As shown in fig. 1, a gas stove and an oil fume suction and exhaust device are arranged on an integrated stove body 1, a disinfection cabinet 4, a fan assembly 2 and a controller are arranged in the integrated stove body 1, the fan assembly 2 comprises a volute and a fan installed in the volute, and the disinfection cabinet 4 is provided with a disinfection device. Sterilizer 4 with fan subassembly 2 is adjacent, is equipped with the exhaust hole on the upper portion of sterilizer 4 and fan subassembly 2's opposite face, and the inside steam that produces of sterilizer 4 can the upward movement and the gathering, sets up the exhaust hole in the upper portion and is favorable to discharging steam totally. In a first embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, when the integrated kitchen sterilizing cabinet is used to sterilize tableware and the like, the control board is operated to set a preset sterilizing time t, where the preset sterilizing time t includes a sterilizing time t1 and a steam discharging time t2, and a user can select or set the preset sterilizing time t, where t is set to be 60min, t1 is set to be 45min, and t2 is set to be 15 min.
The sterilizer 4 starts, enters a working state, starts the sterilizing device, and the controller automatically cuts off the communication device 3 between the sterilizer 4 and the fan assembly 2, so that the operating time can be continuously detected in the working process, whether the sterilizing time t1 (45 min) is reached, and if the sterilizing time t1 is not reached, the sterilizing operation is continuously carried out. When the time t2 (15 min) for discharging the water vapor is reached, the controller closes the sterilizing device and cuts off the communicating device 3, then judges whether the oil smoke sucking and discharging device still needs to work continuously, if the oil smoke sucking and discharging device is not started or does not need to work continuously, the fan component 2 is closed, and the work is finished; if the oil smoke exhausting device needs to continue to exhaust oil smoke, the fan component continues to operate at the speed a until the work is finished, and then the fan component 2 is closed.
In the second embodiment, a control method of an integrated cooker with a vapor removal function for a disinfection cabinet, as shown in fig. 3, when the fume suction and exhaust device starts to work first, the disinfection cabinet needs to be opened during the work process. The fume exhaust and suction device is started to enter normal work, the communicating device 3 is firstly cut off, whether the disinfection cabinet 2 works or not is detected in the fume exhaust and suction working process, if not, the fan assembly 2 runs at the set speed a until the work is finished, and the fan assembly 2 is closed. If the work of the disinfection cabinet 2 is detected in the fume exhaust working process, continuously detecting whether the disinfection cabinet reaches the disinfection time t1 or not, and continuously disinfecting if the disinfection cabinet does not reach the disinfection time t1, wherein the fan assembly 2 runs at the speed a (set to be 1100 r/min and a higher gear), when the disinfection time t1 is reached, the communication device 3 is opened, the fan assembly 2 runs at the speed c, and at the moment, the speed c is 1100 r/min (the speed a 1100 r/min is greater than the speed b 800 r/min), and the water vapor in the disinfection cabinet 4 is exhausted; when the time t2 for discharging the water vapor is reached, the controller closes the sterilizing device and cuts off the communication device 3, then judges whether the oil smoke sucking and discharging device needs to continue to work or not, if the oil smoke sucking and discharging device is closed or does not need to continue to work, the fan component 2 is closed, and the work is finished; if the oil smoke exhausting device needs to continue to exhaust oil smoke, the fan component continues to operate at the speed a until the work is finished, and then the fan component 2 is closed.
