In the embodiment of the invention, in order to avoid centralized queuing of users, the real-time number of the received diagnoses of the doctors is limited based on the preset threshold value, only the doctors with the real-time number of the received diagnoses smaller than the preset threshold value are added into the on-line queue, and when the real-time number of the received diagnoses is larger than or equal to the preset threshold value, the doctors are removed from the on-line queue. The preset threshold value may be set differently according to different doctors, or may be set by all doctors in a unified manner, and the value of the preset threshold value may also be customized according to specific application requirements.
In addition, the initial online examination receiving queue can be determined by comprehensively considering the temporary examination change, sudden leave-asking and other situations of the doctor on the basis of the online examination receiving scheduling table, and then the online examination receiving queue is determined based on the real-time examination receiving quantity.

In the embodiment of the invention, the first receiving information is the communication content between the target receiving doctor and the user and the diagnosis and treatment information of the target receiving doctor to the user. When the target doctor visits the department through communication with the user, the type of the consultation of the user is not consistent with the current department, or the disease condition of the user needs to intervene in other departments and needs to be transferred to other departments, the doctor can write out the department needing to be transferred, namely the second type of consultation, in the transfer request. And matching the target referral doctor matched with the second inquiry type from the online consultation queue. When the doctor of receiving a consultation finds that the current disease of the user does not belong to the diagnosis scope of the department, the consultation type matched with the disease of the user is determined, and the user is transferred to the corresponding department, so that the problem of the user can be timely processed and solved, and the on-line consultation efficiency is guaranteed.
The invention provides a method for distributing on-line inquiry requests, which comprises the steps of responding to an inquiry request of a target user, and acquiring characteristic information of the target user and inquiry chief complaint information carried by the inquiry request; determining a matching type according to the target user characteristic information and a pre-constructed doctor-patient mapping relationship set, and determining an inquiry type according to the target user characteristic information and the inquiry chief information, wherein the matching type comprises restricted matching and non-restricted matching; and determining a target doctor from an online examination receiving queue based on the target user characteristic information, the type of the inquiry and the matching type, and forwarding the inquiry request to a corresponding terminal of the target doctor, wherein the online examination receiving queue is determined based on an online diagnosis scheduling table and the real-time examination receiving quantity, and is used for classifying and matching the users, so that the matching degree between the doctor and the users can be improved, the diagnosis and treatment time of the doctors is reduced, meanwhile, the target doctor is selected from the online examination receiving queue, the online state of the doctors can be ensured, the waiting time of the users is reduced, and the examination receiving efficiency of online examination is effectively improved.
Further, as an implementation of the method shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus, as shown in fig. 3, where the apparatus includes:
the acquisition module 31 is used for responding to the inquiry request, and acquiring the characteristic information of the target user and the inquiry chief complaint information;
a determining module 32, configured to determine a matching type according to the target user feature information, and determine an inquiry type according to the target user feature information and the inquiry chief complaint information, where the matching type includes restricted matching and non-restricted matching;
the forwarding module 33 determines a target doctor from an online examination receiving queue based on the target user characteristic information, the type of the inquiry and the matching type, and forwards the inquiry request to a corresponding terminal of the target doctor, wherein the online examination receiving queue is determined based on an online examination dispatch table and a real-time examination receiving quantity.
Further, the forwarding module 33 includes:
the detection unit is used for detecting a first consultation state of the core doctor;
a first forwarding unit, configured to detect a second diagnosis receiving state of the assisting doctor if the first diagnosis receiving state is in diagnosis receiving, and forward the inquiry request to a terminal corresponding to any assisting doctor whose second diagnosis receiving state is not in diagnosis receiving;
and the second forwarding unit is used for forwarding the inquiry request to a corresponding terminal of the core doctor if the first diagnosis receiving state is a non-diagnosis state.
Further, the determining module 32 includes:
the first matching unit is used for obtaining at least one contracting doctor based on the target user characteristic information matching if the matching type is the limit matching;
the second matching unit is used for matching candidate doctors corresponding to the inquiry types from the contracting doctors and matching target doctor receiving from the online doctor receiving queue based on the candidate doctors;
and the third matching unit is used for matching a target doctor for receiving the consultation from the online doctor receiving queue based on the inquiry type if the matching type is non-limited matching.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
the first matching module is used for matching a target doctor to be subjected to diagnosis from the online doctor to be subjected to diagnosis queue according to the type of the diagnosis if the candidate doctor corresponding to the type of the diagnosis is not matched;
and the second matching module is used for acquiring at least one associated doctor of the candidate doctors if the candidate doctors are not contained in the online consultation queue, and matching a target consultation doctor from the online consultation queue based on the associated doctor.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
the determining module 32 is further configured to determine any general medical doctor in the online consultation queue as a target consultation doctor if a doctor corresponding to the inquiry type is not matched from the online consultation queue.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
the obtaining module 31 is further configured to obtain an online clinic visit scheduling table corresponding to the system time information, and a real-time clinic visit number of each doctor in the online clinic visit scheduling table, and determine a doctor whose corresponding real-time clinic visit number is smaller than a preset threshold value as a real-time clinic visit doctor;
and the construction module is used for constructing an online consultation queue based on the real-time consultation doctor.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
the obtaining module 31 is further configured to obtain a referral request sent by a target referring doctor terminal and first referring information of the target referring doctor terminal, where the referral request carries a second inquiry type;
the determining module 32 is further configured to determine a target referral doctor from the online referral queue according to the second inquiry type, and forward the inquiry request and the first referral information to a corresponding terminal of the target referral doctor.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a storage medium is provided, wherein the storage medium stores at least one executable instruction, and the computer executable instruction can execute the method for allocating the on-line inquiry request in any method embodiment.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the specific embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific implementation of the computer device.

and determining a target doctor from an online examination receiving queue based on the target user characteristic information, the inquiry type and the matching type, and forwarding the inquiry request to a corresponding terminal of the target doctor, wherein the online examination receiving queue is determined based on an online out-of-call scheduling table and the real-time examination receiving quantity.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the invention described above may be implemented in a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of computing devices, and optionally they may be implemented in program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a memory device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)

1. A method for assigning an online interrogation request, comprising:
responding to an inquiry request of a target user, and acquiring characteristic information of the target user and inquiry chief complaint information carried by the inquiry request;
determining a matching type according to the target user characteristic information and a pre-constructed doctor-patient mapping relation set, and determining an inquiry type according to the target user characteristic information and the inquiry chief complaint information, wherein the matching type comprises restricted matching and unrestricted matching;
and determining a target doctor from an online examination receiving queue based on the target user characteristic information, the inquiry type and the matching type, and forwarding the inquiry request to a corresponding terminal of the target doctor, wherein the online examination receiving queue is determined based on an online out-of-call scheduling table and the real-time examination receiving quantity.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the target recipient doctor comprises a core doctor and at least one assisting doctor associated with the core doctor, and wherein forwarding the interrogation request to a corresponding terminal of the target recipient doctor comprises:
detecting a first consultation status of the core doctor;
if the first diagnosis receiving state is in diagnosis receiving, detecting a second diagnosis receiving state of the assistant doctor, and forwarding the inquiry request to any one corresponding terminal of the assistant doctor with the second diagnosis receiving state as non-diagnosis receiving;
and if the first diagnosis receiving state is a missed diagnosis, forwarding the inquiry request to a corresponding terminal of the core doctor.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a target interviewer from an online interview queue based on the target user characteristic information, the type of interview and the matching type comprises:
if the matching type is limit matching, at least one contracting doctor is obtained based on the target user characteristic information matching;
matching candidate doctors corresponding to the inquiry type from the contracting doctors, and matching target doctor receiving from the online doctor receiving queue based on the candidate doctors;
and if the matching type is non-limiting matching, matching a target doctor for receiving a diagnosis from the online doctor receiving queue based on the inquiry type.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
if the candidate doctors corresponding to the inquiry type are not matched, matching target doctors from the online clinic receiving queue according to the inquiry type;
if the candidate doctor is not contained in the online consultation queue, at least one associated doctor of the candidate doctors is obtained, and a target consultation doctor is matched from the online consultation queue based on the associated doctor.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and if the doctor corresponding to the inquiry type is not matched from the online consultation queue, determining any general doctor in the online consultation queue as a target consultation doctor.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein before determining a target interviewer from an online interview queue based on the target user characteristic information, the type of interview, and the match type, the method further comprises:
acquiring an online doctor visit scheduling table corresponding to system time information and the real-time doctor receiving number of each doctor in the online doctor visit scheduling table, and determining the doctor corresponding to which the real-time doctor receiving number is smaller than a preset threshold value as a real-time doctor receiving;
and constructing an online consultation queue based on the real-time consultation doctor.
7. The method of any one of claims 1-6, wherein after forwarding the interrogation request to the corresponding terminal of the target referring physician, the method further comprises:
acquiring a referral request sent by a target referral doctor terminal and first referral information of the target referral doctor terminal, wherein the referral request carries a second inquiry type;
and determining a target referral doctor from the online referral queue according to the second inquiry type, and forwarding the inquiry request and the first referral information to a corresponding terminal of the target referral doctor.
8. An apparatus for allocating on-line inquiry requests is characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for responding to the inquiry request and acquiring the characteristic information of the target user and the inquiry chief complaint information;
the determining module is used for determining a matching type according to the target user characteristic information and determining an inquiry type according to the target user characteristic information and the inquiry chief complaint information, wherein the matching type comprises restricted matching and unrestricted matching;
and the forwarding module determines a target doctor from an online examination receiving queue based on the target user characteristic information, the inquiry type and the matching type, and forwards the inquiry request to a corresponding terminal of the target doctor, wherein the online examination receiving queue is determined based on an online examination dispatch table and a real-time examination receiving quantity.
9. A storage medium having stored therein at least one executable instruction that causes a processor to perform operations corresponding to the method of assigning on-line interrogation requests as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface are communicated with each other through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation corresponding to the distribution method of the on-line inquiry request in any one of claims 1-7.
