The control host reads real-time videos around a clinker discharging opening in the video monitoring system, the videos are pushed to a discharging request moving end through the wireless communication module, and a driver observes the real-time videos around the discharging opening through a screen of the discharging request moving end. After the driver moves the material transporting vehicle to a proper position below the material discharging opening, clicking a control button of a material discharging request moving end to send a material discharging request signal to a control host, and after the control host judges that the request is valid, sending a material discharging control signal to a material discharging machine control box. The blanking machine control box sends a blanking execution signal to drive the blanking execution mechanism to perform blanking, and feeds back the accumulated blanking amount to the control host. And the driver observes that the material conveying vehicle has fed enough material at the current position through the video of the feeding request moving end, and if the height of the material pile at the current position is higher, the driver operates a corresponding button of the feeding request moving end to drive the feeding machine to stop feeding. The driver moves the material transporting vehicle to a proper position, and clicks a corresponding button of the material discharging request moving end to start the material discharging machine for discharging. Repeating the above process until the blanking amount reaches the preset value of the blanking amount in the order information of the sales logistics one-card system. When the control host monitors that the accumulated blanking amount reaches the blanking amount given by the sales logistics system, the control host is invalid after receiving the blanking request signal. In the blanking process, information such as the accumulated blanking amount is displayed on the touch display screen in real time, and when the blanking amount reaches the preset order value, the blanking is displayed on the touch display screen. If the clinker plant is equipped with a sales flow all-purpose card system, intermediate process quantities of the blanking process, such as blanking time, accumulation of blanking and the like, are also stored in the system. When loading is carried out through the self-help unloading mode, the unloading is carried out without the cooperation of an unloading person and a driver, and the whole loading process is completed by the driver in a self-help way.
When the blanking amount reaches a preset value of the blanking amount in the order information, displaying the blanking completion information on the touch display screen, and clicking and confirming by a blanking person or a driver. If the clinker factory is provided with a sales commodity flow all-purpose card system, the blanking completion information can also be stored in the system.

Claims (7)

1. A control method of a cement clinker bulk loading and unloading control device for unloading materials in a clinker plant into a material transporting vehicle, the control device comprising a unloader control box, the control method comprising the following steps:
step one: according to whether a clinker plant is provided with a blanking member, a driver selects a self-service blanking mode or a blanking assisting mode;
step two: obtaining a discharging authority corresponding to order information of a material transporting vehicle;
step three: if the auxiliary blanking mode is selected, a blanking operator controls a blanking executing mechanism to perform blanking, and a blanking machine control box feeds back the accumulated blanking amount in real time; the discharging operator is used for reminding a driver to move the material transporting vehicle to prevent material overflow while controlling discharging;
step four: if the self-service discharging mode is selected, a driver controls a discharging execution mechanism to perform discharging, and a discharging machine control box feeds back the accumulated discharging amount in real time; the driver can control the blanking and obtain the visual information of the blanking port at the same time, and move the material transporting vehicle to prevent the material from overflowing;
step five: stopping discharging when the discharging accumulation amount reaches a preset value of the discharging amount in the order information;
the control device includes:
the auxiliary blanking module comprises a blanking machine box button which is positioned on a blanking machine control box and can generate a blanking request signal, a blanking remote control transmitting end which can generate the blanking request signal, and a blanking remote control receiving end which can receive the blanking request signal generated by the blanking remote control transmitting end;
the self-service blanking module comprises a video monitoring system, a blanking request mobile terminal and a wireless communication module, wherein the video monitoring system is used for monitoring real-time videos around a blanking opening and transmitting the real-time videos to the signal control module, the blanking request mobile terminal is capable of generating a blanking request signal and receiving the real-time videos, and the wireless communication module is used for connecting a control host and the blanking request mobile terminal;
the signal control module comprises a touch display screen and a control host; the touch display screen can be used for selecting a blanking mode, inputting order information and key information and checking the accumulated blanking amount; the control host is used for receiving the blanking mode and order information transmitted from the touch display screen or the sales logistics all-purpose card system, converting a blanking request signal into a blanking control signal and transmitting the blanking control signal to the blanking machine module;
the blanking machine module comprises a blanking machine executing mechanism and a blanking machine control box; the blanking machine control box is used for receiving the blanking control signals and sending blanking execution signals to the blanking machine execution mechanism.

The control method of a cement clinker bulk loading and unloading control device according to claim 1, wherein in the second step, if a self-service unloading mode is selected and a clinker factory is not provided with a sales commodity flow all-in-one card system, a driver inputs an order key and order information on a touch display screen, and the control host checks that the unloading authority is obtained by the driver after the host checks that the operation is correct; the order key is generated by a clinker factory according to a specific calculation rule and distributed to drivers when an order is generated; the control host can check the order key according to the order information, and the order key is uniquely matched with the order information.

The control method of a cement clinker bulk loading and unloading control device according to claim 1, wherein in the second step, if an auxiliary unloading mode is selected and a sales flow one-card system is not provided in a clinker factory, an employee key and order information of a transportation vehicle are input by an unloading person, and the unloading person obtains unloading authority after a control host checks correctly; employee keys are assigned by the clinker plant to the blenders.

The control method of a cement clinker bulk loading and unloading control device according to claim 1, wherein the control device further comprises a sales logistics one-card system; the sales logistics all-purpose card system comprises a card swiping machine; the sales logistics all-purpose card system is used for recording order information and loading flow information, displaying and transmitting the order information and the logistics information when a driver swipes a card through a card swiping machine, recording whether a transporting vehicle has a preset value of a discharging authority and a discharging amount, and recording the intermediate amount and the loading state of the charging process during charging; the control computer can receive order information transmitted from the sales commodity flow all-purpose card system, convert a blanking request signal into a blanking control signal and transmit the blanking control signal to the blanking machine module.

The control method of the cement clinker bulk loading and unloading control device according to claim 4, wherein: in the second step, if the clinker factory is equipped with the sales logistics one-card system, no matter the self-service discharging mode or the auxiliary discharging mode is selected, a driver firstly swipes a card on a card swiping machine of the sales logistics one-card system, the control host receives order information transmitted from the sales logistics one-card system, and then the driver or a discharging person confirms the order on a touch display screen to obtain the discharging authority.

The control method of the cement clinker bulk loading and unloading control device according to claim 4, wherein: step three, if the blanking mode is selected to assist in blanking, a blanking operator operates a blanking machine box button or a blanking remote control transmitting end button, and a control host transmits a blanking request signal of the blanking machine box button or a blanking request signal of a blanking remote control receiving end to a blanking machine control box; the blanking request signal comprises a starting blanking request signal and a stopping blanking request signal; after receiving the blanking request signal, the blanking machine control box sends a blanking execution signal to drive a blanking execution mechanism to perform blanking or stop blanking, and feeds back the accumulated blanking amount to the control host in real time; when the control host monitors that the accumulated blanking amount reaches a preset value of the blanking amount in the order information, the control host is invalid even if receiving a blanking request signal; in the blanking process, the accumulated blanking quantity is displayed on the touch display screen in real time, and when the blanking quantity reaches the preset blanking quantity in the order, the blanking is displayed on the touch display screen; the middle process quantity of the blanking process is stored in a sales logistics one-card system; the intermediate process quantity comprises blanking time and real-time blanking accumulation quantity; when the blanking is carried out in the auxiliary blanking mode, a blanking operator and a driver are required to carry out blanking in a matched mode, the blanking operator is controlled in a control room to carry out blanking, and the driver is reminded to move the material conveying vehicle to prevent material from overflowing until the loading is completed.

The control method of the cement clinker bulk loading and unloading control device according to claim 4, wherein: step four, if a self-service blanking mode is selected for blanking, a wireless connection key is displayed on a touch display screen, and a driver inputs the wireless connection key at a blanking request mobile terminal and is connected with an upper wireless communication module; the other end of the wireless communication module is connected with a control host, and the blanking request mobile terminal and the control host can perform wireless communication through transfer signals of the wireless communication module; the control host reads real-time videos around the blanking port in the video monitoring system, the videos are pushed to the blanking request mobile end through the wireless communication module, and a driver observes the real-time videos around the blanking port through a display screen of the blanking request mobile end;
after a driver moves the material conveying vehicle to the position below the material discharging opening, a material discharging request signal is sent to a control host through a material discharging request moving end, and the control host sends a material discharging control signal to a material discharging machine control box after judging that the request is valid; the blanking machine control box sends a blanking execution signal to drive a blanking execution mechanism to perform blanking, and feeds back a blanking accumulation amount to the control host; when a driver observes that the material to be fed overflows in the material conveying vehicle through a real-time video of the material feeding request moving end, the material feeding request moving end drives the material feeding machine to stop feeding, the material conveying vehicle is moved, and the material feeding request moving end controls the material feeding machine to feed materials; repeating the above process until the cumulative blanking amount reaches the preset value of the blanking amount in the order information;
when the control host monitors that the accumulated blanking amount reaches a preset value of the blanking amount in the order information, the control host receives a blanking request signal and then considers invalid; in the blanking process, the accumulated blanking amount is displayed on the touch display screen in real time, and when the blanking amount reaches a preset value of the blanking amount in order information, the blanking is displayed on the touch display screen; the middle process quantity of the blanking process is stored in a sales logistics one-card system; the intermediate process quantity comprises blanking time and real-time blanking accumulation quantity.
