1. A tobacco material collecting device for a cigarette rod which is not heated and combusted is characterized by comprising:
the cigarette arranging device comprises a cigarette input part, a cigarette arranging part, a first valve part, a cigarette fixer, a second valve part, a tobacco shred collector, a waste collector and an air pump;
the cigarette input part is provided with a first inlet and a first outlet; the first outlet allows a single heating non-combustion cigarette to horizontally pass through;
the cigarette arrangement part comprises two same fixing plates, the two fixing plates are arranged in an aligned mode, the distance between the two fixing plates is matched with the width of a single cigarette which is not combusted during heating, the cigarette arrangement part allows the single cigarette which is not combusted during heating to horizontally pass through, the two fixing plates which are arranged in the aligned mode form a second inlet and a second outlet in the longitudinal direction, and the two fixing plates which are arranged in the aligned mode form a first side opening and a second side opening in the transverse direction; the first outlet is connected with the second inlet in an aligned mode, so that the single heating non-burning cigarette passes through the second inlet and is longitudinally and horizontally arranged in the cigarette arrangement part;
the two fixing plates are provided with through holes which are longitudinally arranged near the first side port, the heating non-combustible cigarette is horizontally fixed in the cigarette arrangement component, and the end face of the filter tip section of the heating non-combustible cigarette is aligned with the first side port, so that the through holes are arranged at the central position of the side edge of the filter tip section of the heating non-combustible cigarette;
the first shutter member is disposed between the first outlet and the second inlet, the first shutter member fully opening or fully closing the second inlet;
the cigarette fixer comprises a movable plate and a fixed bulge, the fixed bulge is fixed on the movable plate, the through hole is matched with the fixed bulge, the movable plate moves towards the direction close to the through hole, so that the fixed bulge penetrates through the through hole to abut against a filter tip section of the heated non-burning cigarette, and the fixed bulge horizontally fixes the heated non-burning cigarette in the cigarette arrangement part;
the second side port is communicated and connected with the cut tobacco collector; the second outlet is communicated with the waste collector, the second valve part is arranged between the second outlet and the waste collector, and the second valve part is completely opened or completely closes the second outlet; the air pump passes through first side mouth with the terminal surface connection of heating incombustible cigarette filter tip section in the cigarette array part, the tobacco material that the heating incombustible cigarette propped up passes through the second side mouth drops in the pipe tobacco collector.
2. A tobacco material collection device according to claim 1 wherein the first valve member is an electrically operated valve.
3. The tobacco material collection device of claim 2, wherein the electrically operated valve includes a controller and a valve, the controller being coupled to the valve, the controller controlling the valve to either fully open or fully close the second inlet.
4. A tobacco material collection device according to claim 1 wherein the second valve member is an electrically operated valve.
5. The tobacco material collection device of claim 4, wherein the electrically operated valve includes a controller and a valve, the controller being coupled to the valve, the controller controlling the valve to either fully open or fully close the second outlet.
6. The tobacco material collection device of claim 1, wherein the retention bumps are conical bumps, frustoconical bumps, or pyramidal bumps.
7. The tobacco material collection device of claim 1, wherein the securing protrusion is a securing pin.
8. The tobacco material collecting device according to claim 1, wherein the number of the through holes is plural, and the plural through holes are longitudinally and equidistantly arranged on the fixing plate; each through hole corresponds to the central position of the side edge of the filter tip section of a single cigarette which is not heated and combusted one by one.
9. The tobacco material collection device of claim 1, wherein the cigarette input member is rectangular in cross-section and the cigarette input member is funnel-shaped in longitudinal section.
10. The tobacco material collecting device according to claim 1, wherein the movable plate comprises a driving mechanism and a protrusion fixing plate, the driving mechanism is connected with the protrusion fixing plate, and the driving mechanism drives the protrusion fixing plate to move linearly towards or away from the through hole.
