Claims (6)

1. A method of telemedicine reservation processing, comprising:
acquiring login information of a user, wherein the login information comprises identity information;
capturing medical files of the user in a plurality of hospitals where the user visits according to the identity information;
allocating medical resources for the user based on the medical files, wherein the medical resources comprise a medical consulting room, a consulting time and a medical expert, and transmitting the medical files of the user to the medical expert in the medical resources;
notifying the medical resource to a user so that the user can remotely visit at the time of visit;
the capturing medical files of the user in a plurality of hospitals where the user visits according to the identity information comprises:
setting a hospital where a user makes a visit as C1-Cn, setting a time period called by the hospital C1 where the user makes a visit as a first time period T1, correspondingly, setting a time period called by the hospital C2 where the user makes a visit as a second time period T2, setting a time period called by the hospital Cn where the user makes a visit as an nth time period Tn, acquiring any hospital in visit as a first hospital, using a server in the first hospital as a visit file of a first server S1, judging whether a hospital using the same server as the first hospital exists in the hospitals where the user makes a visit, setting the hospital using the same server S1 as the first hospital as a second hospital, and determining the number of the second hospitals;
if two second hospitals are respectively a hospital Ci and a hospital Cj, the time period called by the hospital Ci is an ith time period Ti, the time called by the hospital Cj is a jth time period Tj, and if the ith time period and the jth time period are not overlapped, the calling of the treatment files on the first server is the collection of the treatment files of the first hospital and the two second hospitals;
if the ith time period is overlapped with the jth time period and the overlapped time is Tij, if the length of the overlapped time Tij and the time period Ti of the ith time period are longer than or equal to the overlapped time of the overlapped time Tij and the time period Tj of the ith time period, the treatment file of the first hospital and the treatment file of the Ci of the hospital are called and used as the treatment files on the first server;
if the overlapping time Tij length and the i-th time period Ti overlapping time length < the overlapping time Tij length and the i-th time period Tj overlapping time length, the treatment file of the first hospital and the treatment file of the hospital Cj are called and used as the treatment file on the first server;
when the treatment files on the first server are called, a standard time Tij0 is set in the central processing unit in advance, and if the overlapping time Tij of the ith time period Ti and the jth time period Tj is more than or equal to the standard time Tij0, the treatment files on the first server are corrected by adding the treatment files in the second half period of the ith time period or adding the treatment files in the first half period of the jth time period;
if the overlapping time Tij of the ith time period Ti and the jth time period Tj is less than the standard time Tij0, correcting the diagnosis file on the first server, wherein the correction method is to increase the diagnosis file in the time of the last 1/4 th time period in the ith time period or increase the diagnosis file in the time of the first 1/4 th time period in the jth time period;
if the overlapping time Tij length and the i-th time period Ti overlapping time length are equal to or longer than the overlapping time Tij length and the i-th time period Tj overlapping time length, the treatment file of the first hospital and the treatment file of the hospital Ci are taken as the treatment files on the first server, and if the treatment file on the first server comprises the treatment file of the hospital Ci, the treatment file in the first half period of the j-th time period is increased or the treatment file in the first 1/4 period of the j-th time period is increased;
if the overlapping time Tij length and the i-th time period Ti overlapping time length < the overlapping time Tij length and the i-th time period Tj overlapping time length, the treatment file of the first hospital and the treatment file of the hospital Cj are called and used as the treatment file on the first server, and if the treatment file on the first server comprises the treatment file of the hospital Cj, the treatment file in the first half period of the i-th time period is increased or the treatment file in the first 1/4 period of the i-th time period is increased.

The method of claim 1, wherein assigning medical resources to the user based on the medical profile comprises: the first disease severity, the second disease severity, the third disease severity and the fourth disease severity are preset in the central processing unit, and medical resources are configured according to the identity information and the disease severity of the user.

The method for reserving medical resources according to claim 2, wherein the configuring of medical resources according to the identity information and the severity of illness of the user comprises the following steps: if the illness state is serious, the illness state belongs to the first illness state severity degree and the age of the user is older, a first number of medical professionals with strong medical capability are allocated for reception; if the condition belongs to the second severity of the condition and the user is older, a second number of medical professionals with second strongest medical capabilities are allocated to receive the treatment; if the condition is of a third severity and the user is older, assigning a third number of medical professionals with general medical capabilities to receive the treatment; if the condition is of a fourth severity and the user is older, a fourth number of medical professionals with less general medical capabilities are assigned to receive the treatment.

The method for reserving medical resources according to claim 3, wherein the configuring of medical resources according to the identity information and the severity of illness of the user comprises the steps of: if the illness state is serious, the illness state belongs to the first illness state severity degree and the age of the user is small, a fifth number of medical specialists with strong medical capability are allocated for reception; if the condition belongs to the second condition severity and the user is older, a sixth number of medical professionals with the next strongest medical capability are allocated to receive the treatment; if the condition is of a third severity and the user is older, assigning a seventh number of medical professionals with general medical capabilities to receive the treatment; if the condition is of a fourth severity and the user is older, an eighth number of medical professionals with less general medical capabilities are assigned to receive the treatment.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the fifth number is rounded 1/2 of the first number, the sixth number is rounded 1/2 of the second number, the seventh number is rounded 1/2 of the third number, and the eighth number is rounded 1/2 of the fourth number.
6. The method for reserving a medical appointment according to claim 5, wherein the medical expert's medical ability is defined by scoring the medical expert based on the doctor's age, graduation institution and professional background, wherein if the score is high, the medical ability is strong, and wherein the score segments obtained by scoring based on the above information are divided into four parts on average, which are defined as strong, next strong, general and next general.
