And if the server determines that the equipment identity information required to be returned is not repeated with the stored equipment identity information, returning the equipment identity information required to be returned to the intelligent watch. And after receiving the equipment identity information returned by the server, the intelligent watch binds the equipment identity information with the intelligent watch and takes the equipment identity information as the equipment identity information of the intelligent watch. Then, the smart watch starts the SIM card and runs the smart watch.
Furthermore, the acquisition request sent by the smart watch to the server also carries the equipment manufacturer identification of the smart watch, and after the server receives the acquisition request and generates equipment identity information according to the acquisition request, the equipment identity information is bound with the equipment manufacturer identification so as to manage all the smart watches through the equipment manufacturer identification.
If the terminal equipment is determined to be activated for the first time, an acquisition request is sent to the server so as to receive second equipment identity information returned by the server based on the acquisition request; and identity binding is carried out on the second equipment identity information and the terminal equipment so as to determine the second equipment identity information as new equipment identity information of the terminal equipment. Therefore, in this embodiment, if the smart watch is activated for the first time, the acquisition instruction needs to be sent to the server, the server returns equipment identity information to the smart watch, and the smart watch binds the equipment identity information, so that the accuracy of the equipment identity information is improved because the equipment identity information is distributed by the server.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view illustrating a function implementation flow of the method for acquiring identity information according to the present application. Specifically, when the smart watch detects that a SIM card is inserted into the SIM card slot (the device is inserted into the SIM card), it determines whether the smart watch is activated for the first time (whether the device detects that the device is activated for the first time). If the fact that the smart watch is activated for the first time is determined, sending an identity information acquisition request to the server so as to receive equipment identity information returned by the server based on the acquisition request (sending a request to the server to acquire the identity information), then starting the SIM card, and operating the smart watch (normally using). If the smart watch is not activated for the first time, determining whether the SIM card inserted this time is the same as the SIM card inserted last time (judging whether the SIM card inserted this time is the same as the SIM card inserted last time). If the SIM card inserted this time is determined to be different from the SIM card inserted last time, original equipment identity information in the smart watch is removed (equipment is automatically restored to factory settings), an identity information acquisition request is sent to a server so as to receive equipment identity information returned by the server based on the acquisition request (the server is sent a request to acquire the identity information), and when the equipment identity information is acquired, the SIM card is started and the smart watch is operated (normally used). And if the SIM card inserted this time is determined to be the same as the SIM card inserted last time, directly starting the SIM card, and operating the smart watch (normally used).

The device for acquiring the identity information is applied to the terminal equipment with the SIM user identification card slot, and comprises:
a determining module 10, configured to determine whether the terminal device is activated for the first time when it is detected that an SIM card is inserted into the SIM card slot;
the determining module 10 is further configured to determine whether the currently inserted SIM card is the same as the SIM card inserted last time if it is determined that the terminal device is not activated for the first time;
a clearing module 20, configured to clear original device identity information in the terminal device if it is determined that the currently inserted SIM card is different from the last inserted SIM card;
the sending module 30 is configured to send an obtaining request of identity information to a server, so as to receive first device identity information returned by the server based on the obtaining request.
Further, the determining module 10 is further configured to determine whether the terminal device has device identity information when detecting that an SIM card is inserted into the SIM card slot;
the determining module 10 is further configured to determine that the terminal device is not activated for the first time if it is determined that the device identity information exists in the terminal device;
the determining module 10 is further configured to determine that the terminal device is activated for the first time if it is determined that the device identity information does not exist in the terminal device;
the sending module 30 is further configured to send the obtaining request to the server to receive second device identity information returned by the server based on the obtaining request if it is determined that the terminal device is activated for the first time.
Further, the apparatus for acquiring identity information further comprises:
the binding module is used for binding the second equipment identity information with the terminal equipment so as to determine the second equipment identity information as the equipment identity information of the terminal equipment;
the sending module 30 is further configured to send the obtaining request to the server to receive second device identity information returned by the server based on the obtaining request if it is determined that the terminal device is activated for the first time;
further, the apparatus for acquiring identity information further comprises:
the starting module is used for starting the SIM card to operate the terminal equipment if the SIM card inserted this time is determined to be the same as the SIM card inserted last time;
the binding module is further configured to bind the first device identity information with the terminal device, so as to determine the first device identity information as new device identity information of the terminal device;
the sending module 30 is further configured to send the obtaining request to the server if it is determined that the SIM card inserted this time is different from the SIM card inserted last time, so that the server binds the device manufacturer identifier in the obtaining request with the first device identity information.
The function implementation of each module in the apparatus for acquiring identity information corresponds to each step in the embodiment of the method for acquiring identity information, and the function and implementation process are not described in detail here.
The present application further provides a computer storage medium, on which an identity information acquiring program is stored, and when being executed by a processor, the identity information acquiring program implements the steps of the identity information acquiring method according to any one of the above embodiments.
The specific embodiment of the computer storage medium of the present application is substantially the same as the embodiments of the method for acquiring identity information, and is not described herein again.

Claims (9)

1. A method for acquiring identity information is applied to terminal equipment with an SIM user identification card slot, and comprises the following steps:
when detecting that an SIM card is inserted into the SIM card slot, determining whether the terminal device is activated for the first time, specifically including: when an SIM card is detected to be inserted into the SIM card slot, determining whether equipment identity information exists in the terminal equipment, and if the equipment identity information exists in the terminal equipment, determining that the terminal equipment is not activated for the first time;
if the terminal equipment is not activated for the first time, determining whether the SIM card inserted this time is the same as the SIM card inserted last time;
if the SIM card inserted this time is determined to be different from the SIM card inserted last time, original equipment identity information in the terminal equipment is eliminated, and an identity information acquisition request is sent to a server so as to receive first equipment identity information returned by the server based on the acquisition request;
and binding the first equipment identity information with the terminal equipment to determine the first equipment identity information as new equipment identity information of the terminal equipment.
2. The method for acquiring identity information according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether the terminal device has device identity information when detecting that the SIM card is inserted into the SIM card slot further includes:
and if the terminal equipment is determined not to have equipment identity information, determining that the terminal equipment is activated for the first time.
3. The method for acquiring identity information according to claim 1, wherein after the step of determining whether the terminal device is activated for the first time when the SIM card is detected to be inserted into the SIM card slot, the method further comprises:
if the terminal equipment is determined to be activated for the first time, sending the acquisition request to the server so as to receive second equipment identity information returned by the server based on the acquisition request;
and the second equipment identity information is bound with the terminal equipment in an identity mode, so that the second equipment identity information is determined as the equipment identity information of the terminal equipment.

The method according to claim 3, wherein the obtaining request carries an equipment manufacturer identifier, and when it is detected that a SIM card is inserted into the SIM card slot, after the step of determining whether the terminal device is activated for the first time, the method further comprises:
and if the terminal equipment is determined to be activated for the first time, sending the acquisition request to the server so that the server can bind the equipment manufacturer identification in the acquisition request with the second equipment identity information.

The method for acquiring identity information according to claim 1, wherein after the step of determining whether the currently inserted SIM card is the same as the last inserted SIM card if it is determined that the terminal device is not activated for the first time, the method further comprises:
