As shown in fig. 2-4, the hydraulic conveying device 8 is a cylindrical hollow structure, the interior of the hydraulic conveying device 8 is divided into an upper piston cavity and a lower inclined cylinder accommodating cavity by a limiting partition plate 20, an inclined cylinder 10 is arranged in the inclined cylinder accommodating cavity, a cavity is formed in the inclined cylinder 10, a motor 11 is arranged in the cavity, the bottom of the cavity of the inclined cylinder 10 is fixedly connected with a linkage turntable 12, the motor 11 is connected with the linkage turntable 12 through a corresponding motor output shaft, and the inclined cylinder 10 is driven to rotate by the motor 11; a hollow piston 15 is arranged in the upper piston cavity, the hollow piston 15 is connected with one end of a sliding rod 13 through a hinge 14, the sliding rod 13 penetrates through a limiting partition plate 20, and the other end of the sliding rod 13 abuts against the inclined surface of the inclined plane cylinder 10.
The slide rod 13 is made of rigid material, such as high-carbon steel, aluminum alloy, nodular cast iron and the like; in order to reduce the wear of the sliding rod, a rolling bearing may be further disposed at the end of the sliding rod 13 contacting the beveled cylinder 10, so as to reduce the friction between the sliding rod 13 and the beveled cylinder 10.
The sterilizing and purifying device 1 is provided with a spraying unit 16, a water spraying and humidifying unit 17, an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 18 and a ceramic heating plate 19. Wherein, the spraying unit 16 is arranged on the top in the sterilization and purification device 1 and connected with the first liquid supply pipe 6 through a joint, the lower part of the spraying unit 16 is provided with a water spraying and humidifying unit 17, further referring to fig. 6, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 18 is arranged on the front part and/or the rear part in the housing of the sterilization and purification device 1, and the ceramic heating plate 19 is arranged on the left side and/or the right side in the housing of the sterilization and purification device 1. The spraying unit 16 is combined with the water spraying and humidifying unit 17 to form the liquid medicine into a fog drop shape, so that the liquid medicine fog drops wrap and kill tubercle bacillus, pyococcus and the like in the air, and the ultraviolet rays and the like can effectively kill influenza virus, coronavirus, hepatitis B virus, carbon maggot bacillus, escherichia coli, dysentery bacillus and the like which cannot be killed by the liquid medicine.
The liquid medicine adopted by the scheme is a mixed liquid medicine of peracetic acid, 70% alcohol and 31% saline water.
After the acidic liquid medicine is sterilized, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 18 is adopted to irradiate the medical devices of the clinical laboratory all-directionally for a long time, so that about 99.1 percent of bacteria and viruses can be killed, and the cleanliness of the medical devices of the clinical laboratory is improved. After the sterilizing and disinfecting effect reaches the preset time, the ceramic heating sheet 19 is electrified, and the medical device in the clinical laboratory is dried by adopting the ceramic heating sheet 19.
With further reference to fig. 3, the left side of the upper piston chamber of the hydraulic conveying device 8 is connected to a first liquid supply pipe 6 and a first liquid outlet pipe 7 through corresponding joints, the first liquid outlet pipe 7 is provided with a first control valve, the first liquid supply pipe 6 is provided with a second control valve, the second liquid outlet pipe 8-1 is provided with a third control valve, the second liquid supply pipe 8-2 is provided with a fourth control valve, and the opening/closing of the corresponding pipes can be controlled through the first/second/third/fourth control valves.
When the liquid medicine needs to be sprayed, the hydraulic conveying device 8 is started to work, the motor 11 drives the inclined plane cylinder 10 to rotate, when the sliding rod 13 contacts the highest point of the inclined plane cylinder 10, the first control valve and the second control valve are both opened, the liquid medicine on the upper part of the hollow piston 15 enters the spraying unit 16 through the first liquid supply pipe 6 under the pushing of the hollow piston 15, and meanwhile, as the volume of the space on the lower part of the hollow piston 15 is increased and the pressure is reduced, the liquid medicine collected in the sterilization and purification device 1 enters the space through the first liquid outlet pipe 7; when the slide bar 13 crosses the highest point of the inclined plane cylinder 10, the slide bar 13 drives the hollow piston 15 to move downwards, the first control valve and the second control valve are both closed, the third control valve and the fourth control valve are both opened, liquid at the lower part of the hollow piston 15 enters the decontamination filter bottle 9 through the first liquid outlet pipe 7 under the pushing and pressing of the hollow piston 15, the decontamination filter bottle 9 can filter the liquid and recycle the filtered liquid, meanwhile, as the space volume at the upper part of the hollow piston 15 is increased, the pressure is reduced, the liquid medicine collected in the decontamination filter bottle 9 enters the upper space of the hollow piston 15 through the second liquid supply pipe.
The electric control box 3 is internally provided with a power supply which is respectively connected with the motor, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 18, the ceramic heating plate 19 and each valve through circuits; the electrical control box 3 can also be used for doctors to set the sterilization time, the rotating speed and the running period of the motor of each step.
Example 2
The basic structure of a clinical laboratory covered sterilization device in embodiment 2 is the same as that in embodiment 1, except that a spraying device is provided in the sterilization and purification device 1 in embodiment 1, and an atomizing device is provided in the sterilization and purification device 1 in embodiment 2.
The atomization device is composed of a positive electrode plate 23-1, a negative electrode plate 23-2, a needle electrode 23-3 and a water seepage hole plate 24, wherein the positive electrode plate 23-1 is vertically connected with the needle electrode 23-3, a channel is arranged in the middle of the negative electrode plate 23-2, the needle electrode 23-3 penetrates through the channel, the positive electrode plate 23-1 is connected with a power supply positive electrode, and the negative electrode plate 23-2 is connected with a power supply negative electrode.
When the atomization device is powered on, the needle electrode 23-3 can generate point discharge, and then an atomization area with negative charges is formed between the needle electrode 23-3 and the negative electrode plate 23-2, the atomization level of water mist can reach the micro-nano level, pollutants such as germs and viruses are wrapped by the micro-nano level water mist, and germs and viruses can be killed more efficiently by the aid of negative ions. The purification efficiency is higher than that of the spraying mode.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (9)
1. Wherein, purifier sets up the upper portion at the electrical control box, disinfect and pass through between purifier and the electrical control box waterproof partition connects, disinfect purifier's bottom through first drain pipe with hydraulic conveyor's middle part is connected, disinfect purifier's bottom is connected with hydraulic conveyor's upper portion through first feed pipe, one side of hydraulic conveyor is connected with one side of scrubbing filter flask through second drain pipe and second feed pipe, the upper portion of the opposite side of scrubbing filter flask is provided with the pencil, its lower part is provided with the fluid-discharge tube.
2. The covered type sterilization device for clinical laboratory according to claim 1, wherein: the sterilizing and purifying device is hinged with a box door, and a handle is arranged on the box door.

The covered sterilization device for clinical laboratory according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein: the hydraulic conveying device is of a cylindrical hollow structure, the interior of the hydraulic conveying device is divided into an upper piston cavity and a lower inclined plane cylinder accommodating cavity through a limiting partition plate, an inclined plane cylinder is arranged in the inclined plane cylinder accommodating cavity, a cavity is formed in the inclined plane cylinder, a motor is arranged in the cavity, a linkage turntable is fixedly connected to the bottom of the inclined plane cylinder cavity, the motor is connected with the linkage turntable through a corresponding motor output shaft, and the inclined plane cylinder is driven to rotate through the motor; the piston structure is characterized in that a hollow piston is arranged in the upper piston cavity, the hollow piston is connected with one end of a sliding rod through a hinge, the sliding rod penetrates through a limiting partition plate, and the other end of the sliding rod is abutted against the inclined surface of the inclined plane cylinder.

The covered sterilization device for clinical laboratory according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the sliding rod is made of rigid materials, and in order to reduce abrasion of the sliding rod, a rolling bearing can be arranged at one end, in contact with the inclined plane cylinder, of the sliding rod.

The covered sterilization device for clinical laboratory according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the sterilizing and purifying device is internally provided with a spraying unit, a water spraying and humidifying unit, an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp and a ceramic heating sheet. Wherein, the spraying unit sets up the top in sterilizing purification device, and with first feed pipe passes through the articulate, the lower part of spraying unit is provided with the trickle humidification unit, the ultraviolet ray disinfection lamp sets up anterior and/or rear in sterilizing purification device casing, ceramic heating plate sets up left side and/or right side in sterilizing purification device casing.

when the slide bar crosses the highest point of the inclined plane cylinder, the slide bar drives the hollow piston to move downwards, the first control valve and the second control valve are both closed, the third control valve and the fourth control valve are both opened, liquid at the lower part of the hollow piston enters the decontamination filter bottle through the first liquid outlet pipe under the pushing force of the hollow piston, the decontamination filter bottle can filter the liquid and recycle the filtered liquid, and meanwhile, liquid medicine collected in the decontamination filter bottle enters the upper space of the hollow piston through the second liquid supply pipe.
