In specific implementation, a super large sheet shearing technology can be adopted to perform sheet type regulation and directional stem removing treatment on the leaf-moistening raw material.

primary processing of raw tobacco: performing primary processing treatment on raw tobacco in a redrying plant where the raw tobacco is produced to obtain single-grade tobacco flake raw materials, wherein the primary processing treatment comprises leaf selection treatment, leaf moistening treatment, leaf threshing and air separation treatment, redrying treatment and boxing and packaging;
secondary processing of the tobacco flakes: after the single-grade sheet tobacco raw materials are alcoholized for a period of time, according to a leaf group formula of a cigarette product, carrying out secondary compounding processing on all the single-grade raw materials contained in the formula in a centralized manner to obtain a formula module, wherein the secondary compounding processing comprises material preparation, moisture regain processing, loosening processing, leaf paving processing, loosening and leaf moistening processing, drying processing and boxing and packaging;
the strength of the primary processing is lower than that of the secondary compounding processing.
2. The tobacco leaf full-recipe module processing method according to claim 1, wherein the preliminary processing specifically includes the steps of:
step (1-1): selecting the leaves of the raw tobacco to obtain a selected leaf tobacco raw material;
step (1-2): moistening the selected leaf tobacco leaf raw material to obtain a moistened leaf tobacco leaf raw material, wherein the temperature of the moistening treatment is less than or equal to 53 ℃, and the moisture content of the tobacco leaf is less than or equal to 18%;
step (1-3): carrying out threshing and air separation treatment on the tobacco leaf wetting raw material to obtain tobacco flakes, wherein the rotating speed of a threshing roller for threshing and air separation treatment is less than or equal to 860r/min, the large and medium flake rate of the tobacco flakes is more than or equal to 83%, and the cut rate is less than or equal to 3%;
step (1-4): redrying the tobacco strips to obtain redried tobacco leaves with the water content of 11-13%, wherein the drying temperature of the redrying treatment is less than or equal to 70 ℃, the cooling temperature is less than or equal to 55 ℃, and the moisture regain temperature is less than or equal to 40 ℃;
step (1-5): and (4) packaging and boxing the redried tobacco leaves to obtain the single-grade tobacco sheet raw material.
3. The tobacco leaf full-recipe module processing method according to claim 2, wherein the steps (1-2) are specifically as follows:
carrying out first moistening treatment and second moistening treatment on the selected leaf tobacco raw material to obtain a moistened leaf tobacco raw material, wherein the temperature of the first moistening treatment is 40-50 ℃, the moisture content of the tobacco leaves subjected to the first moistening treatment is 16.5-17.5%, the temperature of the second moistening treatment is 43-53 ℃, and the moisture content of the tobacco leaves subjected to the second moistening treatment is 17-18%.

redrying the tobacco strips to obtain redried tobacco leaves, wherein the temperature of a first drying area in the redrying treatment is 45-55 ℃, the temperature of a second drying area is 60-70 ℃, the temperature of a third drying area is 50-60 ℃, the temperature of a fourth drying area is 45-55 ℃, the temperature of a cooling area is 45-55 ℃, the temperature of a first moisture regaining area is 30-40 ℃, and the temperature of the second moisture regaining area is 20-30 ℃.

step (2-1): after the single-grade tobacco flakes are alcoholized for a period of time, preparing all single-grade tobacco flakes contained in the formula according to the leaf group formula of the cigarette product, and intensively transporting the single-grade tobacco flakes to a raw material processing special line;
step (2-2): after the material preparation is finished, the raw material to be processed is taken out of a box and subjected to vacuum moisture regain treatment to obtain the moisture regain raw material, wherein the vacuum degree of the vacuum moisture regain treatment is 1100 and 1400Pa, the humidifying temperature is less than or equal to 42 ℃, the heat preservation time is 30s, and the pumping time is 25 s;

step (2-4): according to the type, quantity and proportion requirements of tobacco leaves to be mixed in the formula module, carrying out leaf paving treatment on the loose raw materials to obtain leaf paving raw materials, wherein the leaf paving treatment adopts a layer paving type feeding process;
step (2-5): loosening and wetting the leaf paving raw materials to obtain a leaf wetting raw material, and increasing a secondary loosening and wetting procedure if the loosening rate of the material after the primary loosening and wetting is lower than 98%, wherein the temperature of the loosening and wetting treatment is 50-65 ℃, and the moisture content of the tobacco leaves is less than or equal to 20%;
step (2-6): drying the moistened leaf raw material to obtain a dried raw material with the moisture content of 11% -13%;
step (2-7): and packaging and boxing the dried raw materials to obtain a formula module.
7. The tobacco leaf full-recipe module processing method according to claim 6, wherein the temperature of the loose moistening treatment in the step (2-5) is 50 ℃ to 63 ℃, and the moisture content of the tobacco leaves is 16% to 18%.
