Description

Comprehensive plant disinfectant
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a comprehensive plant disinfectant.
Background
The current disinfectant can be used in different types according to different use environments, for example, 70% -75% alcohol is used for disinfecting skin and medical instruments, but not for disinfecting mucous membranes and large wound surfaces. Also included are peroxyacetic acid, 84 sterilizing fluids, and the like. Wherein, the peracetic acid can make the skin rough after long-term contact, has corrosive action on steel, brass, aluminum and other metals, and can bleach or fade the fabrics. The effective component of the 84 disinfectant is sodium hypochlorite, and the yellow green transparent liquid is alkaline, volatile, pungent and soluble in water. Is a strong oxidant, has strong corrosivity, has a bleaching effect and poor stability.
The traditional Chinese herbal medicine has the characteristics of remarkable broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, strong sterilizing capability, high acting speed, good stability, low toxicity, small corrosivity and irritation, safety to human and animals, low environmental pollution degree and the like, and further research on the plant type disinfectant is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a safe and effective comprehensive plant disinfectant which can be used for public disinfection, skin disinfection, colony house deodorization disinfection, etc.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a comprehensive plant disinfectant, which comprises the following components: cinnamomum zeylanicum, caraway, litsea cubeba, cinnamon, basil, valeriana jatamansi, tagetes erecta, litsea cubeba, star anise, chicken liver powder, mirabilis, elsholtzia, corium elegans, amomum cardamomum, girald rush, coriander, rhubarb, turmeric, acorus calamus and artemisia annua; or the plant disinfectant comprises the following components: ceylon cinnamon volatile oil, caraway volatile oil, litsea cubeba volatile oil, cinnamon volatile oil, basil volatile oil, valeriana jatamansi volatile oil, marigold volatile oil, litsea cubeba volatile oil, star anise volatile oil, chicken liver volatile oil, Peru essence volatile oil, elsholtzia rugulosa volatile oil, Chinese wampee volatile oil, amomum cardamomum volatile oil, tarragon volatile oil, Chinese parsley volatile oil, coriander volatile oil, rhubarb volatile oil, turmeric volatile oil, acorus calamus volatile oil and artemisia annua volatile oil.
Along with the change of natural environment, more breeding spaces are created for fungi and viruses, the health of people and livestock is directly threatened, and no good medicine is available in international prevention, control and treatment. The chemical agents such as alcohol, glutaraldehyde, 84 disinfectant, kaempferol and the like which are commonly used in clinic at present have inhibitory action on bacteria and partial fungi, but have weak or even ineffective action on most pathogenic fungi and viruses.
In the face of increasingly complex and variable epidemic situations, the research of Chinese herbal medicines with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects and for treating epidemic diseases and infectious diseases is one of the main scientific research tasks. In recent 20 years, the inventor has carried out bacteriostasis and antivirus research on 176 Chinese herbal medicines with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects in the southwest region, and 22 Chinese herbal medicines with strong broad-spectrum antifungal effect and virus inactivation effect are provided.
1. Selection of strains: candida albicans (Candida albicans), Candida tropicalis (Candida tropicalis), Candida quarternary (Candida guilliermondii), Candida parapsilosis (Candida parapsilosis), Candida krusei (Candida krusei), Cryptococcus neoformans (Cryptococcus neoformans), Trichophyton schoenlini (Trichophyton schoenleini), Rhodotorula rubra (Rhodotorula rosea), Trichophyton rubrum (Trichophyton rubrum), Trichophyton gypseum (Trichophyton gypsophilum), Phanerochaete Phiales (Phialophora pisoi), Phaneratitis pigmentosa (Phiala dermatitiditis).
2. Preparation of culture Medium
The culture medium is modified Saxaphyr medium (special culture medium for mold).
Weighing 17 g of improved Shapauo's medium, adding 1000 ml of sterile water for injection, heating to dissolve, and sterilizing for later use.
3. Preparation of stock solution of strain
Under the aseptic condition, each strain is respectively inoculated in a test tube containing 100 ml of a sterilization culture medium, the strain is shaken up and cultured for 48 hours at 25 ℃, and the dilution concentration of different strains during the experiment is as follows:
candida albicans: 10-4Candida tropicalis 10-4Monilia guilliermondii 10-4Candida parapsilosis 10-4Candida krusei 10-4Cryptococcus neoformans 10-4Trichophyton fulvum 10-2Red yeast 10-2Trichophyton rubrum 10-2Trichophyton gypseum 10-2Perishi chromomycete 10-2Dermatitis pigmented mold 10-2
