It should be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle personnel monitoring method is characterized in that the method is applied to an on-board system, the on-board system is arranged in a vehicle, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the starting of a vehicle is detected, acquiring human body characteristic information of passengers in the vehicle, wherein the human body characteristic information comprises age information, emotion information and gender information;
judging whether the human body characteristic information meets preset conditions or not, wherein the preset conditions are that the age value in the age information is within a preset age range, and the emotion type in the emotion information is one of preset emotion types;
and if the human body characteristic information meets the preset condition, inquiring the preference information of the passenger matched with the human body characteristic information in a preset database, and pushing the inquired preference information through the vehicle-mounted system.
2. The vehicle personnel monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein said step of determining whether said human body characteristic information satisfies a preset condition comprises:
judging whether the age value in the age information is within the range of the preset age threshold value or not;
if not, a first prompt sound is sent out through a voice playing system of the vehicle-mounted system, and the first prompt sound is used for prompting whether to continuously acquire the human body characteristic information.
3. The vehicular occupant monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein the human characteristic information further includes status information of the passenger, the status information including an awake state and a sleep state;
the step of judging whether the human body characteristic information meets the preset condition further comprises the following steps:
acquiring the state information and judging the state information;
and if the state information is in a waking state, judging whether the emotion type in the emotion information is one of the preset emotion types.
4. The vehicle personnel monitoring method of claim 3 wherein said step of obtaining said status information and determining said status information further comprises:
and if the state information is in a sleep state, switching the vehicle-mounted system and the vehicle-mounted air conditioner to a sleep mode.
5. The vehicle personnel monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein said step of inquiring preference information of said passenger matching with said human body characteristic information in a preset database and pushing said inquired preference information through said vehicle-mounted system comprises:
the age information, the gender information and the emotion information in the human body characteristic information are acquired, the preference information of the passenger matched with the age information, the gender information and the emotion information is inquired in the preset database, and the inquired preference information of the passenger is pushed through the vehicle-mounted system.
6. The vehicle occupant monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein said step of acquiring human body characteristic information of occupants in said vehicle when vehicle start-up is detected is preceded by:
and identifying whether the passenger wears the safety belt or not, if the passenger does not wear the safety belt, sending a second prompt sound through a voice broadcasting system of the vehicle-mounted system, wherein the second prompt sound is used for prompting the personnel in the vehicle.
7. A vehicle occupant monitoring apparatus, the apparatus being provided in an on-board system provided in a vehicle, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a judgment module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring human characteristic information of passengers in a vehicle when the vehicle is detected to be started, and the human characteristic information comprises age information, emotion information and gender information;
the judging module is used for judging whether the human body characteristic information meets preset conditions, the preset conditions are that the age value in the age information is within a preset age domain value range, and the emotion type in the emotion information is one of preset emotion types;
and the pushing module is used for inquiring the preference information of the passenger matched with the human body characteristic information in a preset database if the human body characteristic information meets the preset condition, and pushing the inquired user preference information through the vehicle-mounted system.
8. The vehicle occupant monitoring device according to claim 7, wherein said determining means further comprises:
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the age value in the age information is within the preset age threshold value range or not;
if not, a first prompt sound is sent out through a voice playing system of the vehicle-mounted system, and the first prompt sound is used for prompting whether to continuously acquire the human body characteristic information.
9. A readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
10. An in-vehicle system comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to any of claims 1-6 when executing the program.
