In the specific implementation of the height adjusting member 600 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the second forward and backward rotating motor 602 is used to drive the rotating screw sleeve 604 to rotate, and according to the rotating direction of the rotating screw sleeve 604, the height position of the lifting screw rod 601 can be adjusted, so that the workpiece 500 moves downward, and the plate 800 to be processed on the clamping member 200 can be processed.

further, as shown in fig. 1-2, in a preferred embodiment provided by the present invention, the workpiece 500 includes a box 501, a milling motor 502 is fixedly disposed in the box 501, and a milling tool 503 is mounted on an output shaft of the milling motor 502; a liquid storage cavity 509 surrounding the outer ring of the milling motor 502 is formed in the box body 501, and a liquid supply box 700 for supplying liquid into the liquid storage cavity 509 is arranged on the support frame 400; the bottom of the box 501 is further provided with a liquid nozzle 511, the opening of which faces the milling cutter 503, and the milling liquid in the liquid storage cavity 509 is ejected through the liquid nozzle 511.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the workpiece 500 further includes:
the sliding block 508 is arranged in the liquid storage cavity 509 in a lifting mode, and the bottom of the sliding block 508 is of an inclined surface structure;
and the sliding block 508 is connected with the top end of the liquid storage cavity 509 through the supporting spring 507.
In the plate milling device for machinery provided by the embodiment of the invention, the plate 800 to be processed is clamped and fixed by the clamp 200; adjusting the horizontal position of the workpiece 500 relative to the plate 800 to be processed by the horizontal adjusting part 300; through heightening piece 600 and then make machined part 500 remove downwards, thereby can process treating plate 800 on the anchor clamps piece 200, through adding milling liquid in stock solution chamber 509, can cool down milling motor 502, and along with milling liquid in stock solution chamber 509 constantly increases, make supporting spring 507 compressed, when continuing to utilize liquid pump 701 to add milling liquid in stock solution chamber 509, can make second pressure check valve 512 be in the on-state, at this moment, not only can make stock solution chamber 509 fill with milling liquid, and can make milling liquid spray through hydrojet 511 and go out, cool down the processing to milling cutter 503.
With continued reference to fig. 1-2, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the housing 501 has an air duct 506 thereon to further enhance the heat dissipation effect of the milling motor 502; a liquid inlet 513 is formed in one side of the bottom of the tank 501, the liquid inlet 513 is communicated with the liquid supply tank 700, and a liquid outlet 514 connected with the liquid spray nozzle 511 is formed in the bottom of the tank 501.
Further, in the present embodiment, the liquid inlet 513 is provided with a first pressure check valve 510; the outlet 514 is provided with a second pressure one-way valve 512.
In the plate milling device for machinery provided by the embodiment of the invention, the milling motor 502 can be cooled by adding milling liquid into the liquid storage cavity 509, and the support spring 507 is compressed along with the increase of the milling liquid in the liquid storage cavity 509, so that the second pressure check valve 512 can be in a conducting state when the liquid pump 701 is continuously used for adding the milling liquid into the liquid storage cavity 509, and at the moment, the liquid storage cavity 509 can be filled with the milling liquid, and the milling liquid can be sprayed out through the liquid spraying nozzle 511 to cool the milling cutter 503.
Referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the height-adjusting element 600 includes:
the rotary screw sleeve 604 is arranged on the support frame 400 in a penetrating and rotating mode;
a second forward and reverse rotation motor 602 for driving the rotary screw sleeve 604 to rotate, wherein the second forward and reverse rotation motor 602 is installed on the supporting frame 400;
the lifting screw rod 601 penetrates through the rotary threaded sleeve 604 in a threaded connection mode, and the bottom end of the lifting screw rod 601 is rotatably connected with the workpiece 500;
the output shaft of the second forward/reverse rotation motor 602 is provided with a driving gear 603, and the rotary screw sleeve 604 is provided with a driven gear ring 605 engaged with the driving gear 603.
In the specific implementation of the height adjusting member 600 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the second forward and backward rotating motor 602 is used to drive the rotating screw sleeve 604 to rotate, and according to the rotating direction of the rotating screw sleeve 604, the height position of the lifting screw rod 601 can be adjusted, so that the workpiece 500 moves downward, and the plate 800 to be processed on the clamping member 200 can be processed.
In order to adjust the angle of the workpiece 500 in the vertical direction, an arc gear 504 is integrally formed at the top end of the box 501; the arc gear 504 is rotatably arranged at the bottom end of the lifting screw rod 601 through a hinge shaft 515; the bottom end of the lifting screw 601 is further provided with a driving gear 505, the driving gear 505 is meshed with the arc gear 504, and when the driving gear 505 rotates for a certain angle, the box body 1 can rotate for a certain angle, so that the angle of the milling cutter can be adjusted.
Referring to fig. 1, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the liquid supply tank 700 is mounted on the support frame 400, the liquid supply tank 700 is connected to the liquid inlet 513 via a liquid conveying hose 702, and the liquid conveying hose 702 is provided with a liquid pump 701.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, 4 and 5, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the clamping member 200 includes:
the platform box 202 is rotatably arranged on the base 100, and a first driving motor 201 for driving the platform box 202 to rotate is arranged on the base 100;
a cylindrical gear 207 coaxially mounted on a rotating shaft 211, the rotating shaft 211 being rotatably mounted on the inner wall of the platform box 202;
a holding block 203 mounted on one end of a moving rod 208, one side of the moving rod 208 being engaged with the cylindrical gear 207; a strip-shaped channel 210 is formed in the platform box 202, and the clamping block 203 penetrates through and slides in the strip-shaped channel 210;
the movable base 204 is slidably disposed in the platform box 202, the movable base 204 is sleeved on a movable screw 205 in a threaded connection manner, and a rack 206 engaged with the cylindrical gear 207 is disposed on the movable base 204.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the moving rod 208 is slidably sleeved on one end of the guiding rod 209, and the other end of the guiding rod 209 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the platform box 202.
In the specific implementation of the clamping device 200 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the plate 800 to be processed is placed on the platform box 202, and then the movable screw 205 is rotated, so that the position of the movable base 204 in the platform box 202 can be adjusted according to the rotation angle of the movable screw 205, when the movable base 204 is moved, the cylindrical gear 207 can be driven to rotate by a certain angle, and the movable rod 208 is engaged with the cylindrical gear 207, so that the movable rod 207 can be moved by a certain distance, and the clamping block 203 is driven to move to clamp and fix the plate 800 to be processed placed on the platform box 202; in addition, the first driving motor 201 is used for driving the platform box 202 to rotate for a certain angle, so that the angle of the plate 800 to be processed can be adjusted.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the supporting frame 400 includes a supporting upright 401 connected to the horizontal adjusting member 300, and the supporting frame 400 further includes a supporting cross member 402 fixedly installed at a top end of the supporting upright 401; the liquid supply tank 700 is mounted on the supporting beam 402, the rotary screw sleeve 604 is rotatably mounted on the supporting beam 402 in a penetrating manner, and the second forward and reverse rotation motor 602 is mounted on the supporting beam 402.
Referring still to fig. 1, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the horizontal adjustment member 300 includes:
the adjusting screw sleeve 301 is horizontally arranged on the base 100 in a sliding manner, and the adjusting screw sleeve 301 is fixedly connected with the supporting upright column 401;
the adjusting screw rod 303 is provided with the adjusting screw sleeve 301 which is sleeved on the adjusting screw rod 303 in a threaded connection mode;
the first forward and reverse rotation motor 302 is configured to drive the adjusting screw 303 to rotate, wherein an output shaft of the first forward and reverse rotation motor 302 is in driving connection with one end of the adjusting screw 303.
In summary, the working principle of the mechanical plate milling device provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
in the plate milling device for machinery provided by the embodiment of the invention, a plate 800 to be processed is placed on a platform box 202, then a movable screw 205 is rotated, and further the position of a movable seat 204 in the platform box 202 can be adjusted according to the rotation angle of the movable screw 205, when the movable seat 204 is moved, a cylindrical gear 207 can be driven to rotate for a certain angle, and the movable rod 208 is meshed with the cylindrical gear 207, so that the movable rod 207 can be moved for a certain distance, and a clamping block 203 is driven to move to clamp and fix the plate 800 to be processed placed on the platform box 202; in addition, the first driving motor 201 is used for driving the platform box 202 to rotate for a certain angle, so that the angle of the plate 800 to be processed can be adjusted;
further, in the embodiment, the first forward and reverse rotation motor 302 is used to drive the adjusting screw rod 303 to rotate, and according to the rotating direction of the adjusting screw rod 303, the position of the adjusting screw sleeve 301 can be adjusted, so that the horizontal position of the supporting frame 400 can be adjusted, and further the horizontal position of the workpiece 500 relative to the plate 800 to be processed can be adjusted;
furthermore, by adding the milling liquid into the liquid storage cavity 509, the milling motor 502 can be cooled, and the milling liquid in the liquid storage cavity 509 is increased continuously, so that the supporting spring 507 is compressed, when the liquid pump 701 is continuously utilized to add the milling liquid into the liquid storage cavity 509, the second pressure one-way valve 512 can be in a conducting state, at the moment, the liquid storage cavity 509 can be filled with the milling liquid, the milling liquid can be sprayed out through the liquid spraying nozzle 511, and the milling cutter 503 is cooled.

the sliding block is arranged in the liquid storage cavity in a lifting mode, and the bottom of the sliding block is of an inclined surface structure;
and the sliding block is connected with the top end of the liquid storage cavity through the supporting spring.

A mechanical plate milling apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein said housing has ventilation ducts; one side of the bottom of the box body is provided with a liquid inlet which is communicated with the liquid supply box, and the bottom of the box body is provided with a liquid outlet connected with the liquid spray nozzle.
4. A mechanical plate milling device as claimed in claim 3, wherein said inlet port is provided with a first pressure check valve; and the liquid outlet is provided with a second pressure one-way valve.
5. A mechanical plate milling device according to claim 3 or 4, wherein said height-adjusting member comprises:
the rotary screw sleeve is arranged on the support frame in a penetrating and rotating mode;
the second forward and reverse rotating motor is used for driving the rotary threaded sleeve to rotate and is arranged on the supporting frame;
the lifting screw rod penetrates through the rotary threaded sleeve in a threaded connection mode, and the bottom end of the lifting screw rod is rotatably connected with the machined part;
and a driving gear is arranged on an output shaft of the second forward and reverse rotating motor, and a driven gear ring meshed with the driving gear is arranged on the rotary threaded sleeve.

The mechanical plate milling device of claim 5, wherein the top end of the box body is integrally provided with an arc-shaped gear; the arc gear is rotatably arranged at the bottom end of the lifting screw rod through a hinged shaft; the bottom of the lifting screw rod is also provided with a driving gear, and the driving gear is meshed with the arc gear.
7. The mechanical plate milling device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the liquid supply tank is mounted on the support frame, the liquid supply tank is connected with the liquid inlet through a liquid delivery hose, and the liquid delivery hose is provided with a liquid pump.
