Abstract
The embodiment of the application provides a reservation dispatching method, a reservation dispatching device, reservation dispatching equipment and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: receiving a reservation application from a user terminal; screening out target medical care personnel within a preset range according to the appointment application and the medical care database; and sending the appointment application to a target medical care terminal corresponding to the target medical care personnel. This application has realized the automatic group list of nursing at home, for the user provides convenience, has improved the work efficiency of hospital.

Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a reservation dispatching method, device, apparatus, and storage medium.
Background
With the change of disease spectrum and the acceleration of aging process in China and the improvement of family care concept, the family care service is increasingly paid attention. Community sick individuals, patients after discharge from hospital, and chronic patients, handicapped persons, mental handicapped persons, etc. who have long-term home rehabilitation require convenient, flexible, economical, and long-term home care.
At present, aiming at the nursing requirements of patients, nursing applications can be initiated to corresponding hospitals only by depending on the manual work of the patients, and the efficiency is low.

An object of the embodiments of the present application is to provide an appointment-making order-assigning method, device, apparatus, and storage medium, so as to implement automatic order assignment for home care, provide convenience for users, and improve the work efficiency of hospitals.
A first aspect of an embodiment of the present application provides a reservation order dispatching method, including: receiving a reservation application from a user terminal; screening out target medical care personnel within a preset range according to the appointment application and the medical care database; and sending the appointment application to a target medical care terminal corresponding to the target medical care personnel.
In an embodiment, the screening out the target medical care person within a preset range according to the appointment application and the medical care database includes: analyzing the reservation application to obtain the position information of the user terminal; acquiring a set of all medical staff with the distance to the position information within the preset range from the medical database; selecting the target healthcare worker from the set of all healthcare workers.

In an embodiment, said selecting said target healthcare worker from said second healthcare worker set includes: determining whether the number of second healthcare workers in the second healthcare worker set is equal to 1; and if the number of the second medical personnel is equal to 1, selecting the second medical personnel as the target medical personnel.
In an embodiment, said selecting said target healthcare worker from said second healthcare worker set further includes: if the number of the second medical staff is less than 1, marking the appointment application as a dispatching failure; if the number of the second medical staff is larger than 1, acquiring historical work order information of all the second medical staff in the second medical staff set in the medical care database; judging whether an appointment record which belongs to the same account as the appointment application exists in the historical work order information or not; if the historical work order information contains the reservation record, marking the second medical personnel corresponding to the reservation record as the target medical personnel; and if the historical work order information does not have the reservation record, selecting one second medical staff according to a preset rule and marking the second medical staff as the target medical staff.
In an embodiment, the selecting one of the second medical care personnel according to a preset rule and marking as the target medical care personnel includes: judging whether the patient information has an incapability mark or not according to the patient information in the reservation application; if the patient information does not have the incapability mark, selecting the second medical staff in the second medical staff set, which is closest to the position information, and marking the second medical staff as the target medical staff; and if the patient information contains the incapability identification, selecting the second medical staff with the highest professional grade in the second medical staff set, and marking the second medical staff as the target medical staff.

Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application, and includes at least one processor 120 and a memory 130, where fig. 1 illustrates one processor as an example. The processors 120 and the memory 130 are coupled by a bus 110, and the memory 130 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 120, the instructions being executable by the at least one processor 120 to cause the at least one processor 120 to perform a reservation delegation method as in the embodiments described below.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for appointment assignment according to an embodiment of the present invention, which can be executed by the electronic device 100 shown in fig. 1 to implement automatic assignment of home care services. The method comprises the following steps:

In one embodiment, the selection unit 723 is configured to: judging whether the incapability identification exists in the patient information or not according to the patient information in the appointment application; if the incapability identification does not exist in the patient information, selecting a second medical staff in the second medical staff set, which is closest to the position information, and marking the second medical staff as a target medical staff; and if the incapability mark exists in the patient information, selecting a second medical staff with the highest professional grade in the second medical staff set, and marking as a target medical staff.

Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a reservation dispatching system 800 according to an embodiment of the present application, including: the system comprises a user terminal 810, a background server 820, a medical care database 830 and a medical care terminal 840, wherein the user terminal 810 and the medical care terminal 840 may be a Personal Computer (PC), a tablet computer, a smart phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a vehicle-mounted device, a wearable device, and the like. The user terminal 810 sends the appointment application to the background server 820 through the internet, and the background server 820 acquires data from the medical care database 830 according to the received appointment application, screens out the target medical care personnel, and sends the target medical care personnel to the medical care terminal 840 corresponding to the target medical care personnel through the internet.
In an embodiment, the reservation dispatching system 800 further includes an Application Programming Interface (API) for communication between the user terminal 810 and the medical care terminal 840 and the backend server 820.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium readable by an electronic device, including: a program that, when run on an electronic device, causes the electronic device to perform all or part of the procedures of the methods in the above-described embodiments. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD), a Solid-State Drive (SSD), or the like. The storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.

1. An appointment dispatch method, comprising:
receiving a reservation application from a user terminal;
screening out target medical care personnel within a preset range according to the appointment application and the medical care database;
and sending the appointment application to a target medical care terminal corresponding to the target medical care personnel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said screening target healthcare workers within a predetermined range from said appointment application and healthcare database comprises:
analyzing the reservation application to obtain the position information of the user terminal;
acquiring a set of all medical staff with the distance to the position information within the preset range from the medical database;
selecting the target healthcare worker from the set of all healthcare workers.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said selecting said target healthcare worker from said set of all healthcare workers comprises:
analyzing the reservation application to obtain application information and reservation time corresponding to the reservation application;
acquiring professional information and scheduling information of all medical staff in the medical care database;
screening out a first medical staff set with the professional information matched with the application information from all the medical staff sets according to the professional information;
screening a second medical staff set with the scheduling information including the appointment time from the first medical staff set according to the scheduling information;
selecting the target healthcare worker from the second set of healthcare workers.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein said selecting said target healthcare worker from said second set of healthcare workers comprises:
determining whether the number of second healthcare workers in the second healthcare worker set is equal to 1;
and if the number of the second medical personnel is equal to 1, selecting the second medical personnel as the target medical personnel.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein said selecting said target healthcare worker from said second set of healthcare workers further comprises:
if the number of the second medical staff is less than 1, marking the appointment application as a dispatching failure;
if the number of the second medical staff is larger than 1, acquiring historical work order information of all the second medical staff in the second medical staff set in the medical care database;
judging whether an appointment record which belongs to the same account as the appointment application exists in the historical work order information or not;
if the historical work order information contains the reservation record, marking the second medical personnel corresponding to the reservation record as the target medical personnel;
and if the historical work order information does not have the reservation record, selecting one second medical staff according to a preset rule and marking the second medical staff as the target medical staff.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said selecting one of said second healthcare workers, labeled as said target healthcare worker, according to a predetermined rule comprises:
judging whether the patient information has an incapability mark or not according to the patient information in the reservation application;
if the patient information does not have the incapability mark, selecting the second medical staff in the second medical staff set, which is closest to the position information, and marking the second medical staff as the target medical staff;
and if the patient information contains the incapability identification, selecting the second medical staff with the highest professional grade in the second medical staff set, and marking the second medical staff as the target medical staff.
7. An appointment ordering device, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a reservation application from a user terminal;
the screening module is used for screening out target medical care personnel within a preset range according to the appointment application and the medical care database;
and the sending module is used for sending the appointment application to the target medical care terminal corresponding to the target medical care personnel.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the screening module comprises:
the analysis unit is used for analyzing the reservation application to obtain the position information of the user terminal;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring all medical staff sets with the distances to the position information within the preset range from the medical database;
a selection unit for selecting the target medical staff from the set of all medical staff.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the selection unit is configured to:
analyzing the reservation application to obtain application information and reservation time corresponding to the reservation application;
acquiring professional information and scheduling information of all medical staff in the medical care database;
screening out a first medical staff set with the professional information matched with the application information from all the medical staff sets according to the professional information;
screening a second medical staff set with the scheduling information including the appointment time from the first medical staff set according to the scheduling information;
selecting the target healthcare worker from the second set of healthcare workers.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the selection unit is configured to:
determining whether the number of second healthcare workers in the second healthcare worker set is equal to 1;
and if the number of the second medical personnel is equal to 1, selecting the second medical personnel as the target medical personnel.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the selection unit is further configured to:
if the number of the second medical staff is less than 1, marking the appointment application as a dispatching failure;
if the number of the second medical staff is larger than 1, acquiring historical work order information of all the second medical staff in the second medical staff set in the medical care database;
judging whether an appointment record which belongs to the same account as the appointment application exists in the historical work order information or not;
if the historical work order information contains the reservation record, marking the second medical personnel corresponding to the reservation record as the target medical personnel;
and if the historical work order information does not have the reservation record, selecting one second medical staff according to a preset rule and marking the second medical staff as the target medical staff.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the selection unit is configured to:
judging whether the patient information has an incapability mark or not according to the patient information in the reservation application;
if the patient information does not have the incapability mark, selecting the second medical staff in the second medical staff set, which is closest to the position information, and marking the second medical staff as the target medical staff;
and if the patient information contains the incapability identification, selecting the second medical staff with the highest professional grade in the second medical staff set, and marking the second medical staff as the target medical staff.
13. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory to store a computer program;
a processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
14. A non-transitory electronic device readable storage medium, comprising: program which, when run by an electronic device, causes the electronic device to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
