The management method of the intelligent electronic commerce online management system is characterized in that the intelligent electronic commerce online management system comprises a comprehensive management server (1) based on big data, a cloud storage platform (2), a PC control terminal (3), an APP control terminal (4) and a communication network (5), wherein the comprehensive management server (1) based on the big data is respectively in data connection with the cloud storage platform (2), the PC control terminal (3) and the APP control terminal (4) through the communication network (5), the PC control terminal (3) and the APP control terminal (4) are respectively in a plurality, and the PC control terminal (3) and the APP control terminal (4) are mutually in mixed connection through the communication network (5) to form a plurality of electronic commerce transaction local area networks; the comprehensive management server (1) based on the big data is internally provided with a bottom layer processing program layer based on cloud computing, an information input and output layer based on a control interface, a data scheduling layer based on a flash scheduler and a data storage layer of a distributed data storage, wherein the data storage layer of the distributed data storage is in data connection with a cloud storage platform (2) through a communication network (5);
the management method comprises the following steps:
s1, firstly, at least one comprehensive management server (1) based on big data is built at an e-commerce transaction provider, then a third-party service platform provides storage service of a cloud storage platform (2) for the comprehensive management server (1) based on big data, corresponding PC control terminals (3) and APP control terminals (4) are respectively configured for a management layer, a business layer and a warehouse layer which currently participate in an e-commerce system, and finally the comprehensive management server (1) based on big data distributes independent data communication addresses for the cloud storage platform (2), the PC control terminals (3) and the APP control terminals (4), and pushes e-commerce operation terminal programs for the PC control terminals (3) and the APP control terminals (4) to complete system configuration;
s2, firstly, management layer workers count according to workers, commodity information and logistics information participating in electronic commerce transactions, and store the statistics into a comprehensive management server (1) based on big data in a classified manner, meanwhile, an electronic commerce control interface and an electronic commerce data mapping file list are generated in the comprehensive management server (1) based on the big data according to the input related information, and the electronic commerce control interface is pushed to a PC control terminal (3) and an APP control terminal (4) to serve as a control interface of a business operation terminal program;
s3, managing e-commerce business, performing e-commerce activities, specifically including a personnel layer, a commodity layer, a logistics layer and an information feedback layer in the e-commerce management work;
a personnel layer: uniformly managing and identifying the identity identification information of electronic commerce platform management staff, electronic commerce merchant staff and electronic commerce transaction party staff participating in the electronic commerce activities, and acquiring and identifying merchant information;
a commodity layer: collecting commodity information, commodity transaction amount information and commodity transaction abnormal information which participate in electronic commerce transaction;
and (3) logistics layer: on one hand, the warehouses and inventory commodities recorded in the step S2 are counted, and the shipment quantity and the inventory quantity of each commodity are counted; on the other hand, the personnel layer and the commodity layer data are combined to monitor and collect commodity logistics channels, logistics time information and commodity states in the logistics process;
an information feedback layer: unified operational analysis is comprehensively carried out on data of a personnel layer, a commodity layer and a logistics layer, on one hand, personnel attendance, transaction amount, transaction success rate and transaction commodity selection tendency are obtained for analysis, and marking and early warning are carried out on personnel with abnormal working behaviors; on the other hand, the commodity receiving and dispatching efficiency, commodity transaction and transportation channels, commodity quality and after-sale data in transaction activities are counted, the commodities with low transaction success rate are marked and early warned, the commodities with large transaction amount and insufficient inventory are marked and early warned, finally, management loopholes, hidden dangers and commodity sales service activities existing in the operation of an electronic commerce platform are simulated and analyzed, and at least two electronic commerce activity management plans in 7-60 days in the future are made;
s4, in the electronic commerce work, a PC control terminal (3) and an APP control terminal (4) which are newly added to the electronic commerce firstly send a registration request to the comprehensive management server (1) based on big data, and after the identity identification and authentication are completed through the comprehensive management server (1) based on big data, the comprehensive management server (1) based on big data distributes independent data communication addresses for the PC control terminal (3) and the APP control terminal (4) which are newly added to the electronic commerce, and then the step of S1 is returned to carry out electronic commerce transaction;
