The invention relates to a through type rear lamp which is of a left-right symmetrical structure and comprises a movable rear lamp, a left fixed rear lamp and a right fixed rear lamp; the movable rear lamp is provided with a rear position lamp, the left fixed rear lamp is provided with a fixed rear position lamp, the movable rear position lamp comprises a first light source and a first light distribution lens arranged behind the first light source, and the first light distribution lens is provided with a first semitransparent part extending rightwards from the left end of the movable rear lamp and a first opaque part connected to the upper side of the first semitransparent part; the left fixed rear position lamp comprises a second light source and a second light distribution lens arranged behind the second light source, a second semitransparent portion extending leftwards from the right end of the left fixed rear lamp and a transparent portion connected to the upper side of the second semitransparent portion are arranged on the second light distribution lens, and the position of the second semitransparent portion in the vertical direction corresponds to the position of the first semitransparent portion in the vertical direction. Technical Field
The invention relates to automobile parts, in particular to a penetrating type rear lamp.
Background
As a new concept of designing a rear lamp of an automobile in recent years, a penetrating rear lamp of the automobile has been increasingly applied. The light signal device of the automobile is used as an important component part for the active safety of the automobile, and the back position lamp of the light signal device needs to meet the upper and lower limit range (4-17 cd) of the luminous intensity required by the mandatory regulations (GB 4785 and GB 5920) of the light signal device of the automobile under the two conditions of closing the back door (the penetrating rear lamp comprises a fixed side and a movable side) and opening the back door (the penetrating rear lamp only has the fixed side); in addition, from the viewpoint of aesthetic appearance and user perception, the on/off states of the lamp regions at the rear positions need to have the same appearance.
Because of the design of the penetrating rear lamp, the area of the movable side rear lamp is far larger than that of the fixed side rear lamp (about 5-7 times); in order to take account of the regulatory standards for car loading with light signals and to maintain the aesthetic appearance when the through rear lamp is turned on/off, the fixed side rear position lamp is usually designed to have two brightness levels. Referring to fig. 1, the penetrating rear light includes a movable side rear light 103 and two fixed side rear lights 104, a movable side rear position light 106 is disposed on the movable side rear light 103, a fixed side rear position light 107 is disposed on the fixed side rear light 104, and the luminance of the movable side rear position light 106 is the same as that of the fixed side rear position light 107; after the back door is opened, in order to ensure driving safety and meet the requirements of mandatory regulations, a back door opening signal needs to be recognized by the vehicle body controller 101, and then a control signal is output to the fixed side rear lamp 104 through the whole vehicle wiring harness 102 so as to improve the brightness level of the fixed side rear position lamp 107. The design needs to design two brightness levels for the fixed side rear position lamp, so that the power of the selected light source is high, the cost of the light source is increased, the heat dissipation design difficulty of the light source is also increased, adverse factors such as increase of heat dissipation space and specification increase of heat dissipation elements are caused, meanwhile, the whole vehicle is required to monitor the opening and closing conditions of the movable side, and the corresponding circuit control and wire harness material cost are increased.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a pass-through backlight to alleviate or eliminate at least one of the above-mentioned technical problems.
The penetrating type rear lamp is of a bilaterally symmetrical structure and comprises a movable rear lamp, a left fixed rear lamp arranged on the left side of the movable rear lamp and a right fixed rear lamp arranged on the right side of the movable rear lamp; a movable rear position lamp extending rightwards from the left end of the movable rear lamp is arranged on the movable rear lamp, a fixed rear position lamp is arranged on the left fixed rear lamp,
the movable rear position lamp comprises a first light source and a first light distribution lens arranged behind the first light source, and the first light distribution lens is provided with a first semitransparent part extending rightwards from the left end of the movable rear position lamp and a first opaque part connected to the upper side of the first semitransparent part;
the fixed rear position lamp comprises a second light source and a second light distribution mirror arranged behind the second light source, a second semitransparent portion extending leftwards from the right end of the left fixed rear lamp and a transparent portion connected to the upper side of the second semitransparent portion are arranged on the second light distribution mirror, and the position of the second semitransparent portion in the vertical direction corresponds to the position of the first semitransparent portion in the vertical direction.
Further, a second opaque portion connected to a lower side of the first opaque portion is provided on the first lens.
Further, the first light source is a first LED light source, and the second light source is a second LED light source.
Furthermore, the movable rear lamp comprises a first lamp body and a first mounting bracket connected to the rear side of the first lamp body, the first LED light source is mounted on the first mounting bracket, the first light distribution lens is fixedly connected to the first lamp body, and the first lamp body is further connected with a first transparent lampshade located at the rear side of the first light distribution lens.
Furthermore, the left fixed rear lamp comprises a second lamp body and a second mounting bracket connected to the rear side of the second lamp body, the second LED light source is mounted on the second mounting bracket, the second light distribution lens is fixedly connected to the second lamp body, and a second transparent lampshade located on the rear side of the second light distribution lens is further connected to the second lamp body.
Further, the LED lamp further comprises a stop lamp, and the stop lamp and the fixed rear position lamp share the second light source and the transparent part.
Further, the second lens is provided with a third opaque portion connected to a lower side of the second translucent portion.
Further, the second light source is located on an upper side of the transparent part as viewed in the up-down direction.

According to the invention, by utilizing an optical design theory, the transparent part is connected to the upper side of the second translucent part, when the fixed rear position lamp is lightened, the light passing through the transparent part with high transmittance can greatly improve the luminous efficiency of the fixed rear position lamp, so that the requirements of upper and lower limit values of a mandatory regulation standard of an optical signal device of an automobile can be met no matter whether the fixed rear position lamp is only used or the combination of the fixed rear position lamp and the movable rear position lamp is lightened at the same brightness level; meanwhile, because the functions of the fixed rear position lamp and the brake lamp are locally mixed, namely the brake lamp and the rear position lamp in the area share the transparent part of the second light source, the two brightness levels of the brake lamp and the fixed rear position lamp are realized only by changing the current of the second light source, so that the semitransparent luminous rear position lamp is not obtrusive when a transparent luminous area is increased, and the penetration effect of the rear position lamp is kept; finally, under different conditions of opening or closing the back door, the fixed back position lamp keeps the same luminous brightness as the movable back position lamp, and under the premise of meeting the mandatory regulatory standard of an optical signal device, the through type effect of the back position lamp is kept, so that the appearance is attractive, and the process is exquisite.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the penetrating rear light is a symmetrical structure, and includes a movable rear light 1 and two fixed rear lights 2, where the two fixed rear lights 2 are respectively a left fixed rear light disposed on the left side of the movable rear light 1 and a right fixed rear light disposed on the right side of the movable rear light 1; the movable rear lamp 1 is provided with a movable rear position lamp extending rightwards from the left end of the movable rear lamp 1, and the left fixed rear lamp is provided with a fixed rear position lamp;

The penetrating type rear lamp is formed with a first lamp light region 3 corresponding to the first translucent portion 13, a non-lamp light region corresponding to the first opaque portion 14, a second lamp light region 4 corresponding to the second translucent portion 21, and a third lamp light region 5 corresponding to the transparent portion 22, as viewed from the rear to the front. The third light area 5 and the second light area 4 are light areas of fixed rear position lamps, and the first light area 3 is a light area of movable rear position lamps. Because the through type rear lamp is of a bilateral symmetry structure, the right fixed rear lamp and the left fixed rear lamp are symmetrically arranged, and the left part and the right part of the movable rear lamp 1 are symmetrically arranged. Preferably, the movable rear position light extends from the left end to the right end of the movable rear light 1, and the fixed rear position light on the left fixed rear light, the movable rear position light and the fixed rear position light on the right fixed rear light are connected to form a rear position light with a penetrating effect.
The transparent part is a shared area of the brake lamp and the fixed rear position lamp, the light transmittance of the fixed rear position lamp is increased by the transparent part of the second light distribution lens, the brightness difference caused by the area difference between the movable rear position lamp and the fixed rear position lamp is reduced, and the fixed rear position lamp can be kept to adopt the same brightness level as the movable side rear position lamp when the back door is opened or closed; and meanwhile, the penetration effect of the rear position lamp in the penetration type rear lamp is not changed.
In the present embodiment, the first lens 10 is provided with the second opaque part 12 joined to the lower side of the first translucent part 13.
In the present embodiment, the first lens 10 may be formed by multi-color injection molding of translucent plastic and opaque plastic, and the second lens 18 may be formed by multi-color injection molding of transparent plastic, translucent plastic and opaque plastic. That is, the first and second translucent portions 13 and 21 are made of translucent plastic, the transparent portion 22 is made of transparent plastic, and the first and second opaque portions 14 and 12 are made of opaque plastic.
