Furthermore, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a bead carpet type compartment perforation progressive repair sheet, comprising: the repairing sheet body 1 is arranged in the room interval perforation, the repairing sheet body 1 comprises a supporting framework 11 and a mesh-shaped plugging piece 12 arranged on the supporting framework 11, the mesh-shaped plugging piece 12 comprises a mesh part 121 and a plurality of plugging parts 122 arranged on the mesh part 121 at intervals, a plurality of mesh holes 1211 are arranged on the mesh part 121 at intervals, and the plugging parts 122 can expand after a set time to plug the mesh holes 1211 on the mesh part 121.
It can be understood that, by making the plugging portion 122 on the mesh portion 121 expandable, after the repair sheet body 1 is disposed in the ventricular septal perforation, the mesh 1211 on the mesh portion 121 is in a flow state, thereby realizing temporary partial plugging, contributing to improvement of significantly deteriorated hemodynamics, but not forming an excessive pressure on the tissue at the edge of the repair sheet body 1 to prevent the fragile tissue from being damaged, after the tissue edema subsides and scar is formed, the volume gradually increases along with the gradual expansion of the plugging portion 122 until the mesh 1211 is completely plugged, thereby achieving a complete plugging effect, and further improving the plugging effect of the acute myocardial infarction ventricular septal perforation.
In conclusion, the principle of gradual plugging is in accordance with the pathophysiological change of acute myocardial posterior ventricular septal perforation, and the plugging effect of acute myocardial infarction ventricular septal perforation is improved.

In some embodiments of the invention, the occlusion 122 is an expandable gel. It can be understood that the gel has water absorption, so that the volume can be gradually increased, the early incomplete blocking can be realized, the pressure can be dispersed, the pressure of the newly infarcted myocardium around the ventricular septal defect can be reduced, the later complete blocking can be realized along with the gradual increase of the volume of the gel along with the stabilization of the myocardial tissue around the ventricular septal perforation, and the blocking effect of the acute myocardial infarction ventricular perforation can be further improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, the occlusion 122 is an inflatable magnetic ball. It should be noted that the magnetic ball may be woven from nitinol wires or nano materials, and the magnetic beads or gel beads are intermittently dropped, but the shape still requires a double-disk net structure to be clamped at both ends of the perforation.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the plugging portion 122 has a spherical structure. Thereby, the volume of the expanded plugging portion 122 is increased gradually until the mesh 1211 is completely plugged, thereby achieving a complete plugging effect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the mesh portion 121 is woven from nitinol wires or nano-material pieces. Thereby, the structure of the mesh part 121 is made simpler and more stable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the outer surface of the repair sheet body 1 is coated with a coating for anticoagulation, anti-platelet, and platelet adhesion prevention. Thereby, thrombosis is avoided.
In some embodiments of the invention, the repair patch body 1 is pierced in the inter-compartmental perforation. Thereby, the mounting of the repair sheet body 1 is facilitated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the repair sheet body 1 includes a first body 13 and a second body 14, an annular groove 15 is disposed between the first body 13 and the second body 14, the first body 13 and the second body 14 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the ventricular septal perforation, and the annular groove 15 is used for accommodating damaged tissues around the ventricular septal perforation.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the repair patch body 1 has a disc-shaped configuration. Thereby, the structure of the repair sheet body 1 is made simpler.
