The invention provides a blast furnace tuyere small jacket water temperature difference on-line monitoring system, which comprises a water inlet pipe temperature sensor, a water outlet pipe temperature sensor, a gateway module and a water outlet pipe, wherein the water inlet pipe temperature sensor is arranged on a blast furnace tuyere water inlet pipe; the invention judges the heat load of the tuyere small sleeve of the blast furnace according to the water inlet and outlet temperature difference of the tuyere small sleeve, timely masters the working state of the tuyere of the blast furnace, and automatically adjusts the water outlet flow rate and the water outlet pressure of the water pump by using the frequency converter, thereby adjusting the water cooling speed of the tuyere small sleeve of the blast furnace, preventing the water leakage of the tuyere from burning through accidents in advance and avoiding the water leakage of the tuyere from happening.

Background
The tuyere burnthrough caused by the blast furnace tuyere burning leakage is the most serious safety production accident in the blast furnace ironmaking production. The blast furnace tuyere burning-through accident caused by normal production of the blast furnace has serious consequences. The tuyere small set temperature difference on-line alarm system is one of the important technological measures for ensuring the safe production of blast furnace. The technology mainly judges the thermal load of the blast furnace tuyere small sleeve according to the temperature difference of water inlet and outlet of the tuyere small sleeve, timely masters the working state of the blast furnace tuyere, prevents the tuyere from leaking water and burns through accidents in advance.

Once a burnthrough accident occurs, a large amount of red-hot furnace burden is sprayed out of the furnace, the blast furnace is emergently shut down, large-area slag filling at the tuyere and other unforeseen accidents are caused, when the temperature difference exceeds a set range value, an alarm automatically alarms to remind workers of finding the cause of the problem and discharge hidden dangers, and meanwhile, a central processing unit outputs a signal to control a frequency converter, so that the rotating speed of a motor is adjusted, the flow rate and the water outlet pressure of a water pump are improved, the water cooling and cooling speed is accelerated, the purpose of rapidly reducing a small tuyere sleeve of the blast furnace is achieved, the heat load of the small tuyere sleeve of the blast furnace is judged according to the temperature difference of inlet and outlet water of the small tuyere sleeve, the working state of the tuyere of the blast furnace is grasped in time, advance prevention is achieved, the occurrence of the burnthrough accident due to water leakage at the tuyere is avoided, and the safe operation of the blast furnace is ensured.
