The movable side lamp circuit board assembly 212 includes a transverse strip-shaped high-position stop lamp d and a position lamp a arranged in the middle area of the movable side lamp body component 21, and a stop lamp b and a turn lamp c arranged at the positions on the two sides of the movable side lamp body component 21, a light transmission area is correspondingly formed on the movable side decorative frame 22, and a third light transmission area 23a used for transmitting light of the high-position stop lamp d, the position lamp a and the stop lamp b and a fourth light transmission area 23b used for transmitting light of the turn lamp c are formed on the movable side transparent lamp cover 23.
In accordance with the present invention, the movable side light circuit board assembly 212 should be understood to include a circuit driver board, wiring harnesses, connectors, and corresponding sets of LED lights disposed on the circuit driver board. The circuit driving board may be a plurality of circuit boards, and the LED lamp sets may be respectively disposed on separate circuit boards to form separate LED lamp sets for displaying the position lamp a, the stop lamp b, the turn lamp c, and the high-mount stop lamp d. Preferably, the circuit driving board may also be a circuit board, and the LED lamp sets for displaying the position lamp a, the stop lamp b, the turn lamp c and the high-mount stop lamp d are integrated on the circuit board. In this way, the driving board, the wiring harness, the connector and other components of the high-mount stop lamp d can be integrated on the driving board, the wiring harness and the connector of the movable side lamp circuit board assembly 212, so that the cost of the whole vehicle can be further reduced, and meanwhile, the assembly flexibility of the integrated through tail lamp assembly 100 of the embodiment of the invention is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the front projection of the second light-transmitting region 13b and/or the fourth light-transmitting region 23b may be configured to be composed of a plurality of protrusions having a checkered structure. Further preferably, the front projection of the second light-transmitting region 13b and the fourth light-transmitting region 23b may be configured to be composed of a plurality of grid-structured protrusions. Here, the forward projection should be understood as a direction perpendicular to the outer surfaces of the fixed-side transparent cover 13 and the movable-side transparent cover 23, i.e., a direction perpendicular to the paper surface from which fig. 4 is viewed. With this arrangement, as shown in fig. 4, the second light-transmitting region 13b and the fourth light-transmitting region 23b can be formed as checkered light-transmitting regions (as shown in fig. 4), and the second light-transmitting region 13b and the fourth light-transmitting region 23b are light-transmitting regions of the winker lamp c. Like this, the setting of square decorative pattern can make the light efficiency when indicator c lights more even through the scattering of square to meticulous degree when indicator c lights can be promoted by a wide margin, the promotion discerns the effect. Preferably, the size of the protrusions of the checkered structure ranges from 0.8mm × 1mm to 1mm × 1mm, preferably 0.8mm × 1 mm. The height of the grid-structured protrusions ranges from 0.05mm to 0.06mm, preferably 0.05mm, wherein the height of the grid-structured protrusions is understood to be the height of the grid-structured protrusions from the outer surfaces of the fixed-side transparent cover 13 and the movable-side transparent cover 23.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the fixed-side decorative frame 12 and/or the movable-side decorative frame 22 may include, from top to bottom: the position lamp is characterized by being a splicing area which is formed by alternately splicing a milky white transverse strip structure B1 and a frosted black transverse strip structure B2 and used for transmitting light of the position lamp a, wherein the milky white transverse strip structure B1 is a light transmitting area, the frosted black transverse strip structure B2 is a non-light transmitting area, and the position lamp a is positioned at the position of the milky white transverse strip structure B1; and a transparent cross-bar structure B3 for transmitting light of the stop lamp B and the turn lamp c. The fixed-side decorative frame 12 and the movable-side decorative frame 22 according to the present invention may be processed through a three-color forming process, wherein the three colors include transparent, milky white, and frosted black. The processing through three-colour forming process can avoid producing the joint line between the different colours to can improve holistic structural strength.
The fixed side decorative frame 12 and the movable side decorative frame 22 of the embodiment of the invention are alternatively spliced by the milky white horizontal stripe structure B1 and the frosted black horizontal stripe structure B2, so that on one hand, the fineness of the tail lamp and the definition and the contrast when the tail lamp is lightened can be improved in visual effect. That is, the contrast of black and white color can improve the sense of fineness and the contrast of the tail lamp, and configure milky white as the light transmission area, dull black is configured as the non-light transmission area, like this, when the tail lamp lights up, milky white area can further increase luminance to can further improve definition and contrast. On the other hand, the integrated through tail lamp assembly 100 of the embodiment of the invention can still maintain a milk white area at the corresponding positions of the fixed side decorative frame 12 and the movable side decorative frame 22 in the area where the LED lamp set cannot be arranged due to the limitation of space, so that the static appearance effect of the integrated through tail lamp assembly 100 of the embodiment of the invention forms milk white and frosted black alternately, the monotony of the shape is avoided, and the integrity of the shape elements of the tail lamp in the lit state and the unlit state is maintained.
Preferably, returning to fig. 2, the left and right stationary lamp assemblies 1 and 3 further include a lateral garnish 14 fixedly attached to a side of the stationary side garnish frame 12 facing the stationary side transparent cover 13, and a surface of the lateral garnish 14 is configured in a frosted black stripe structure (shown in connection with fig. 7) and is located between the stop lamp b and the position lamp a. It is also preferable that the fixed-side bezel 12 is further formed with an aluminum-plated stripe region B4 (shown in fig. 5) on a surface facing the fixed-side transparent cover 13, and the aluminum-plated stripe region B4 is formed on a side away from the movable-side bezel 22 to form a decoration region. Through the arrangement, the fineness and the contrast of the tail lamp when the tail lamp is lightened can be further improved on the visual effect.
Fig. 8 shows a longitudinal sectional view of the fixed side lamp body assembly 11. Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the fixed side lamp body assembly 11 and/or the movable side lamp body assembly 21 may be configured to be capable of being positively connected to the vehicle body through the fixing member 4 from the outside of the vehicle body. Preferably, the fixed side lamp body assembly 11 and the movable side lamp body assembly 21 are each configured to be connectable to the vehicle body through the fixing member 4 from the outside of the vehicle body in the normal direction C. Namely, the fixed side lamp body assembly 11 and the movable side lamp body assembly 21 both adopt a front-mounted mode. Specifically, mounting hole sites are formed on the fixed side lamp body assembly 11 and the movable side lamp body assembly 21, and an operator can fasten the vehicle body by using the fixing member 4 in the forward direction C. Therefore, compared with the prior art that an operator needs to enter the trunk to drive screws, the installation mode of the invention is more in line with the principle of man-machine engineering and more humanized.
In a preferred embodiment shown in fig. 9, the movable-side decorative frame 22 may include: a main decorative frame 221 detachably attached to the movable side lamp body assembly 21, a light transmitting area of the position lamp a of the movable side decorative frame 22 being formed on the main decorative frame 221; two side decorative frames 222 fixedly connected to both sides of the bottom of the main decorative frame 221, light-transmitting regions of the stop lamp b and the turn lamp c of the movable side decorative frame 22 being formed on the side decorative frames 222; and a light guide module 223 fixedly coupled to a top middle region of the main deco-frame 221, as shown in fig. 10, the light guide module 223 may include a light guide rail 224 fixedly coupled to the top middle region of the main deco-frame 221 and heat dissipation members 225 disposed at both ends of the light guide rail 224, and a light transmission region of the high mount stop lamp d of the movable side deco-frame 22 is formed at a position of the light guide module 223.
Through the above arrangement, the movable side decorative frame 22 of the embodiment of the invention arranges the high mount stop lamp d at the position of the light guide assembly 223 through a reasonable structural design, and guides light through the light guide cross bar 224, so that the effect of strong permeability of the high mount stop lamp d can be effectively realized, the display effect of the high mount stop lamp d is improved, and further, the difference and diversification of the lighting effects of the high mount stop lamp d and other lamps are realized, so that the integrated type penetrating tail lamp assembly 100 of the embodiment of the invention has a better aesthetic feeling. In addition, because the high mounted stop lamp d has higher power when being lighted, and can generate more heat, the embodiment of the invention can effectively dissipate the heat when the high mounted stop lamp d is lighted by arranging the heat dissipation member 225, so as to reduce the influence of the heat on the light guide assembly 223 and the display effect of the high mounted stop lamp d. The material of the heat dissipation member 225 may be aluminum.
In a preferred embodiment, the main decorative frame 221, the side decorative frame 222, and the light guide assembly 223 of the movable side decorative frame 22 of the embodiment of the present invention can be assembled by using a snap structure, so that the assembly is simple, the operability is high, and the cost is more advantageous. In addition, a plurality of staggered rib structures can be formed on one surface of the main decorative frame 221 facing the movable side lamp body assembly 21 to shield the light guide bright spots, so that the visual effect and the grade of the whole lamp are improved.
In a preferred embodiment shown in fig. 11, the movable-side transparent cover 23 may be constructed in a bent structure bent toward the inside. Through this setting, through will buckling the structure and constructing to have hem structure by a wide margin, can strengthen the third dimension of activity side transparent cover 23 effectively to directly promote whole car third dimension. The bending angle can be specifically set according to a specific vehicle type and a three-dimensional feeling, and is not limited herein.
Preferably, returning to fig. 1, the edge of the fixed side transparent cover 13 and/or the movable side transparent cover 23 may be formed with a black border B5 along the circumferential direction. Preferably, the fixed side transparent cover 13 and the movable side transparent cover 23 are formed with black borders B5 along the circumferential direction. Through the arrangement, the formed black edge B5 can effectively shield a fixed connection position, such as a welding position, and can also effectively shield welding slag generated due to vibration, so that the appearance quality of the integrated penetrating tail lamp assembly 100 can be effectively improved through the formed black edge B5, and the visual grade of a product is improved.
In another preferred embodiment, the steering lamp c of the embodiment of the present invention can be replaced with a thick-walled concentrator steering lamp c, so that a thick-walled concentrator steering function can be realized; preferably, the turn signal lamp c of the embodiment of the present invention can reserve a sequential flow function to realize a flow turning function;
preferably, the steering lamp c of the embodiment of the invention can integrate a reversing lamp function so as to realize high integration and multiplexing of the steering function and the reversing function.
Further preferably, the aluminum-plated stripe region B4 formed by fixing the side deco-frame 12 can increase the side retro-reflector function.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a vehicle. The vehicle includes the integrated through tail light assembly 100 described above. As can be seen from the above description, the integrated through tail lamp assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention reasonably performs the functional area arrangement and the structural design, and utilizes the specific three-dimensional effect of the transparent lampshade, thereby greatly improving the integration, novelty and three-dimensional effect of the product; meanwhile, by combining the realization schemes of modeling element characteristics, a decoration frame three-color process, decoration stripes, frosting and the like, the grade and the texture of the product are greatly improved.
It is to be noted that, unless otherwise specified, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains.

Claims (11)

1. An integrated through tail light assembly comprising: the utility model discloses a lamp assembly, including left side fixed light subassembly, right side fixed light subassembly and setting up left side fixed light subassembly with middle movable light subassembly between the fixed light subassembly on right side, left side fixed light subassembly with the fixed light subassembly on right side is from last to having set up position lamp, stop lamp and indicator down in proper order at an interval, the middle movable light subassembly be close to the region of both sides and with the fixed light subassembly on left side and the corresponding position department on right side is from last to having set up position lamp, stop lamp and indicator down at an interval, the middle region of middle movable light subassembly is from last to having set up high-order stop lamp and position lamp down at an interval, high-order stop lamp sets up the middle regional top position that is close to of middle movable light.
2. The integrated through tail light assembly of claim 1 wherein the left and right side fixation light assemblies comprise:
the fixed side lamp body component comprises a fixed side lamp shell and a fixed side lamp circuit board assembly which is detachably connected to the fixed side lamp shell;
the fixed side decorative frame is detachably connected to the fixed side lamp body assembly and used for adjusting the display effect of each lamp; and
a fixed-side transparent lamp cover fixedly connected to the fixed-side lamp body assembly and covering the fixed-side decorative frame;
the fixed side lamp circuit board assembly comprises transverse strip-shaped position lamps and transverse strip-shaped brake lamps arranged below the position lamps, the transverse strip-shaped steering lamps are arranged on the fixed side decorative frame, light transmission areas are correspondingly formed on the fixed side decorative frame, and light transmission areas used for the position lamps and the brake lamps and the steering lamps are formed on the fixed side transparent lamp cover.
3. The integrated through tail light assembly of claim 2, wherein the intermediate movable light assembly comprises:
the movable side lamp body component comprises a movable side lamp shell and a movable side lamp circuit board assembly which is detachably connected to the movable side lamp shell;
the movable side decorative frame is detachably connected to the movable side lamp body assembly and is used for adjusting the display effect of each lamp; and
a movable side transparent lampshade fixedly connected to the movable side lamp body component and used for covering the movable side decorative frame;
the movable side lamp circuit board assembly comprises a transverse strip-shaped high-position brake lamp, a position lamp and a turn lamp, wherein the transverse strip-shaped high-position brake lamp and the position lamp are arranged in the middle area of the movable side lamp body assembly, the position lamp and the turn lamp are arranged at the positions of two sides of the movable side lamp body assembly, a light transmission area is correspondingly formed on the movable side decorative frame, and a light transmission third area and a light transmission fourth area are formed on the movable side transparent lamp cover, are used for the high-position brake lamp, the position lamp and the brake lamp to transmit light, and are used for the turn lamp to transmit light.
4. The integrated through tail light assembly of claim 3, wherein a forward projection of the second and/or fourth light-transmitting regions is configured to be comprised of a plurality of grid-structured protrusions.
5. The integrated through tail light assembly of claim 3, wherein the fixed side trim bezel and/or the movable side trim bezel comprises, from top to bottom: the position lamp is characterized by comprising a splicing area which is formed by alternately splicing a milky-white cross bar structure and a frosted black cross bar structure and is used for light transmission of the position lamp, wherein the milky-white cross bar structure is a light transmission area, the frosted black cross bar structure is a non-light transmission area, and the position lamp is positioned at the position of the milky-white cross bar structure; and a transparent cross bar structure used for transmitting light of the brake lamp and the steering lamp.
6. The integrated through tail light assembly of claim 5, wherein the left and right side fixing light assemblies further comprise a cross trim fixedly attached to a side of the fixing side trim frame facing the fixing side transparent cover, a surface of the cross trim is configured as a frosted black stripe structure and is located between the stop light and the position light.
7. The integrated rear light assembly as claimed in claim 3, wherein the fixed side light body assembly and/or the movable side light body assembly is configured to be capable of being positively connected to the vehicle body through a fixing member from an outer side of the vehicle body.
8. The integrated through tail light assembly of any one of claims 3 to 7, wherein the movable side trim bezel comprises:
the main decorative frame is detachably connected to the movable side lamp body assembly, and a light-transmitting area of a position lamp of the movable side decorative frame is formed on the main decorative frame;
two side decorative frames fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom of the main decorative frame, wherein light-transmitting areas of a brake lamp and a turn lamp of the movable side decorative frame are formed on the side decorative frames; and
the light guide assembly is fixedly connected to the middle area of the top of the main decoration frame and comprises a light guide transverse strip fixedly connected to the middle area of the top of the main decoration frame and heat dissipation pieces arranged at two ends of the light guide transverse strip, and the light transmission area of the high-position brake lamp of the movable side decoration frame is formed at the position of the light guide assembly.
9. The integrated through tail light assembly of any one of claims 3 to 7, wherein the movable side transparent cover is configured as a bent structure bent toward an inner side.
10. An integrated through tail light assembly according to any one of claims 3 to 7, wherein edges of the fixed side transparent cover and/or the movable side transparent cover are formed with black borders in a circumferential direction.
11. A vehicle comprising an integrated through tail light assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10.
