Example one
As shown in fig. 3, this embodiment provides a method for scheduling a cloud SIM card, which is applied to the server, where the method for scheduling a cloud SIM card may include:
s301, a scheduling request of the terminal equipment is obtained, and the scheduling request carries the equipment identification of the terminal equipment.
Optionally, when the user needs to use the cloud SIM card, the scheduling request may be sent by the terminal device, and the server is requested to allocate a cloud SIM card to the terminal device. When the server allocates a cloud SIM card to the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment can acquire service from the network of an operator through the cloud SIM card.
The server may be configured to obtain a scheduling request sent by the terminal device, where the scheduling request may carry a device identifier of the terminal device. The device identifier may include device information of the terminal device, such as hostname information, or may be used to distinguish device information of different terminal devices, which is not limited in this application.
S302, obtaining initial cloud SIM card information.
Optionally, the card loading device may read information of a physical SIM card on the card loading device, for example, an operator corresponding to the physical SIM card and a card number of the physical SIM card, and upload the information of the physical SIM card to the server and generate initial cloud SIM card information corresponding to the information of the physical SIM card.
And S303, determining cloud SIM card information according to the initial cloud SIM card information and preset conditions.
It can be understood that the initial cloud SIM card information may be modified by the server, for example, manually modifying the initial cloud SIM card information into the cloud SIM card information by the server according to a preset condition, or reading the preset condition stored in the memory by the server and modifying the initial cloud SIM card information into the cloud SIM card information according to the preset condition.
Optionally, the server may determine the binding record or the binding device validity period of the cloud SIM card according to a preset condition, and the cloud SIM card information determined by the server may include the binding record or the binding device validity period of the cloud SIM card.
Optionally, the preset condition may be set and changed according to an actual situation, for example, when the rule of the operator changes, the preset condition may be manually modified. The operator's rules may be operator restrictions on the SIM card.
Optionally, the cloud SIM card information includes a binding device validity period of the cloud SIM card, such as reset by month, reset by a fixed time length, and reset by a fixed time period, and the server may modify the binding device validity period of the cloud SIM card, for example, modify the reset by month to the reset by the fixed time period.
Optionally, the cloud SIM card information may include an upper limit of the number of devices that can be bound in the target time period, and the server may modify the upper limit of the number under a preset condition.
Optionally, the cloud SIM card information may include a binding record of the cloud SIM card, and the server may change the binding record, for example, delete the binding record of a certain device and the cloud SIM card or add the binding record of a certain device and the cloud SIM card.
Optionally, the preset condition may be set manually, for example, the preset condition is set according to a restriction rule of the operator on the SIM card.
S304, determining a target cloud SIM card according to the cloud SIM card information and the equipment identification, and dispatching the target cloud SIM card to the terminal equipment.
The server can determine the target SIM card according to the cloud SIM card information and the equipment identifier, and can send the target SIM card to the terminal equipment. The cloud SIM card information may include an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) corresponding to the cloud SIM card, and the method of sending the cloud SIM card to the terminal device may be sending the International Mobile Subscriber Identity corresponding to the target cloud SIM card to the terminal device through the communication network. The terminal equipment can access to the network provided by the operator after receiving the international mobile subscriber identity and use the service of the network provided by the operator.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the determining the target cloud SIM card according to the cloud SIM card information and the device identifier in step S304 may include:
s401, determining the priority of the cloud SIM card according to the cloud SIM card information and the equipment identification.
The processor may determine the priority of all the cloud SIM cards in the memory according to the cloud SIM card information in the server and the acquired device identifier.
In one embodiment, the cloud SIM card information includes a type of the cloud SIM card and a device binding record. In this embodiment, the types of the cloud SIM card may be classified into a bound number class and an unlimited bound number class. The cloud SIM cards of the limited binding number classes can be only allocated to a limited number of devices within a specific time period or within the service life of the cloud SIM cards, namely, only the limited number of devices can be bound for use. For example, the binding upper limit of a cloud SIM card that limits the number of classes bound is 10 devices per month, that is, at most 10 different devices per month may use the cloud SIM card, and if the cloud SIM card has already been allocated 10 different devices in 9 months and 5 days, the cloud SIM card may not reallocate other devices from 9 months and 5 days to 9 months and 30 days. The cloud SIM card which is not limited to the binding quantity class can be bound with any equipment for use, and is not limited by the quantity of the bound equipment.
Optionally, the determining the priority of the cloud SIM card according to the cloud SIM card information and the device identifier may include:
step a, obtaining the type as a binding quantity limiting type, wherein the equipment binding record comprises a first cloud SIM card of the binding record of the terminal equipment corresponding to the equipment identification, and dividing the first cloud SIM card into a first classification group.
Optionally, the device binding record may be a binding record of the terminal device that is allocated by the cloud SIM card in the cloud SIM card information within the target time period. If the binding record of a certain cloud SIM card contains the device identifier of a certain device, it may be determined that the device and the cloud SIM card have been bound in the target time period.
Optionally, the target time period may be confirmed according to the valid period of the binding device of the card in the cloud SIM card information. The reset may be performed monthly, at a fixed time length, or at a fixed time period.
When the validity period of the binding device of the cloud SIM card is reset monthly, the target time period may be from 1 st day 0 of the month in which the processor acquires the scheduling request to the current time point at which the processor acquires the scheduling request. For example, when the 11-month 15-day 10-click processor acquires the scheduling request, the target time period may include 10-click from 11-month 1-day 0 to 1-month 15-day. And the binding records of the cloud SIM card and all the devices in the target time period are device binding records.
When the validity period of the binding device of the cloud SIM card is reset according to the fixed time length, the target time period may be from the fixed time length before the current time point at which the scheduling request is obtained to the current time point at which the scheduling request is obtained. The fixed length of time may be included in the cloud SIM card information. For example, when a fixed time length of a certain cloud SIM card is 20 days, and a 10-click processor acquires a scheduling request at 25 days in 11 months, the target time period may include 10 clicks from 5 days in 11 months to 10 clicks at 25 days in 11 months, that is, 20 days before the scheduling request is acquired. And the binding records of the cloud SIM card and all the devices in the target time period are device binding records.
When the validity period of the binding device of the cloud SIM card is reset according to a fixed time period, a period corresponding to the current time point may be determined according to the current time point at which the scheduling request is obtained. Starting from the activation time of the cloud SIM card, each time a fixed time period passes is a cycle, and the target time period can be from the beginning of the cycle corresponding to the current time point. The fixed time period and the activation time of the cloud SIM card may be included in the cloud SIM card information. For example, the activation time of a certain cloud SIM card is 10 months, 15 days and 0 points, and the fixed time period is 30 days. When the 11 month 1 day 0 clicker processor acquires the scheduling request, the target time period may include from 10 months 15 day 0 clickers to 11 months 1 day 0 clickers. Alternatively, when the 12 month 1 day 0 clicker processor acquires the scheduling request, the target time period may include from 11 months 15 day 0 clickers to 12 months 1 day 0 clickers. And the binding records of the cloud SIM card and all the devices in the target time period are device binding records.
It is understood that the first cloud SIM card refers to a cloud SIM card bound with the terminal device within the target time period, in other words, the first cloud SIM card was assigned to the terminal device within the target time period.
And b, acquiring the second cloud SIM cards of which the types are not limited to the binding quantity, and dividing the second cloud SIM cards into a second classification group.
Optionally, any plurality of terminal devices may be bound to the cloud SIM card without limiting the binding quantity class.
And c, acquiring a third cloud SIM card of which the type is a binding quantity limiting type and the device binding record does not contain the binding record of the terminal device corresponding to the device identifier, and dividing the third cloud SIM card into a third classification group.
Optionally, the principle of limiting the binding quantity class and the binding record is the same as that of limiting the binding quantity class and the binding record in step a, and details are not described here.
It is understood that the third cloud SIM card refers to a card that is not assigned to the terminal device within the target time period.
The priority of a first cloud SIM card in the first classification group is higher than that of a second cloud SIM card in the second classification group, and the priority of the second cloud SIM card in the second classification group is higher than that of a third cloud SIM card in the third classification group.
Optionally, the priority of any first cloud SIM card in the first classification group is higher than that of any second cloud SIM card in the second classification group and that of any third cloud SIM card in the third classification group. And any second cloud SIM card in the second classification group is higher than any third cloud SIM card in the third classification group.
S402, determining the target cloud SIM card from the cloud SIM cards by using the priority.
Optionally, the cloud SIM card with the highest priority in the cloud SIM cards is selected as the target cloud SIM card. The processor may select a first cloud SIM card from the first classification group as the target cloud SIM card, and may select a second cloud SIM card from the second classification group as the target cloud SIM card if there is no first cloud SIM card meeting the requirements in the first classification group. If the first classification group does not have a first cloud SIM card meeting the requirements and the second classification group does not have a second cloud SIM card meeting the requirements, one third cloud SIM card can be selected from the third classification group as the target cloud SIM card.
Optionally, after the processor determines the target cloud SIM card, the processor may schedule the target cloud SIM card to the terminal device in a manner of sending the international mobile subscriber identity corresponding to the target cloud SIM card to the terminal device.
Optionally, if the processor cannot determine the target cloud SIM card from the first classification group, the second classification group, and the third classification group, an error report message may be sent to the terminal device to prompt the user that the cloud SIM card cannot be acquired.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the step S304 of determining a target cloud SIM card according to the cloud SIM card information and the device identifier, and scheduling the target cloud SIM card to the terminal device may include:
s501, arranging the cloud SIM cards according to the priority of the cloud SIM cards to obtain a cloud SIM card queue.
Optionally, the processor may arrange the cloud SIM cards from high to low according to the priorities corresponding to the cloud SIM cards, to obtain the cloud queues. For example, the cloud SIM cards include a first cloud SIM card, a second cloud SIM card, and a third cloud SIM card, so that the 1 st cloud SIM card in the cloud SIM card queue may be the first cloud SIM card, the 2 nd cloud SIM card may be the second cloud SIM card, and the 3 rd cloud SIM card may be the third cloud SIM card. If the cloud SIM card includes two second cloud SIM cards and one third cloud SIM card, the 1 st cloud SIM card in the cloud SIM card queue may be one of the second cloud SIM cards, the 2 nd cloud SIM card may be the other second cloud SIM card, and the 3 rd cloud SIM card may be the third cloud SIM card.
S502, obtaining a candidate cloud SIM card from the cloud SIM card queue, and checking whether the candidate cloud SIM card is available.
Optionally, the processor may obtain the candidate cloud SIM cards in the cloud queue from front to back, that is, may select a cloud SIM card with a higher priority in the queue as the candidate cloud SIM card.
Optionally, the processor may check whether the candidate cloud SIM card is available, i.e. check whether the candidate cloud SIM card can be scheduled to the terminal device.
Optionally, the processor may check whether the candidate cloud SIM card is manually stopped, and if the candidate cloud SIM card is manually stopped, determine that the candidate cloud SIM card is unavailable.
Optionally, the processor may check whether the candidate cloud SIM card is scheduled by other terminal devices at the same time, because when there is a request for calling the candidate cloud SIM card by other devices at the same time, the candidate cloud SIM card may be caused not to be scheduled to the terminal device, and when the candidate cloud SIM card cannot be scheduled to the terminal device, it is determined that the candidate cloud SIM card is not available. Optionally, the processor may check whether the candidate cloud SIM card reaches an upper limit of allocation in unit time, and determine that the candidate cloud SIM card is unavailable if the candidate cloud SIM card reaches the upper limit of allocation in unit time. The cloud SIM card information may include an allocation upper limit in unit time, for example, the unit time of a certain cloud SIM card is 1 day, and the allocation upper limit is 5, the processor may check whether the candidate cloud SIM card has been allocated to 5 different other terminal devices in the day where the current time point of the scheduling request is received, and if 5 other terminal devices have been allocated, determine that the candidate cloud SIM card is unavailable.
S503, if the candidate cloud SIM card is available, determining the candidate cloud SIM card as the target cloud SIM card.
Optionally, when the candidate cloud SIM card is not manually stopped, the candidate cloud SIM card may be scheduled to the terminal device, and the allocation upper limit in unit time is not reached, it is determined that the candidate cloud SIM card is available.
S504, if the candidate cloud SIM card is not available, returning to execute the step of obtaining the candidate cloud SIM card from the cloud SIM card queue and verifying whether the candidate cloud SIM card is available or not and the subsequent steps.
Optionally, when the candidate cloud SIM card is manually stopped, or the candidate cloud SIM card may not be scheduled to the terminal device, it is determined that the candidate cloud SIM card is unavailable. And acquiring a cloud SIM card from the cloud SIM card queue as a candidate cloud SIM card. The acquired candidate cloud SIM card may be the most recent cloud SIM card in the cloud SIM card queue except the unavailable cloud SIM card. For example, if it is determined that the 1 st cloud SIM card in the cloud SIM card queue is unavailable, the 2 nd cloud SIM card in the cloud SIM card queue is obtained as the candidate cloud SIM card.
Optionally, the target cloud SIM card may be a cloud SIM card with the highest priority among the cloud SIM cards available in the queue.
The embodiment provides a method for scheduling a cloud SIM card, which includes acquiring a scheduling request of a terminal device, wherein the scheduling request carries a device identifier of the terminal device, and acquiring cloud SIM card information, wherein the cloud SIM card information includes a type of the cloud SIM card and a device binding record, dividing the cloud SIM card into a first classification group, a second classification group or a third classification group according to the cloud SIM card information and the device identifier, and determining a priority of the cloud SIM card, so as to determine a target cloud SIM card from the cloud SIM card by using the priority.
The equipment that the first cloud SIM card in the first classification group can be bound in the target time quantum is limited, and the first cloud SIM card is bound by the terminal equipment in the target time quantum, if the first cloud SIM card is scheduled to the terminal equipment as the target cloud SIM card, the equipment binding record corresponding to the first cloud SIM card is not changed, and cloud SIM card resources are not reduced, so the priority of the first cloud SIM card is higher than that of the second cloud SIM card and the third cloud SIM card.
The equipment which can be bound by the third cloud SIM card in the third classification group in the target time period is limited, and the third cloud SIM card is not bound with the terminal equipment which requires scheduling in the target time period, if the third cloud SIM card is scheduled to the terminal equipment as the target cloud SIM card, the third cloud SIM card is bound with the terminal equipment which requires scheduling, the equipment binding record of the third cloud SIM card can be changed, the cloud SIM card resources are reduced, and therefore the priority of the third cloud SIM card is lower than that of the first cloud SIM card and the second cloud SIM card.
Therefore, in the method for scheduling cloud SIM cards in this embodiment, the cloud SIM card with a high priority is selected from the cloud SIM cards as the target cloud SIM card and is scheduled to the terminal device, so that the cloud SIM card without reducing cloud SIM card resources can be selected preferentially, and the problem of cloud SIM card resource waste is reduced.
Example two
In one embodiment, after dividing the first cloud SIM card into a first classification group, the method includes: and determining the sub-priority of the first cloud SIM card in the first classification group according to the remaining binding number, wherein when the remaining binding number of the nth first cloud SIM card is smaller than the remaining binding number of the mth first cloud SIM card, the sub-priority of the nth first cloud SIM card is higher than the sub-priority of the mth first cloud SIM card, and m and n are integers.
Optionally, the cloud SIM card information may include an upper limit of the number of devices that can be bound in the target time period, and the processor may determine the remaining binding number according to the upper limit of the number minus the number of bound devices in the device binding record. The upper limit of the number may be the number of devices that the cloud SIM card may bind in the target time period, and the number of bound devices may be the number of devices that the cloud SIM card has bound in the target time period. For example, a certain cloud SIM card is reset monthly, the upper limit of the number is 10, when the processor acquires the scheduling request at 10 o ' clock 11 month and 15 days, and the processor binds 8 different devices in 10 o ' clock from 0 o ' clock 1 month and 15 months at 11 months, the remaining binding number is 2.
Optionally, any two first cloud SIM cards in the first classification group may determine the sub-priority relationship of the two cloud SIM cards according to the remaining binding numbers. For example, if the remaining number of bindings of the 1 st first cloud SIM card is 3 and the remaining number of bindings of the 3 rd first cloud SIM card is 2, it may be determined that the sub-priority of the 3 rd first cloud SIM card is higher than that of the 1 st first cloud SIM card.
In one embodiment, after dividing the third cloud SIM card into a third classification group, the method may include: and determining the sub-priority of the third cloud SIM card in the third classification group according to the remaining binding number, wherein when the remaining binding number of the xth third cloud SIM card is greater than the remaining binding number of the yth third cloud SIM card, the sub-priority of the xth third cloud SIM card is higher than the sub-priority of the yth third cloud SIM card, and x and y are integers.
Optionally, any two third cloud SIM cards in the third classification group may determine the sub-priority relationship of the two cloud SIM cards according to the remaining binding numbers. For example, if the remaining number of bindings of the 1 st third cloud SIM card is 3 and the remaining number of bindings of the 3 rd third cloud SIM card is 2, it may be determined that the sub-priority of the 1 st third cloud SIM card is higher than that of the 3 rd third cloud SIM card.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, step S304, determining a target cloud SIM card according to the cloud SIM card information and the device identifier, and scheduling the target cloud SIM card to the terminal device, may further include:
s501, arranging the cloud SIM cards according to the priority of the cloud SIM cards to obtain a cloud SIM card queue.
Optionally, the processor may arrange the cloud SIM cards from high to low according to the priorities corresponding to the cloud SIM cards, to obtain a cloud SIM card queue.
Optionally, when the priorities of the two cloud SIM cards are the same, the cloud SIM cards are arranged from high to low according to the sub-priorities, and a cloud SIM card queue is obtained.
For example, the cloud SIM cards include a 1 st first cloud SIM card, a 2 nd first cloud SIM card, and a third cloud SIM card, and the sub-priority of the 1 st first cloud SIM card is higher than that of the 2 nd first cloud SIM card. Then, the 1 st cloud SIM card in the cloud SIM card queue may be the 1 st first cloud SIM card, the 2 nd cloud SIM card may be the 2 nd first cloud SIM card, and the 3 rd cloud SIM card may be the third cloud SIM card.
S502, obtaining a candidate cloud SIM card from the cloud SIM card queue, and checking whether the candidate cloud SIM card is available.
Optionally, the processor may acquire the candidate cloud SIM card from front to back in the queue, and check whether the cloud SIM card can be allocated to the terminal device.
S503, if the candidate cloud SIM card is available, determining the candidate cloud SIM card as the target cloud SIM card.
S504, if the candidate cloud SIM card is not available, returning to execute the step of obtaining the candidate cloud SIM card from the cloud SIM card queue and verifying whether the candidate cloud SIM card is available or not and the subsequent steps.
Optionally, the target cloud SIM card may be a cloud SIM card with the highest priority among the cloud SIM cards available in the queue and the highest priority among the cloud SIM cards in the priority.
In an embodiment, after determining a target cloud SIM card according to the cloud SIM card information and the device identifier and scheduling the target cloud SIM card to the terminal device in step S304, the method may further include: and updating the cloud SIM card information of the target cloud SIM card.
Optionally, if the target cloud SIM card is of the limited binding quantity class, after the target cloud SIM card is scheduled to the terminal device, a binding record and binding time of the target cloud SIM card and the terminal device may be generated, and the updated cloud SIM card information includes the binding record and the binding time of the target cloud SIM card and the terminal device.
In an embodiment, the server may further bind the cloud SIM card and the terminal device through a binding instruction manually input, after the cloud SIM card is scheduled to the terminal device, the server may generate a binding record and binding time of the cloud SIM card and the terminal device, and the binding time may be time when the server acquires the binding instruction.
The embodiment provides a method for scheduling a cloud SIM card, which includes the steps of obtaining a scheduling request of a terminal device, wherein the scheduling request carries a device identifier of the terminal device, obtaining cloud SIM card information, wherein the cloud SIM card information includes a type of the cloud SIM card and a device binding record, dividing the cloud SIM card into a first classification group, a second classification group or a third classification group according to the cloud SIM card information and the device identifier, determining a priority of the cloud SIM card, further determining a sub-priority in the first classification group and the third classification group according to a residual binding number, and determining a target cloud SIM card from the cloud SIM card by using the priority and the sub-priority.
Further, the sub-priority of the first cloud SIM card in the first classification group is determined by the remaining binding number, the sub-priority of the first cloud SIM card with the small remaining binding number is higher than the sub-priority of the first cloud SIM card with the large remaining binding number, the number of devices which can be bound by the first cloud SIM card with the small remaining binding number is small, and the number of times which can be scheduled in the scheduling process is small, so that the schedulability of the first cloud SIM card with the small remaining binding number to other devices is not high, if the first cloud SIM card with the small remaining binding number is preferentially scheduled to the terminal device, when the other devices request scheduling, the schedulability of the cloud SIM card is high, the possibility of the existence of the cloud SIM card which can be scheduled to other devices is improved, and cloud SIM card resources are more effectively allocated. For example, the upper limit of the number of devices that can be bound by a certain first cloud SIM card in a target time period is 5, the remaining binding number is 0, the first cloud SIM card can only be allocated to the 5 terminal devices that have been bound in the target time period, and the first cloud SIM card cannot be scheduled to a terminal device other than the 5 terminal devices, so that when the terminal device sends a scheduling request, the first cloud SIM card is scheduled to the terminal device, which can more efficiently utilize cloud SIM card resources, and it is ensured that the cloud SIM card can be scheduled to other terminal devices as far as possible.
The terminal equipment which can be bound by the third cloud SIM card in the third classification group in the target time period is limited, and the third cloud SIM card is not bound with the terminal equipment which requires scheduling in the target time period, if the third cloud SIM card is scheduled to the terminal equipment as the target cloud SIM card, the third cloud SIM card is bound with the terminal equipment which requires scheduling, the equipment binding record of the third cloud SIM card can be changed, the cloud SIM card resources are reduced, and therefore the priority of the third cloud SIM card is lower than that of the first cloud SIM card and the second cloud SIM card.
Further, the sub-priority of the third cloud SIM card in the third classification group is determined by the remaining binding number, the sub-priority of the third cloud SIM card with the large remaining binding number is higher than the sub-priority of the third cloud SIM card with the small remaining binding number, and if the third cloud SIM card with the small remaining binding number binds the terminal device, the remaining binding number is reduced, so that the third cloud SIM card cannot be redistributed to other devices except the already bound device. For example, the upper limit of the number of devices that can be bound within the target time period is 5 for the 1 st third cloud SIM card and the 2 nd third cloud SIM card, the remaining binding number of the 1 st third cloud SIM card is 1, the remaining binding number of the 2 nd third cloud SIM card is 3, after the 1 st third cloud SIM card is assigned to the terminal device, the remaining binding number is 0, the third cloud SIM card cannot be scheduled to a device other than the 5 devices that have been bound, and after the 2 nd third cloud SIM card is assigned to the terminal device, the remaining binding number is 2, and the third cloud SIM card can be scheduled to 2 devices other than the 5 devices that have been bound. Therefore, when the terminal equipment sends the scheduling request, the third cloud SIM card with the high remaining binding number is preferentially allocated in the third classification group, so that the cloud SIM card resources can be more efficiently utilized, and the cloud SIM card can be scheduled to other terminal equipment as far as possible.
