In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The following describes a method for displaying legal statement content provided in the embodiments of the present application:
in a first aspect, please refer to fig. 6, a flowchart of a legal claim content presentation method according to some embodiments is exemplarily shown in fig. 6. The process may include the steps of:
step 101, a legal document request which is triggered by a user and used for showing the view of legal statement content is obtained.
In this step, in order to ensure privacy of the user, system-level legal statement content is provided on a display device, such as a smart television. Legal statement content may also be different for different regional areas, where a regional area is a region to which different countries belong; illustratively, the content of legal statements in north america is different from the legal statements in asia. For the same regional area, the legal declaration content published in different countries belonging to the regional area is different, and illustratively, the legal declaration content of country a is different from that of country B, and the legal declaration content of country a is different from that of country C. Meanwhile, the legal declaration contents of the language descriptions corresponding to different language versions are different, and illustratively, for the same legal declaration content, there are legal declaration contents of an english version, invention declaration contents of a german version, and legal declaration contents of a french version. But the legal declaration content of each different language version is basically the same for the same country.
And 102, analyzing the legal file request to obtain identification information for representing the identity and the position of the display equipment, loading a preset index table after analyzing the identification information, and displaying a selectable language list matched with the identification information to a user.
In this step, the identification information requested to be carried by the legal document may include a brand identifier, a regional area, and countries belonging to each regional area, where for the brand identifier, for example, the brand identifier may be a haixin or an ericsson, and this is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. For a regional area and countries belonging to each regional area, for a regional area, such as the regional area is asia, countries belonging to asia are china, korea and japan.
In this step, a corresponding index table is established for the country region supported by the display device and stored in a registration configuration file specially used for storage. A separate list of selectable languages is defined for each country. As an embodiment, an identification value corresponding to the brand identifier, a region value corresponding to the region area, and a country value corresponding to the region area may be configured in the index table. Based on the above, the selectable language list in the index table is associated with the identification information, and after the identification information is determined, the selectable language list matched with the identification information can be selected from the index table. As another embodiment, a language setting value (or called a code flag) of a second predetermined digit can be defined in the selectable language list to indicate that the second predetermined digit is 4 digits. The 4 digits are sequentially labeled value-area value-country value-language value, and if the labeled value of the hyaline is 1, the area value is 2, the country value is 3, and the language value is 4, the finally generated language setting value is 1234. It represents the legal statement content of the chinese version corresponding to china whose haixin brand is located in asian regions. The language setting value is the search rule set in this embodiment, and the legal declaration content matching the language setting value can be found according to the language setting value.
As an embodiment, the implementation manner of loading the preconfigured index table in the implementation step 102 and presenting the selectable language list matched with the identification information to the user may include the following steps a to D:
and step A, finding out the country from the identification information.
The identification information includes a country indicating the location of the display device.
And step B, loading a pre-configured index table and displaying the selectable language list matched with the country to a user.
Legal statement contents belonging to different countries may be different or the same, but legal statement contents corresponding to the same country may have legal statement contents of different language versions, so that users using different languages can see the legal statement contents belonging to their own language as much as possible, and good experience effect is brought to the users.
Step 103, acquiring the language selected by the user from the selectable language list, and searching the legal declaration content matched with the language version of the language from the local according to the identification information to display the legal declaration content.
In this step, after the user selects a language from the selectable language list, the display device may obtain the language selected by the user, where the language may be english or french.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the identification information may further include a region area where a country is located, and on such a basis, the step 103 of finding the legal declaration content matching the language version to which the language belongs according to the identification information may include the following steps 1031 to 1032:
and step 1031, generating information to be matched according to the identification information and the language.
If the identification information includes the country and the region to which the country belongs, the country and the language selected by the user can be used to generate information to be matched.
Illustratively, if the identification information includes asia and china belonging to asia, and the language selected by the user is chinese, the information to be matched is asia, china and chinese.
As an embodiment, the identification information may further include a brand identifier, and different brand identifiers may also correspond to different legal declaration contents.
Based on the above embodiment, the information to be matched includes the brand identification, the regional area, and the country. The relationship among the brand identifier, the regional area and the country is the country contained in the regional area using the brand identifier.
Illustratively, if the identification information includes haixin, asia and chinese, and the language selected by the user is chinese, the information to be matched is haixin, asia, chinese and chinese.
Step 1032, searching whether legal statement content matched with the information to be matched exists from the local; and if so, displaying the legal statement content matched with the language version of the language to which the language belongs to the user.
In this step, the legal statement content matching both the identification information and the language contained in the information to be matched is searched locally.
Illustratively, if the information to be matched comprises the letters of the maritime affairs, Asia, China and Chinese, a Chinese version of legal invention content which accords with the law of China is matched from the local place.
Therefore, by the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the legal statement content of the language version selected by the user and the country where the display device is located can be obtained in a ready manner, so that errors of the legal statement content are further avoided, and meanwhile, a good experience effect can be brought to the user.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, based on the above embodiment, after finding whether there is legal declaration content matching the information to be matched from the local, if there is no legal declaration content, further steps 1033 to 1037 may be performed:
step 1033, searching whether legal statement content matched with the country exists from the local; if so, go to step 1034, and if not, go to step 1035.
Step 1034, displaying the legal declaration content with the highest language version priority according to the legal declaration content corresponding to the country.
In this step, language setting rules may be set for the language version, and the language setting rules are rules that are sorted according to priorities set for different languages.
One country can correspond to legal declaration contents of language versions of a plurality of languages, and based on the legal declaration contents, the legal declaration contents with the highest priority can be displayed.
In this embodiment, the legal declaration content of different language versions has been set with priority in advance, for example: the legal declaration content corresponding to China has legal declaration content of three language versions, namely the legal declaration content of a Chinese version, the legal declaration content of a first priority, the legal declaration content of an English version, a second priority, the legal declaration content of a German version and a third priority. If the legal statement content of the Russian version is selected by the user, the legal statement content corresponding to the Russian version is not found from the legal statement content of the corresponding Chinese language version, and the Chinese legal statement content with the highest priority is found from the legal statement content of the remaining three language versions for display.
As an example, the priority may be expressed using a language setting value.
Illustratively, the language setting value corresponding to english is XX1, the language setting value corresponding to chinese is XX2, and the language setting value corresponding to french is XX3, so that english, chinese, and french are sequentially ranked as XX1, XX2, and XX 3. If the user selects Russian from the selectable language list, but legal statement content matched with the version of the Russian language cannot be searched locally, English can be preferentially selected according to the arrangement sequence of the English corresponding language setting values.
In the embodiment, the language preset rules of each country and region are independent and do not influence each other; the preset rule does not depend on whether the actual language file exists or not, so that the combination, the change and the increase of the language file can be independently carried out and are not influenced by the index. Thus, when the country region is updated, the undefined country region value in the index table may be increased, and at this time, the matching search is performed according to the general region rule, so as to adapt to the file matching during the system update.
Step 1035, searching whether legal statement content matched with the region exists from the local; if so, step 1036 is performed, and if not, step 1037 is performed.
If the legal declaration content of the country does not exist locally, which means that the legal declaration content issued by the country is not stored in the display device, the legal declaration content corresponding to the region is searched from the region to which the country belongs.
Step 1036, displaying the legal declaration content with the highest language version priority according to the legal declaration content corresponding to the region area.
One regional area can correspond to legal declaration contents of language versions of multiple languages, and therefore the legal declaration contents with the highest priority can be displayed.
The language versions used by the legal declaration contents corresponding to the same regional area also have priority, and the legal declaration contents of the language version with the highest priority are displayed.
And step 1027, displaying the legal statement content with the highest language version priority according to the legal statement content corresponding to the brand identifier.
And if the corresponding legal statement content cannot be found in the region and the country of the position where the display equipment is located, searching the legal statement content according to the brand identification.
One brand mark corresponds to a plurality of legal statement contents, and the legal statement contents with the highest priority are displayed.
Therefore, according to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the legal statement content can be orderly and accurately displayed according to different brand identifications, different regions, different countries and different languages, so that the display error of the legal statement content is further avoided, and the experience effect of a user is improved.
In practical application, there may be a plurality of countries or languages with the same legal declaration content, and based on this, in one embodiment of the present application, for each brand identifier, if there is a target region using the same language and using the same legal declaration content in the region using the identified brand, a copy of legal declaration content common to the target region is stored locally; if there is no target region having language and using the same legal notice content in the region using the identification brand, a copy of legal notice content common to the target countries is locally saved for each region if there is a target country in the region using the same language and using the same legal notice content.
Based on the above analysis, it can be known that the language preset rules (setting of language version priority) of each country and the region to which the country belongs are independent and do not affect each other; the preset rule does not depend on whether the actual language file exists or not, so that the combination, the change and the increase of the legal statement content corresponding to the language version can be independently carried out, and the influence of the information index to be matched is avoided. Thus, when the country or region area is updated, the undefined country region value in the index table may be increased, and at this time, the matching search is performed according to the general region area rule to adapt to the file matching during the system update.
Therefore, in the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the search rule set by the preconfigured index table and the legal declaration content are independent from each other, when the legal declaration content is searched, after the identification information is analyzed from the legal file request triggered by the user, based on the search rule introduced by the application, the preconfigured index table is loaded and the selectable language list matched with the identification information is displayed to the user, so as to obtain the language selected by the user from the selectable language list, and the legal declaration content matched with the language version to which the language belongs is searched and displayed from the local according to the identification information, so that even if the index table is changed and the locally stored legal declaration content is changed, the legal declaration content is not displayed due to the fact that the index table or the legal declaration content is changed.
The above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.
