Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the present application, the present application will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present application are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. This application may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Referring to fig. 1, a control method of an integrated cooker includes a step S100, a step S200, and a step S300.
And step S100, controlling the disinfection device to be started when a disinfection command is received.
Specifically, the sterilizing device is arranged inside the sterilizing cabinet of the integrated cooker. In integrated kitchen, the sterilizer is used for depositing the tableware, and degassing unit sets up in the inside of sterilizer, and when degassing unit opened the back, will directly carry out the disinfection operation to tableware etc. in the degassing unit. It will be appreciated that the manner in which the controller receives the disinfection command is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, the disinfection command may be sent directly by the user, for example, by providing a disinfection button on the exterior surface of the disinfection cabinet, so that when the user needs to disinfect the items inside the disinfection cabinet, the user only needs to push the disinfection button on the exterior surface of the disinfection cabinet. In other embodiments, the signal may be sent in other manners, for example, when the user closes the door of the disinfection cabinet, the disinfection operation is directly triggered, that is, the controller obtains the state that the user closes the door of the disinfection cabinet as the received disinfection command.
It should be noted that the type of the sterilizing device is not exclusive, and any device capable of generating gas having a sterilizing function may be used. For example, in one embodiment, an ozone generating device is used as the sterilizing device, i.e., ozone is used as the sterilizing gas to perform the sterilizing operation of the sterilizing cabinet and the objects inside the sterilizing cabinet.
And step S200, when the disinfection reaches a preset end condition, closing the disinfection device.
Specifically, the controller is pre-stored with a trigger condition (i.e. a preset end condition) for closing the disinfection device to stop disinfecting the disinfection cabinet, during the disinfection operation, the controller performs an analysis operation on whether the trigger condition is met in real time, and when the preset end condition is met, the controller sends a closing control signal to the disinfection device to control the disinfection device to stop running.
It is understood that the specific form of the preset ending condition is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, the duration time of the disinfection operation may be used as the judgment condition, that is, the controller counts the disinfection operation, and when the duration time of the disinfection operation reaches a certain time, the disinfection device is directly controlled to stop operating. In another embodiment, the concentration of the sterilizing gas generated by the sterilizing device in the closed sterilizing cabinet can reach a certain concentration, that is, the controller can obtain the concentration data of the sterilizing gas in the sterilizing cabinet in real time during the sterilizing process, and directly control the sterilizing device to stop running when the concentration data reaches a certain value.
And step S300, controlling a communication device arranged between the disinfection cabinet and the oil fume suction and exhaust assembly of the integrated cooker to be opened so that the disinfection gas in the disinfection cabinet flows into the oil fume suction and exhaust assembly.
Specifically, after the controller controls the sterilizing device to stop operating, this time the sterilizing operation on the objects in the sterilizing cabinet is completed, but since the sterilizing operation is performed in a closed environment, and the sterilizing cabinet is filled with the sterilizing gas, the present embodiment will perform secondary utilization on the sterilizing gas. The inner space of the disinfection cabinet is communicated with the inner space of the oil smoke sucking and exhausting assembly by a communicating device, the communicating device is closed in the disinfection operation, and the disinfection gas only exists in the disinfection cabinet to disinfect the articles in the disinfection cabinet. When the disinfection operation is completed, the controller controls the disinfection device to be closed, and then the controller further controls the communication device to be opened, so that the disinfection gas in the disinfection cabinet flows into the oil fume suction and discharge assembly through the communication device, and the disinfection operation of the oil fume suction and discharge assembly is realized.
It should be noted that in one embodiment, the cooking fume exhausting assembly includes a hood and a fume collecting hood, wherein the fume collecting hood is disposed on the top of the hood for collecting the cooking fume generated by the integrated stove during cooking; the air cabinet is arranged on the side surface of the disinfection cabinet and is communicated with the disinfection cabinet through a communication device. Under the condition that the intercommunication device opened mutually, the gaseous disinfectant in the sterilizer at first flowed into the wind cabinet, realized the disinfection operation to the wind cabinet, then flowed into the collection petticoat pipe, realized the disinfection operation to the collection petticoat pipe, and final gaseous disinfectant is the same with the oil smoke that the culinary art produced, all via the collection petticoat pipe discharge.
It will be appreciated that the type of communication means is not exclusive and in one embodiment the communication means is a one way solenoid valve. After the controller controls the disinfection device to stop running, only the one-way electromagnetic valve needs to be controlled to be opened, and under the suction of the oil fume suction and exhaust assembly, the disinfection gas in the disinfection cabinet flows into the oil fume suction and exhaust assembly to disinfect the oil fume suction and exhaust assembly and is finally exhausted to the outside atmosphere through the oil fume suction and exhaust assembly.
Further, in one embodiment, the cooking fume sucking and exhausting assembly further comprises a fan, and the fan is connected with the controller. In order to ensure that the sterilizing gas can sterilize the whole oil fume suction and discharge assembly from bottom to top, after the sterilizing device is closed, the controller controls the fan to be started, the motor of the fan drives the wind wheel to suck and discharge residual sterilizing gas outwards at a certain rotating speed (namely residual sterilizing gas in the sterilizing cabinet after the sterilizing device is closed), and in the oil fume suction and discharge process, the sterilizing gas simultaneously sterilizes the whole oil fume suction and discharge assembly. It can be appreciated that in one embodiment, the motor of the fan operates at the lowest rotation speed when sucking and exhausting residual sterilizing gas, which has the advantage of energy conservation.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, step S100 includes step S110 and step S120.
Step S110, when a disinfection instruction is received, whether a preset disinfection duration is set by a user is detected.
If yes, go to step S120 to control the disinfection device to start.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the controller may receive the disinfection instruction specifically by receiving a trigger signal for the user to close the disinfection cabinet, that is, when the user closes the disinfection cabinet to perform disinfection, the controller does not directly control the disinfection device to be opened, and at this time, a detection operation for determining whether the user sets a preset disinfection duration needs to be performed. If the user sets the preset disinfection time, the disinfection operation time is used as the preset end condition of the disinfection operation when reaching the preset disinfection time, the whole disinfection operation is timed, and when the disinfection operation time reaches the preset disinfection time, the disinfection device is closed.
It should be noted that the manner of detecting whether the user sets the preset disinfection duration is not exclusive, and may be detecting whether the user further sets the preset disinfection duration after receiving the disinfection instruction; or after receiving the disinfection command, detecting whether a preset disinfection time length is set in the controller.
In one embodiment, a setting example of detecting whether the user further performs the preset sterilization duration after receiving the sterilization instruction is taken. After the controller receives the disinfection instruction, timing is started by a preset timing duration, and if a setting instruction of the preset disinfection duration sent by a user is not received within the preset timing duration, the preset disinfection duration is not set by the user; if a setting instruction of the preset disinfection duration sent by the user is received within the preset timing duration, the preset disinfection duration is set by the user. It is understood that the preset time period is not exclusive and may be 30 seconds, one minute, two minutes, etc.
Correspondingly, step S200 in this embodiment includes step S210.
And step S210, when the disinfection duration reaches the preset disinfection duration, closing the disinfection device.
Specifically, under the condition that the user sets the preset disinfection duration, the preset disinfection duration is obtained as the preset ending condition for ending the disinfection operation. After the controller controls the disinfection device to be started, timing is started according to the preset disinfection duration, and when the timing reaches the preset disinfection duration, the controller sends a closing control signal to the disinfection device to control the disinfection device to stop running.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, after the step S110, if no, the method further includes a step S130.
Step S130, after the preset disinfection gas concentration data is set, the disinfection device is controlled to be started.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, if the user does not set the preset disinfection duration, it indicates that the disinfection duration is not required to be used as the determination condition for determining whether disinfection is finished. In order to avoid unnecessary energy waste caused by continuous disinfection operation, the embodiment further determines whether to finish the disinfection operation according to the concentration of the disinfection gas in the disinfection cabinet. When a user closes the cabinet door of the disinfection cabinet to prepare for disinfection operation, if the controller detects that the preset disinfection duration is not set, the disinfection control operation is carried out according to the preset disinfection gas concentration data.
It can be understood that predetermine disinfection gas concentration data can be that the user sets for at the in-process that uses integrated kitchen, also can predetermine in the controller, and under the condition that the user did not set for the disinfection duration, the disinfection gas concentration data of predetermineeing that directly calls to correspond realizes predetermineeing disinfection gas concentration data's settlement, then control degassing unit open can.
Accordingly, step S200 includes step S220 and step S230.
Step S220, acquiring the concentration data of the sterilizing gas inside the sterilizing cabinet.
And step S230, when the concentration data of the sterilizing gas reaches the preset sterilizing gas concentration data, closing the sterilizing device.
Specifically, in this embodiment, be provided with disinfection gas concentration detector in the sterilizer, open the in-process of carrying out disinfection operation at degassing unit, disinfection gas concentration detector carries out disinfection gas concentration detection in real time to the disinfection gas concentration data that will detect and obtain are sent to the controller and are carried out the analysis. The controller compares and analyzes the received disinfection gas concentration data with preset disinfection gas concentration data set in the operation, if the disinfection gas concentration is smaller than the preset disinfection gas concentration data, the preset end condition is not reached, and at the moment, the disinfection device is continuously started for disinfection. If the concentration data of the disinfection gas is larger than or equal to the preset disinfection gas concentration data, the preset end condition is reached, at the moment, the disinfection device is controlled to be closed, and the disinfection operation of the articles in the disinfection cabinet is ended.
In one embodiment, the disinfecting device is an ozone generator, the corresponding disinfecting gas is ozone, and the disinfecting gas concentration detector is an ozone concentration detector. Because the density of ozone is great, will set up the ozone concentration detector in the bottom of sterilizer at this moment and carry out the operation of ozone concentration detection in the sterilizer in real time to the ozone concentration data transmission who obtains will detect carries out the analysis to the controller. Further, in one embodiment, the ozone concentration detector is an ozone concentration sensor.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, when the sterilization instruction is received, the method further includes step S140.
And step S140, controlling the disinfection cabinet to enter a child lock state.
Specifically, when a user uses the disinfection cabinet to disinfect kitchen utensils and tableware, the disinfection cabinet enters a child-lock state, namely, a cabinet door of the disinfection cabinet is locked, and the user cannot open the disinfection cabinet during disinfection. Through the scheme of this embodiment, can avoid the user to open the sterilizer during the disinfection, the gaseous inflow exterior space of disinfection in the sterilizer seriously influences disinfection efficiency.
Referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment, after step S300, the method further includes step S400.
And step S400, controlling the disinfection cabinet to exit the child lock state when the opening duration of the communication device reaches the preset opening duration.
Specifically, the length of time that the intercommunication device is opened reaches and presets to open the length of time and indicates that the gaseous sterilizing in the sterilizer has been discharged through the fume sucking and exhausting subassembly completely, and the disinfection operation of whole integrated kitchen has been accomplished this moment, so the controller will send control signal to the sterilizer this moment, and control degassing unit withdraws from child's lock state, and the user can open the sterilizer cabinet door this moment and take out the article in the sterilizer.
It can be understood that the operation of determining whether the sterilizing gas is completely discharged is not exclusive, and the operation may be performed by detecting the concentration data of the sterilizing gas in the sterilizing cabinet, in addition to the above-described embodiment in which the determination is performed by the time length of the opening of the communicating means. In this embodiment, after degassing unit closes, the disinfection gas concentration detector does not stop operating, but the time sends disinfection gas concentration data detection to the controller, and the controller carries out the analysis and can judge whether the fume sucking and exhausting subassembly is clean with the disinfection gas suction and exhaust to decide whether control sterilizer and withdraw from child's lock state.
In one embodiment, after the step of controlling the disinfection cabinet to enter the child-lock state, the method further comprises the following steps: and when an unlocking instruction sent by a user is received, controlling the disinfection cabinet to exit the child lock state.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 7 in combination, in this embodiment, after the disinfection cabinet enters the child-lock state due to the disinfection operation, if the user temporarily needs to open the disinfection cabinet, the user will directly send an unlocking instruction to the controller, and after the controller receives the unlocking instruction, the controller will further send an instruction to the disinfection cabinet to control the disinfection cabinet to exit the child-lock state, that is, to release the locking operation of the disinfection cabinet door, so that the user can open the disinfection cabinet door to take out or add articles from the disinfection cabinet door. It is understood that the unlocking command is not sent only, but in one embodiment, a child lock button is arranged on the outer surface of the disinfection cabinet, the child lock button is connected with the controller, and when a user needs to unlock, the user can directly press the child lock button.
It should be noted that the state that the user presses the child lock button to control the disinfection cabinet to exit the child lock state may be in the process that the disinfection device is opened for disinfection, or in the process that the disinfection device is closed and the oil smoke sucking and discharging assembly discharges the disinfection gas in the disinfection cabinet through the communication device.
Further, in one embodiment, after the user controls the disinfection cabinet to exit the child-lock state through the child-lock button, if it is detected that the user closes the disinfection cabinet door again (i.e. the user opens the cabinet door to take out or put in the object and closes the disinfection cabinet door again), the controller will control the disinfection cabinet to enter the child-lock state again to prevent the disinfection gas from leaking. At this time, the controller continues to perform the disinfection operation performed before, specifically, the disinfection device may be opened to continue to disinfect the articles in the disinfection cabinet, or the controller may continue to discharge the disinfection gas in the disinfection cabinet to the oil smoke suction and discharge assembly through the communication device.
In another embodiment, the user controls the disinfection cabinet to exit the child lock state through the child lock button, or the disinfection operation is finished, namely the user wants to take out the articles in the disinfection cabinet for use after the disinfection process is finished, the user can close the disinfection control system through the button at any time without performing other processes, after the system is closed, the disinfection cabinet door is automatically unlocked, and the user can perform subsequent operations at will.
Referring to fig. 8, in an embodiment, the integrated cooker control method further includes step S600 and step S700.
And S600, when the kitchen range of the integrated kitchen range is opened, if a firepower increasing instruction is received, correspondingly increasing the rotating speed of a motor of the oil smoke sucking and exhausting component.
And step S700, if a firepower reduction instruction is received, correspondingly reducing the rotating speed of a motor of the oil smoke sucking and exhausting assembly.
Specifically, when a user cooks, the cooker is opened, the oil smoke sucking and exhausting assembly is automatically opened, and the rotating speed of the motor can be automatically adjusted according to the firepower. Referring to fig. 9, firstly, a user starts the cooker, adjusts the cooker to an applicable fire power value, the control system receives an instruction, and automatically adjusts the rotating speed of the motor according to the fire power value; secondly, when the user stews and cooks food, the user usually turns to the small fire, and the motor automatically turns to the lowest rotating speed, so as to achieve the ideal state of reducing the power consumption. And if the user needs to modulate the big fire, correspondingly increasing the rotating speed of the motor.
According to the control method of the integrated cooker, the communication device is arranged between the disinfection cabinet of the integrated cooker and the oil fume suction and exhaust assembly, and the disinfection device in the disinfection cabinet is controlled to be opened when a disinfection instruction sent by a user is received. After the disinfection operation of sterilizer and its inside article is accomplished, still further control intercommunication device opens to make the inside disinfection gas of sterilizer can flow into the oil smoke sucking and discharging subassembly, realize inhaling the disinfection operation of oil smoke sucking and discharging subassembly, and finally discharge disinfection gas through the oil smoke sucking and discharging subassembly. Through above-mentioned scheme, can realize the disinfection operation to the oil smoke sucking and discharging subassembly of integrated kitchen to when avoiding appearing the long-time use, the problem of bacterium is bred to integrated kitchen inside.
Referring to fig. 10, an integrated cooker control device includes a sterilization device opening control module 100, a sterilization device closing control module 200, and a cooking fume sucking and exhausting assembly sterilization module 300.
The disinfection device starting control module 100 is used for controlling the disinfection device to start when receiving a disinfection command; the sterilizing device closing control module 200 is used for closing the sterilizing device when the sterilizing reaches a preset end condition; the cooking fume sucking and exhausting assembly sterilizing module 300 is used for controlling the opening of a communication device arranged between the sterilizing cabinet and the cooking fume sucking and exhausting assembly of the integrated cooker so as to enable the sterilizing gas in the sterilizing cabinet to flow into the cooking fume sucking and exhausting assembly.

Specifically, in the integrated kitchen, the sterilizing cabinet 50 is used for storing tableware, and the sterilizing device 20 is disposed inside the sterilizing cabinet 50, so that the tableware and the like in the sterilizing device 20 can be directly sterilized after the sterilizing device 20 is opened. It will be appreciated that the manner in which the controller receives the disinfection instructions is not exclusive and in one embodiment the disinfection instructions may be sent directly by the user, for example, by providing a disinfection button on the exterior of the disinfection cabinet 50, which only needs to be pressed on the exterior of the disinfection cabinet 50 when the user needs to disinfect the contents of the disinfection cabinet 50. In other embodiments, the command may be sent in other manners, for example, when the user closes the door of the disinfection cabinet 50, the disinfection operation is directly triggered, that is, the controller obtains the state that the user closes the door of the disinfection cabinet 50 as the received disinfection command.
It should be noted that the type of the sterilizing device 20 is not exclusive, and any device capable of generating gas having sterilizing and disinfecting functions may be used. For example, in one embodiment, an ozone generating device is used as the sterilizing device 20, i.e., ozone is used as the sterilizing gas to perform the sterilizing operation of the sterilizing cabinet 50 and the objects inside the sterilizing cabinet 50.
The controller is pre-stored with a triggering condition (i.e. a preset ending condition) for turning off the disinfection apparatus 20 to stop disinfecting the disinfection cabinet 50, and during the disinfection operation, the controller performs an analysis operation on whether the triggering condition is met in real time, and when the preset ending condition is met, the controller sends a turning-off control signal to the disinfection apparatus 20 to control the disinfection apparatus 20 to stop running.
It is understood that the specific form of the preset ending condition is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, the duration of the disinfection operation may be used as the judgment condition, that is, the controller counts the disinfection operation, and when the duration of the disinfection operation reaches a certain time, the disinfection device 20 is directly controlled to stop operating. In another embodiment, the concentration of the sterilizing gas generated by the sterilizing device 20 in the sealed sterilizing cabinet 50 may reach a certain concentration, that is, the controller may obtain the concentration data of the sterilizing gas in the sterilizing cabinet 50 in real time during the sterilizing process, and directly control the sterilizing device 20 to stop operating when the concentration data reaches a certain value.
After the controller controls the sterilizing device 20 to stop operating, this indicates that the sterilizing operation on the objects in the sterilizing cabinet 50 is completed, but since the sterilizing operation is performed in a closed environment, the sterilizing cabinet 50 is filled with sterilizing gas, and the sterilizing gas is reused in this embodiment. The inner space of the sterilizing cabinet 50 is communicated with the inner space of the cooking fume sucking and exhausting assembly 60 by a communicating means 10, the communicating means 10 is closed in the sterilizing operation, and the sterilizing gas is only present in the sterilizing cabinet 50 to sterilize the articles in the sterilizing cabinet 50. When the disinfection operation is completed, after the controller controls the disinfection device 20 to be closed, the controller will further control the communication device 10 to be opened, so that the disinfection gas in the disinfection cabinet 50 flows into the oil smoke sucking and discharging assembly 60 through the communication device 10, and the disinfection operation of the oil smoke sucking and discharging assembly 60 is realized.
It will be appreciated that the type of communication device 10 is not exclusive and in one embodiment, the communication device 10 is a one-way solenoid valve. After the controller controls the sterilizing device 20 to stop operating, only the one-way solenoid valve needs to be controlled to open, and under the suction of the oil smoke sucking and exhausting assembly 60, the sterilizing gas in the sterilizing cabinet 50 will flow into the oil smoke sucking and exhausting assembly 60 to sterilize the oil smoke sucking and exhausting assembly 60, and finally be exhausted to the outside atmosphere through the oil smoke sucking and exhausting assembly 60.
