Abstract

The electronic device provides a different antenna structure design than existing electronic devices.

Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of communication, and particularly relates to an electronic device.
Background
With the rapid development of electronic devices, the electronic devices are more and more widely used, and the electronic devices such as mobile phones and tablet computers play more and more roles in the work, life, entertainment and the like of people.
An antenna of an electronic device is one of important components for realizing the communication function of the electronic device, and therefore, the structural design of the antenna is very important for improving the use experience of the electronic device. Currently, an antenna of an electronic device is disposed at a top or bottom position of a middle frame of the electronic device.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of embodiments of the present application to provide an electronic device that provides a different antenna structure design than existing electronic devices.
In order to solve the technical problem, the present application is implemented as follows:
an electronic device, comprising:
the middle frame is provided with a side key mounting hole;
the side key is movably arranged in the side key mounting hole and comprises a metal part, and the metal part is provided with a first circuit board connecting part;
the antenna circuit board, the first end of antenna circuit board is equipped with the feed point connecting portion, the second end of antenna circuit board is equipped with first side key connecting portion, first side key connecting portion with first circuit board connecting portion link to each other and the electricity leads to, so that the metal part is as electronic equipment's first communication antenna.
In the embodiment of the application, the side key is provided with the metal part which is connected with the antenna circuit board and is electrically conducted, so that the side key is used as a first communication antenna of the electronic equipment. The embodiment enables the side key to realize the key function of the side key and also can be used as an antenna, thereby providing an antenna structure different from the existing electronic equipment.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application may be practiced in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the terms "first," "second," and the like are generally used herein in a generic sense and do not limit the number of terms, e.g., the first term can be one or more than one. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application discloses an electronic device, which includes a middle frame 100, a side key 200, an antenna circuit board 300, and a main board.
The middle frame 100 may serve as a mounting base for other components, and the middle frame 100 is provided with side key mounting holes 110, and the side key mounting holes 110 are used for mounting side keys 200, which may be opened at the side of the middle frame 100. The side key 200 is movably installed in the side key installation hole 110, and when a user presses the side key 200, the side key 200 can move relative to the middle frame 100 to be electrically connected with the main board disposed in the middle frame 100, thereby implementing a key function. The side key 200 includes a metal part 210, and the metal part 210 is provided with a first circuit board connection part 211, and the first circuit board connection part 211 is used to realize the connection between the metal part 210 and the antenna circuit board 300.
The antenna circuit board 300 is disposed in the middle frame 100, and optionally, the antenna circuit board 300 may be adhered to the middle frame 100 by a second adhesive member 400, where the second adhesive member 400 may be a double-sided tape, may also be glue, and may also be another component having an adhesive function. The first end of the antenna circuit board 300 is provided with a feed point connecting portion 310, the feed point connecting portion 310 is used for being connected and electrically conducted with a feed point on a main board of the electronic device, the second end of the antenna circuit board 300 is provided with a first side key connecting portion 320, the first side key connecting portion 320 is connected and electrically conducted with the first circuit board connecting portion 211, and thus the connection between the metal portion 210 of the side key 200 and the feed point of the main board can be realized, so that the metal portion 210 of the side key 200 serves as a first communication antenna of the electronic device. This embodiment enables the side key 200 to realize both the key function of its own and the use as an antenna, thereby providing an antenna structure different from existing electronic devices.
Meanwhile, no matter the user transversely holds the electronic equipment or vertically holds the electronic equipment, the hand of the user is not easy to touch the side key 200 for a long time, so that the influence on the first communication antenna is as small as possible, the stability of the first communication antenna is improved, and the communication performance of the electronic equipment is further enhanced.
The structure of the first side key connection portion 320 may be flexibly configured, for example, the first side key connection portion 320 may be a pad, and in order to further improve the connection reliability, in other embodiments, the first side key connection portion 320 may include a first elastic sheet, and the first circuit board connection portion 211 includes a first groove, and the first elastic sheet is installed in the first groove. The first elastic sheet can deform after being stressed, when the first elastic sheet is installed in the first groove, the first groove applies acting force to the first elastic sheet, the first elastic sheet deforms, the first elastic sheet tends to recover deformation, and reaction force is applied to the metal part 210, so that the first elastic sheet can be attached to the inner surface of the first groove more firmly, the first elastic sheet is more reliable in connection with the metal part 210, and the reliability of electric conduction between the first elastic sheet and the metal part is improved.
Above-mentioned first shell fragment can only be through the produced reaction force card in first recess after the elastic deformation, however, the user often can appear rocking, circumstances such as collision in the in-process of using electronic equipment, and then leads to first shell fragment and metal part 210 to break away from easily, for solving this problem, can make first shell fragment and metal part 210 bond through first bonding piece 330 to make first shell fragment and metal part 210 link together more firmly through first bonding piece 330. The first adhesive member 330 may be a double-sided tape, a glue, or other members with adhesive function.
The first elastic sheet may be V-shaped, and in order to further improve the reliability of the first elastic sheet after being connected to the metal portion 210, optionally, the first elastic sheet includes a first plane section 321, a second plane section 322, a bending section 323, and a third plane section 324, which are connected in sequence, the first plane section 321 is bonded to the metal portion 210 by a first bonding member 330, the second plane section 322 is perpendicular to the first plane section 321, the third plane section 324 is parallel to the second plane section 322, and the third plane section 324 and the bending section 323 are both abutted against the inner wall of the first groove. The first plane section 321 may be connected to a surface of the metal part 210 facing the inside of the middle frame 100, and the surface may be a plane, so that the connection area between the first plane section 321 and the metal part 210 is larger, and the two can be connected more reliably. The second plane section 322 can realize the transitional connection between the bending section 323 and the first plane section 321, and prevent the stress concentration problem which easily occurs when the first plane section 321 is directly connected with the bending section 323, so as to improve the structural strength of the whole first elastic sheet. The first elastic sheet has elastic deformation capability due to the arrangement of the bending section 323, the bending section 323 can be a curved surface structure with any shape, and optionally, in order to facilitate processing and manufacturing and improve the structural strength of the first elastic sheet, the bending section 323 can be an arc-shaped section. The third plane section 324 may contact with an inner wall of the first groove, and a portion of the inner wall of the first groove, which is used for contacting with the third plane section 324, may be configured to be a plane, so as to increase a contact area of the third plane section 324 and the first groove, thereby improving connection reliability of the first elastic sheet and the metal part 210.
The shape of the metal part 210 may be adapted to the shape of the side key mounting hole 110, alternatively, the side key mounting hole 110 may be a bar-shaped hole, and correspondingly, the metal part 210 may have a bar-shaped structure, that is, the size of the metal part 210 in the extending direction of the side key mounting hole 110 is the largest. At this time, the end of the metal part 210 along the extending direction thereof is provided with the first circuit board connecting part 211, and when the side key 200 is installed in the side key installation hole 110, the distance between the end and the antenna circuit board 300 is relatively smaller, so that the first circuit board connecting part 211 is arranged at the end of the metal part 210, which is more beneficial to the connection between the metal part 210 and the electric wire circuit board, and meanwhile, the probability of interference between the connecting structure between the metal part 210 and the antenna circuit board 300 and other parts can be reduced, thereby improving the assembling reliability of the side key 200.
Further, the side key 200 may further include a side key circuit board, a first pressing piece 230 and a second pressing piece 240, the side key circuit board is disposed in the middle frame 100 and electrically connected to the main board, the first pressing piece 230 and the second pressing piece 240 are respectively disposed corresponding to two ends of the metal portion 210, and when the side key 200 is pressed by a user, the first pressing piece 230 and the second pressing piece 240 are driven by the metal portion 210 to move and contact and conduct with corresponding contacts on the side key circuit board, thereby implementing a function of the side key 200. Alternatively, the first and second pressing members 230 and 240 may employ an elastic structure member, thereby providing a buffering action.
In addition, the side key 200 may further include a bracket 250, the bracket 250 is adhered to the inner frame 100 by a third adhesive member 260, and the bracket 250 may be in a position-limited fit with the metal part 210, so as to limit the position of the metal part 210 and prevent the metal part 210 from being separated from the inner frame 100. Optionally, the third adhesive member 260 may be a double-sided tape, a glue, or other members with an adhesive function; the bracket 250 may have an L-shaped structure, one portion of which is bonded to the middle frame 100 by the third bonding member 260, and the other portion of which is in limit fit with the metal part 210.
The side key mounting holes 110 may be integrally formed through holes, that is, the middle frame 100 may be formed with the side key mounting holes 110 having a larger size, and the metal part 210 may be integrally mounted in the side key mounting holes 110. However, this structure may cause a reduction in the structural strength of the middle frame 100. For this, in an alternative embodiment, the side key mounting hole 110 includes a first through hole 111 and a second through hole 112, the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 112 are arranged at intervals, one end of the metal part 210 is provided with a first protrusion 212, the other end of the metal part 210 is provided with a second protrusion 213, the first protrusion 212 is disposed in the first through hole 111, the second protrusion 213 is disposed in the second through hole 112, and the first protrusion 212 or the second protrusion 213 is provided with a first circuit board connecting portion 211. After the arrangement, the area of the side surface of the middle frame 100 occupied by the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 112 is much smaller than the area of the side surface of the middle frame 100 occupied by the whole metal part 210, so that the influence of the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 112 on the structural strength of the middle frame 100 is small, and therefore the structural strength of the middle frame 100 can be improved by the embodiment.
In order to better mount the side key 200, the side key mounting hole 110 further includes a communication hole 113, the communication hole 113 may be opened at an outer surface of the middle frame 100, and the communication hole 113 may cover the first and second through holes 111 and 112 such that the first and second through holes 111 and 112 communicate through the communication hole 113. With this structure, since a part of the structure of the middle frame 100 still exists between the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 112, the structural strength of the middle frame 100 is not greatly affected, and at the same time, since a part of the side key 200 is located in the communication hole 113, and the size of the communication hole 113 is larger, a larger part of the side key 200 can be accommodated, thereby improving the installation strength of the side key 200, and simultaneously providing a guide for the movement of the side key 200 relative to the middle frame 100, so as to improve the smoothness when the user operates the side key 200.
Further, the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 112 may be both configured as strip-shaped holes, and both may be configured along the extending direction of the edge of the middle frame 100, so as to not only ensure the connection strength of the metal portion 210 and the middle frame 100, but also further reduce the width of the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 112, thereby alleviating the adverse effect of the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 112 on the structural strength of the middle frame 100.
The side key 200 is not pressed and is in a free state, and when the side key 200 is in the free state, the metal part 210 may be protruded with respect to the outer surface of the middle frame 100, may be recessed with respect to the outer surface of the middle frame 100, or may be flush with the outer surface of the middle frame 100. In contrast, when the side key 200 is in the free state, the metal part 210 protrudes relative to the outer surface of the middle frame 100, which not only facilitates the user to accurately find the side key 200, but also weakens the adverse effect of the middle frame 100 on the ability of the metal part 210 to transmit and receive signals, thereby improving the performance of the first communication antenna.
In an alternative embodiment, the middle frame 100 is a metal middle frame, the side key 200 further includes an insulating portion 220, the insulating portion 220 is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the metal portion 210, and the insulating portion 220 is located between the metal portion 210 and an inner wall of the side key mounting hole 110, so that the insulating portion 220 can realize insulation between the metal portion 210 and the middle frame 100, thereby improving performance of the first communication antenna and safety of the electronic device.
In another alternative embodiment, the middle frame 100 is a non-metal middle frame, and in this case, even if the metal portion 210 is in direct contact with the middle frame 100, the middle frame 100 and the metal portion 210 are not electrically conducted, so that the metal portion 210 may be in direct contact with the middle frame 100 in this structure. It should be noted that, the metal portion 210 is in contact with the middle frame 100, and does not mean that the metal portion 210 is in contact with the middle frame 100 all the time, but other spacing structures are not required to be arranged between the metal portion 210 and the middle frame 100, and the metal portion 210 and the middle frame 100 can be in contact with each other, specifically, in a short time or in a long time during the use of the electronic device.
Optionally, the middle frame 100 is further provided with a connecting plate 120, the main board of the electronic device is provided with a second elastic sheet, the connecting plate 120 is disposed corresponding to the second elastic sheet, the first end of the antenna circuit board 300 is connected to the connecting plate 120, and the first end is located between the connecting plate 120 and the second elastic sheet. In the process of assembling the electronic device, the first end of the antenna circuit board 300 and the second elastic sheet may be pressed by the connection plate 120, so that the second elastic sheet and the antenna circuit board 300 are electrically conducted more reliably; meanwhile, the second elastic sheet has elastic deformation capability, so that the second elastic sheet can be more reliably connected with the antenna circuit board 300.
The same side key 200 may be used as only the first communication antenna, but in order to further optimize the function of the side key 200, the metal part 210 of the same side key 200 may further be provided with a second circuit board connection part, and the third end of the antenna circuit board 300 is provided with a second side key connection part, which is connected and electrically communicated with the second circuit board connection part, so that the metal part 210 serves as a second communication antenna of the electronic device. The frequency bands of the first communication antenna and the second communication antenna can be different, so that the first communication antenna and the second communication antenna can realize communication under different frequency bands. The embodiment can more fully utilize the side key 200 to realize more diversified communication functions, thereby better meeting the use requirements of users.
The number of the side keys 200 may be one, or at least two, and when the number of the side keys 200 is at least two, at least two of the side keys 200 are respectively connected to the antenna circuit board 300, so that different side keys 200 are used as different communication antennas of the electronic device. That is, at least two side keys 200 may be respectively connected to the antenna circuit board 300, so that the at least two side keys 200 form different communication antennas, thereby improving communication performance of the electronic device.
In the embodiment of the present application, the side key 200 may include at least one of a volume key, an on/off key, and a smart identification key, and of course, the side key 200 may further include other keys, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. In addition, the first communication antenna may include at least one of a WIFI antenna, a 5G antenna, and a GPS antenna, and similarly, the second communication antenna may include at least one of a WIFI antenna, a 5G antenna, and a GPS antenna, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
The electronic device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, an electronic book reader, a wearable device (e.g., a smart watch), an electronic game machine, and the like, and the specific kind of the electronic device is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
While the present embodiments have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the precise embodiments described above, which are meant to be illustrative and not restrictive, and that various changes may be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (12)
1. An electronic device, comprising:
the middle frame is provided with a side key mounting hole;
the side key is movably arranged in the side key mounting hole and comprises a metal part, and the metal part is provided with a first circuit board connecting part;
the antenna circuit board, the first end of antenna circuit board is equipped with the feed point connecting portion, the second end of antenna circuit board is equipped with first side key connecting portion, first side key connecting portion with first circuit board connecting portion link to each other and the electricity leads to, so that the metal part is as electronic equipment's first communication antenna.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the first side key connection portion comprises a first spring, the first circuit board connection portion comprises a first groove, and the first spring is mounted in the first groove.
3. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the first resilient tab is bonded to the metal portion by a first bonding member.
4. The electronic device according to claim 3, wherein the first elastic sheet comprises a first plane section, a second plane section, a bending section and a third plane section which are connected in sequence, the first plane section is bonded with the metal part through the first bonding piece, the second plane section is perpendicular to the first plane section, the third plane section is parallel to the second plane section, and the third plane section and the bending section are both abutted against the inner wall of the first groove.
5. The electronic apparatus according to claim 1, wherein an end of the metal portion in a direction in which the metal portion extends is provided with the first circuit board connection portion.
6. The electronic device according to claim 5, wherein the side key mounting hole includes a first through hole and a second through hole, the first through hole and the second through hole are arranged at intervals, one end of the metal portion is provided with a first protrusion, the other end of the metal portion is provided with a second protrusion, the first protrusion is arranged in the first through hole, the second protrusion is arranged in the second through hole, and the first protrusion or the second protrusion is provided with the first circuit board connection portion.
7. The electronic device according to claim 1, wherein the metal portion protrudes with respect to an outer surface of the middle frame with the side key in a free state.
8. The electronic device according to claim 1, wherein the middle frame is a metal middle frame, and the side key further includes an insulating portion provided on an outer peripheral surface of the metal portion, the insulating portion being located between the metal portion and an inner wall of the side key mounting hole.
9. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the middle frame is a non-metallic middle frame, and the metal portion is in contact with the middle frame.
10. The electronic device according to claim 1, wherein the middle frame is further provided with a connecting plate, a main board of the electronic device is provided with a second elastic sheet, the connecting plate is arranged corresponding to the second elastic sheet, the first end is connected with the connecting plate, and the first end is located between the connecting plate and the second elastic sheet.
11. The electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the metal portion of the same side key is further provided with a second circuit board connecting portion, and the third end of the antenna circuit board is provided with a second side key connecting portion connected to and electrically communicated with the second circuit board connecting portion, so that the metal portion serves as a second communication antenna of the electronic device.
12. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the number of the side keys is at least two, and at least two of the side keys are respectively connected to the antenna circuit board, so that different side keys can be used as different communication antennas of the electronic device.
