 14 is pushed onto the holder 11 with the insertion depth limited by a stop on the housing 14. On the side opposite the mounting element 16, an actuating section 17 is integrally formed on the housing 14, said actuating section projecting laterally.
The housing 14 with the connecting section 15 and the mounting section 16 is shown in detail in fig. 8A to 8D. A pocket 19 is formed on the housing 14, into which the plate-shaped holder 11 can be inserted, wherein opposite edges of the holder 11 are formed in a U-shaped manner by the pocket 19. A stopper 25 is formed at the end of the pocket 19, which limits the insertion depth of the holder 11 and thereby ensures accurate positioning of the housing 14. Integrally formed on the housing 14 is a connecting section 15 which is flexible and which in the exemplary embodiment has one or more corrugations and thus can compensate for movements of the mounting element 16 relative to the housing 14. The wave-shaped profile allows lifting of the mounting element 16 during the adjustment operation, wherein, however, the connecting section 15 has sufficient strength to prevent the drawer 3 from lifting beyond this point.
In fig. 9A and 9B, the drawer 3 is shown on the rail 7 in a bottom view. The housing 14 is located on the holder 11 and the mounting 16 is located in a hole on the underside of the side frame 4 so that the drawer 3 is prevented from being lifted off. If the drawer 3 is now to be detached from the pull-out guide, the user can pull the housing 14 away from the holder 11, as shown in fig. 10A and 10B. By pulling the housing 14 from the holder 11, the housing 14 can be rotated around the mounting element 16, so that the anti-lift device is deactivated. The housing 14 can be rotated 30 ° to 180 ° to then lift the drawer 3 off the rail 7. When rotated by about 180 deg., the housing 14 is again located below the side frame 4, so that it is not damaged during transport of the drawer 3 and is still firmly fixed.
For reassembly, the drawer is placed back on the rail 7 and the housing 14 is slid onto the holder 11.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, only one mounting element 16 is held to the housing 14 via the connecting section 15. Two connecting sections 15 can also be provided on the housing 14, each connecting section being connected to a mounting element 16. In this case, however, for disassembly, the housing 14 is pulled out laterally and placed under the holder 11. It cannot pivot about the mounting element 16.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the fixing of the rail 7 to the drawer 3 via the device 10 is only described in more detail. Corresponding second means may also be provided on the opposite side of the second pull-out guide 6.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the device shown for positioning adjustment is designed as a device for height adjustment. Additionally or alternatively, another device known per se may be provided for adjustment in and/or transverse to the longitudinal direction of the pull-out guide.

Claims (15)

1. A device (10) for fixing a drawer (3) to a movable rail (7) of a pull-out guide (6), which device comprises a holder (11) which is fixed to the rail (7) and on which positioning adjustment means (12, 18) are provided for adjustably positioning the drawer (3) relative to the rail (7), and which device has a housing (14) which is fitted to the holder (11) and which is connected via at least one connecting section (15) to at least one mounting element (16) which can be fixed to a side frame (4) of the drawer (3), characterized in that the connecting section (15) is of elastic design and the positioning adjustment means (12, 13) are adjustable when mounting the mounting element (16).
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the mounting element (16), the connecting section (15) and the housing (14) are integrally formed.
3. Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the connecting section (15) has at least one deformable profile, in particular a wave profile.
4. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mounting element (16), the connecting section (15) and the housing (14) are made of plastic.
5. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the positioning adjustment means comprise a rotatable knurled nut (12) forming a bearing surface for the side frame (4) of the drawer (3).

9. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the housing (14) comprises an actuating section (17).

A piece of furniture (1) comprising a furniture body (2) and at least one drawer (3) which is held movably on the furniture body (2) via at least one pull-out guide (6) having a movable rail (7), wherein the at least one drawer (3) is fixed to the movable rail (7) of the pull-out guide (6) by means of at least one device (10) for fixing the drawer (3).
