In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The following describes a legal statement content display method provided in an embodiment of the present application:
in a first aspect, referring to fig. 6, a flow diagram of a legal declaration content presentation method according to some embodiments is illustratively shown in fig. 6. The process may include the steps of:
step 101, acquiring a legal document request triggered by a user and used for showing and viewing legal statement content.
In this step, in order to guarantee privacy of the user, at the display device, such as a smart tv, legal statement content of a system level is provided. Legal declaration content may also be different for different regional areas, where a regional area is an area to which different countries belong; illustratively, the legal requirements content of north america is different from the legal requirements of asia. The legal declaration contents published by different countries belonging to the same regional area are different, and the legal declaration contents of the country a and the country B are different, and the legal declaration contents of the country a and the country C are different. Meanwhile, legal declaration contents of the language descriptions corresponding to different language versions are different, and for the same legal declaration content, for example, legal declaration content of English version, invention declaration content of German version and legal declaration content of French version are provided. But the legal declaration content of each of the different language versions is substantially the same for the same country.
Step 102, analyzing the legal document request to obtain identification information for representing the identity and the position of the display device, after analyzing the identification information, loading a pre-configured index table and displaying a selectable language list matched with the identification information to a user.
In this step, the identification information carried by the legal document request may include a brand identifier, a regional area, and a country belonging to each regional area, where, for the brand identifier, for example, the brand identifier may be a halimasch or an ericsson. For the region area and the countries belonging to each region area, for the region area such as asia, the countries belonging to asia are china, korea and japan.
In this step, a corresponding index table is created for the country region supported by the display device and stored in a registration profile dedicated for storage. A separate list of selectable languages is defined for each country. As an embodiment, the index table may be configured with an identification value corresponding to the brand identification, a region value corresponding to the region area, and a country value corresponding to the region area. Based on the above, the selectable language list in the index table is associated with the identification information, and after the identification information is determined, the selectable language list matched with the identification information can be selected from the index table. As another example, a language setting value (or referred to as a code identifier) of a second preset digit, which may be 4 digits, may be defined in the selectable language list to be expressed. The sequence of the 4 digits is an identification value-regional value-national value-language value, if the identification value of the sea letter is 1, the regional value is 2, the national value is 3, and the language value is 4, the finally generated language set value is 1234. Legal declaration content representing a chinese version of a corresponding chinese version of a letter brand located in an asian region. The language setting value is the searching rule set in the embodiment, so that legal statement content matched with the language setting value can be found according to the language setting value.
As an embodiment, the implementation of loading the preconfigured index table in the implementation step 102 and presenting the selectable language list matched with the identification information to the user may include the following steps a to D:
and step A, searching the country from the identification information.
The identification information contains a country indicating the location of the display device.
And B, loading a pre-configured index table and displaying a list of selectable languages matched with the country to a user.
Legal declaration contents belonging to different countries may be different or the same, but legal declaration contents corresponding to the same country may have legal declaration contents of different language versions, so that users using different languages can see legal declaration contents belonging to own language as much as possible, and good experience effect is brought to the users.
Step 103, the language selected by the user from the selectable language list is obtained, legal statement content matched with the language version of the language is searched from the local according to the identification information, and the legal statement content is displayed.
In this step, after the user selects a language from the selectable language list, the display device may acquire the language selected by the user, where the language may be english or french.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the above identification information may further include a region where a country is located, and on this basis, searching, in step 103, legal statement content matching with a language version to which the language belongs according to the identification information may include the following steps 1031 to 1032:
step 1031, generating information to be matched according to the identification information and the language.
If the identification information includes a country and a region to which the country belongs, the country, and a language selected by the user may be generated as one piece of information to be matched.
For example, if the identification information includes asia and china belonging to asia, the language selected by the user is chinese, and the information to be matched is asia, chinese, and chinese.
As one example, the identification information may further include brand identifiers, and different brand identifiers may also correspond to different legal requirements.
Based on the above embodiments, the information to be matched includes brand identification, regional area, and country. The relationship among the brand identity, the region area and the country is the country contained in the region area using the brand identity.
For example, if the identification information includes sea letter, asia and chinese, the language selected by the user is chinese, the information to be matched is sea letter, asia, chinese and chinese.
Step 1032, searching whether legal statement content matched with the information to be matched exists or not from the local; and if so, presenting legal statement content matched with the language version to which the language belongs to the user.
In the step, legal statement content matched with the identification information and the language contained in the information to be matched is searched from the local.
For example, if the information to be matched includes sea letter, asia, china and chinese, a legal invention content of a chinese version and conforming to chinese law is locally matched.
Therefore, by the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, legal statement content of the language version selected by the user and the country where the display equipment is located can be obtained in a prepared mode, so that errors of the legal statement content are further avoided, and meanwhile, good experience effects can be brought to the user.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, based on the above embodiment, after searching whether there is legal statement content matching with the information to be matched from the local, if not, steps 1033 to 1037 may be further performed:
step 1033, searching for whether legal statement content matched with the country exists in the local area; if so, step 1034 is performed, and if not, step 1035 is performed.
And step 1034, displaying legal declaration content with highest language version priority according to legal declaration content corresponding to the country.
In this step, language setting rules may be set for language versions, the language setting rules being rules that are ordered according to priorities set correspondingly to different languages.
One country can correspond to legal declaration contents of language versions of multiple languages, and based on the legal declaration contents, legal declaration contents with highest priority can be displayed.
In this embodiment, legal declaration contents of different language versions have been set with priority in advance, for example: the legal declaration contents corresponding to China are legal declaration contents in three language versions, namely, the legal declaration contents in Chinese version, the legal declaration contents in English version, the legal declaration contents in first priority, the legal declaration contents in German version, and the priority of the legal declaration contents in German version. If the legal declaration content of the Russian version is selected by the user, the legal declaration content corresponding to the Russian version is not found from the legal declaration content of the language version corresponding to China, and the Chinese legal declaration content display with the highest priority is found from the legal declaration content of the remaining three language versions.
As an example, the priority may be expressed using a language setting.
For example, if the language setting value corresponding to english is XX1, the language setting value corresponding to chinese is XX2, and the language setting value corresponding to french is XX3, the ordering of english, chinese and french is XX1, XX2, and XX3 in sequence. If the user selects russian from the selectable language list, but legal statement content matched with the version of the language to which the russian belongs cannot be found in the local area, english can be preferentially selected according to the ranking sequence of the language setting values corresponding to the english.
In this embodiment, the language preset rules in each country region are independent and do not affect each other; the preset rule does not depend on whether the actual language file exists, so that the combination, the change and the addition of the language file can be independently carried out and are not influenced by indexes. Thus, when the country region is updated, undefined country region values in the index table may be increased, and at this time, matching search is performed according to the general region rule to adapt to file matching during system updating.
Step 1035, searching for whether legal statement content matched with the regional area exists in the local area; if so, step 1036 is performed, and if not, step 1037 is performed.
If the legal declaration content of the country does not exist in the local area, which means that the legal declaration content issued by the country is not stored in the display device, the legal declaration content corresponding to the regional area is searched from the regional area of the country.
And step 1036, displaying legal declaration content with highest language version priority according to legal declaration content corresponding to the regional area.
One regional area can correspond to legal statement contents of language versions of multiple languages, and based on the legal statement contents, legal statement contents with highest priority can be displayed.
The language versions used by the legal declaration contents corresponding to the same region also have priority, and the legal declaration content of the language version with the highest priority is displayed.
Step 1027, displaying legal declaration content with highest language version priority according to legal declaration content corresponding to the brand identification.
If the corresponding legal statement content cannot be found in the region and the country of the position where the display device is located, searching the legal statement content according to the brand identification.
And one brand identifier corresponds to a plurality of legal declaration contents, and the legal declaration contents with the highest priority are displayed.
Therefore, through the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, legal statement contents can be orderly and accurately displayed according to different brand marks, different areas, different countries and different languages, so that legal statement content display errors are further avoided, and the experience effect of a user is improved.
In practical application, there may be multiple countries or languages with the same legal declaration content, and in one embodiment of the present application, for each brand identity, if a target area using the same language and using the same legal declaration content exists in an area using the identity brand, storing a piece of legal declaration content shared by the target area locally; if a region area using the identified brand does not have a target region area having a language and using the same legal contents, for each region area, if the region area has a target country using the same language and using the same legal contents, a share of legal contents common to the target country is locally saved.
Based on the above analysis, it can be known that the language preset rules (the setting of the language version priority) of each country and the region to which the country belongs are independent and do not affect each other; the preset rule does not depend on whether an actual language file exists, so that the combination, the change and the addition of legal statement contents corresponding to the language version can be independently carried out and are not influenced by the index of information to be matched. Thus, when the country or region is updated, the undefined country region value in the index table may be increased, and at this time, a matching search is performed according to the general region rule to adapt to the file matching during the system update.
Therefore, in the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the search rule set by the preconfigured index table and legal statement content are mutually independent, when legal statement content is searched, after identification information is analyzed from a legal document request triggered by a user, based on the search rule introduced by the application, the preconfigured index table is loaded first and a selectable language list matched with the identification information is displayed for the user, so that a language selected by the user from the selectable language list is obtained, legal statement content matched with a language version to which the language belongs is searched locally according to the identification information and displayed, and even if the index table is changed and the legal statement content stored locally is changed, the legal statement content is not affected, and the legal statement content is not displayed due to the change of the index table or the legal statement content.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the corresponding technical solutions from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.
