Specifically, the tobacco shred collector 6 and the waste collector 7 are of a cuboid basket-shaped structure, two spaces can be divided by a partition plate between the tobacco shred collector 6 and the waste collector 7, the tobacco shred collector 6 is arranged under the second side opening 2D, the waste collector 7 is arranged under the second outlet 2B, the tobacco shred collector 6 can collect tobacco materials blown out from the second side opening 2D, and the waste collector 7 can collect filter tip waste materials falling from the second outlet 2B. Drawers can be arranged in the tobacco shred collector 6 and the waste collector 7 respectively, so that the operator can collect tobacco materials conveniently.

Claims (10)

1. A tobacco material collection device for heating a non-combustible cigarette, comprising:
the cigarette comprises a cigarette input part, a cigarette arrangement part, a first valve part, a cigarette fixer, a second valve part, a tobacco shred collector, a waste collector and an air pump;
the cigarette input part is provided with a first inlet and a first outlet; the first outlet allows the single heated non-combustible cigarette to horizontally pass through;
the cigarette arranging component comprises two identical fixing plates, the two fixing plates are arranged in an aligned mode, the distance between the two fixing plates is matched with the width of a single heating incombustible cigarette, the cigarette arranging component allows the single heating incombustible cigarette to horizontally pass through, a second inlet and a second outlet are longitudinally formed by the two fixing plates in an aligned mode, and a first side opening and a second side opening are transversely formed by the two fixing plates in an aligned mode; the first outlet is aligned with the second inlet so that the single heated non-combustible cigarette passes through the second inlet and is longitudinally and horizontally arranged in the cigarette arrangement component;
the two fixing plates are provided with longitudinally arranged through holes close to the first side ports, the heating non-burning cigarette is horizontally fixed in the cigarette arranging component, and the end faces of the filter tip sections of the heating non-burning cigarette are aligned with the first side ports, so that the through holes are arranged in the central position of the side edges of the filter tip sections of the heating non-burning cigarette;
the first valve component is arranged between the first outlet and the second inlet, and the first valve component is completely opened or completely closed;
the cigarette holder comprises a movable plate and a fixing protrusion, wherein the fixing protrusion is fixed on the movable plate, the through hole is matched with the fixing protrusion, the movable plate moves towards the direction close to the through hole, so that the fixing protrusion passes through the through hole to prop against the filter tip section of the heating non-burning cigarette, and the fixing protrusion horizontally fixes the heating non-burning cigarette in the cigarette arranging part;
the second side port is communicated and connected with the tobacco shred collector; the second outlet is communicated with the waste collector, the second valve component is arranged between the second outlet and the waste collector, and the second valve component is completely opened or completely closed; the air pump is connected with the end face of the heating non-burning cigarette filter tip section in the cigarette arrangement part through the first side opening, and tobacco materials of the heating non-burning cigarette drop into the cut tobacco collector through the second side opening;
the fixed plate is a rectangular flat plate, and the length of the fixed plate is matched with the length of the heated non-combustible cigarette.
2. The tobacco material collection device of claim 1, wherein the first shutter component is an electrically operated valve.
3. The tobacco material collection device of claim 2, wherein the electrically operated valve comprises a controller and a valve, the controller being coupled to the valve, the controller controlling the valve to fully open or fully close the second inlet.
4. The tobacco material collection device of claim 1, wherein the second shutter component is an electrically operated valve.
5. The tobacco material collection device of claim 4, wherein the electrically operated valve comprises a controller and a valve, the controller being coupled to the valve, the controller controlling the valve to fully open or fully close the second outlet.
6. The tobacco material collection device of claim 1, wherein the securing protrusion is a conical protrusion, a frustoconical protrusion, or a pyramidal protrusion.
7. The tobacco material collection device of claim 1, wherein the securing protrusion is a securing pin.
8. The tobacco material collection device according to claim 1, wherein the number of the through holes is plural, and the plural through holes are longitudinally equidistantly provided on the fixing plate; each through hole corresponds to the central position of the side edge of the filter tip section of the heating non-burning cigarette according to Shan Zhisuo one by one.
9. A tobacco material collection device according to claim 1, wherein the cross section of the cigarette input member is rectangular and the longitudinal section of the cigarette input member is funnel-shaped.
10. The tobacco material collection apparatus of claim 1, wherein the movable plate comprises a driving mechanism and a protruding fixing plate, the driving mechanism is connected with the protruding fixing plate, and the driving mechanism drives the protruding fixing plate to move linearly in a direction approaching or separating from the through hole.
