An electric steam box with a pre-steam discharging device comprises an electric steam box body and an electric steam box door body, wherein an inner container is arranged in the electric steam box body, and a control device is arranged at the top of the electric steam box body; the electric steam box door body is pivoted to the front end of the electric steam box body and is in sealing fit with the inner container, and the electric steam box door body is characterized in that: the top of the electric steam box body is additionally provided with a pre-steam-discharging device, the pre-steam-discharging device comprises a steam-discharging channel and steam-discharging equipment, the top of the inner container is provided with an exhaust hole, an air inlet of the steam-discharging channel is communicated with the exhaust hole, and an air outlet of the steam-discharging channel is communicated with an air duct smoke-discharging system; a control valve for controlling the opening and closing of the exhaust hole is arranged at the exhaust hole, and the control end of the control valve is in signal connection with the signal output end of the control device; the steam exhaust equipment is arranged in the steam exhaust channel, and the control end of the steam exhaust equipment is in signal connection with the signal output end of the control device through a gating linkage device and is used for controlling the starting and stopping of the steam exhaust equipment.
