s2, putting betaine, phytosterols, cetostearyl alcohol, polyacrylamide, C13-14 isoparaffin, laureth, phenoxyethanol, 1, 2-hexanediol, chlorphenesin, triethanolamine, methyl hydroxybenzoate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, vanillyl butyl ether, sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed collagen and the like in the phase B component into another pot, heating to 90-100 ℃, completely dispersing the obtained colloid substances, preserving the heat for 20-25 minutes, and cooling to 80 ℃ to obtain an oil pot material;
s3, pumping the mixed phase of the B-phase component into a preheated emulsifying pot, slowly pumping the mixed phase of the A-phase component, pre-emulsifying for 10-15 minutes, homogenizing for 5-10 minutes, stirring uniformly, vacuumizing, defoaming and cooling;
s4, when the temperature of the mixed material in the step S3 is reduced to 50 ℃, adding soybean isoflavone, snow lotus herb extract, purslane extract, frankincense extract, garden balsam stem extract, Chinese angelica extract, safflower extract, pseudo-ginseng root extract, sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed collagen and the like in the phase C component, keeping the temperature, stirring uniformly when the temperature is within the range of 2-3 ℃, and then continuously reducing the temperature;
s5, after the temperature of the mixture in the step S4 is reduced to 30 ℃, sampling and analyzing, and discharging after the analysis result is qualified;
s6, pushing the materials out of the pot into a standing chamber, aging for 12 hours, filling, and packaging the filled materials to obtain a finished product.

c phase component: 2-6 parts of soybean isoflavone, 6-10 parts of snow lotus herb extract, 7-11 parts of purslane extract, 9-13 parts of frankincense extract, 9-13 parts of garden balsam stem extract, 8-12 parts of Chinese angelica extract, 7-11 parts of safflower extract and 8-12 parts of pseudo-ginseng root extract.

The herbal essence skin-care balance cream and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the herbal essence skin-care balance cream comprises the following components: the phase A component also comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-6 parts of glycerol stearate, 3-6 parts of PEG-100 stearate and 7-10 parts of dimethiconol.

s3, pumping the mixed phase of the B-phase component into a preheated emulsifying pot, slowly pumping the mixed phase of the A-phase component, pre-emulsifying for 10-15 minutes, homogenizing for 5-10 minutes, stirring uniformly, vacuumizing, defoaming and cooling;
