The sliding stroke of the first sliding block 5 on the surface of the sliding groove 4 is adjusted through the clamping blocks which are fixedly connected with the sliding groove 4 through bolts, so that the residue scraping gap between the scraping plate 13 and the ink roller mechanism 14 is controlled, the scraping plate 13 with too small gap is prevented from damaging rubber cloth of the ink roller mechanism 14, and simultaneously, the scraping plate 13 with incomplete residue scraping caused by too large gap is prevented.
The surperficial sliding connection of spout 4 has first slider 5, the fixed surface of first slider 5 is connected with slide 6, the surperficial rotation of slide 6 is connected with third runner 7, the surperficial rotation of slide 6 is connected with first leading wheel 8, first leading wheel 8 is provided with two, rotate the surface of connecting at slide 6 respectively, and the center of these two first leading wheels 8 is on same vertical straight line, the fixed surface of slide 6 is connected with guide rail 9, the sliding surface of guide rail 9 is connected with second slider 10, the surface rotation of second slider 10 is connected with second leading wheel 11, second leading wheel 11 is provided with two, rotate the surface of connecting at second slider 10 respectively.
The second runner 3, the third runner 7, the first guide wheel 8 and the second guide wheel 11 are driven to rotate by the first runner 2 runner and a belt arranged on the surface of the first runner, so that the sliding plate 6 and the scraper 13 slide along the surface of the sliding groove 4, the scraper 13 is close to the ink roller mechanism 14, the slag on the surface of the scraper is scraped on the scraper 13 under the rotation of the ink roller mechanism 14, the aim of scraping the deposited slag on the surface of the rubber cloth in time is achieved, the influence on printing due to the accumulation of the slag on the surface of the rubber cloth is prevented, and the printing efficiency and the quality are improved.
The surface of the second sliding block 10 is fixedly connected with a scraping blade 12, the size of the scraping blade 12 is matched with the vertical distance between the scraping blade 12 and the scraping blade 13 and the length of the guide rail 9, the scraping blade 12 is connected to the surface of the scraping blade 13 in a sliding mode, the surface of the sliding plate 6 is fixedly connected with the scraping blade 13, an ink roller mechanism 14 is arranged inside the base 1, and a waste trough 15 is arranged inside the base 1.

During the working process and principle, when the surface of an ink roller mechanism 14 of an offset press is scraped and cleaned, firstly, a gap between a scraping plate 13 fixedly connected to the surface of a sliding plate 6 and the ink roller mechanism 14 arranged in a base 1 is adjusted, and specifically, a first rotating wheel 2 rotationally connected to the surface of the base 1 is driven, so that the first rotating wheel 2 rotates and drives a second rotating wheel 3 rotationally connected to the surface of the base 1 and a third rotating wheel 7 and a first guide wheel 8 rotationally connected to the surface of a second sliding block 10 through a belt arranged on the surface of the first rotating wheel 2 to rotate, so that the sliding plate 6 fixedly connected to the surface of the first sliding block 5 and the first sliding block 5 slide along a sliding groove 4 formed in the surface of the base 1, and at the moment, the scraping plate 13 fixedly connected to the surface of the sliding plate 6 moves along with the sliding plate 6 and is close to the ink roller mechanism 14 arranged in the base 1.
When the scraper 13 is close to the ink roller mechanism 14 and the gap between the scraper 13 and the ink roller mechanism 14 is in a proper position, the first rotating wheel 2 connected to the surface of the base 1 is stopped from being driven to rotate, the clamping block arranged on the surface of the sliding groove 4 is attached to the first sliding block 5 connected to the surface of the sliding groove 4 in a sliding mode, the clamping block is fastened to the surface of the sliding groove 4 through the bolt arranged on the surface of the clamping block, and the gap between the scraper 13 and the ink roller mechanism 14 is adjusted.

After the scraping plate 13 scrapes off the slag materials deposited on the surface of the inker mechanism 14, as the first rotating wheel 2 continuously rotates, the first sliding block 5 which is connected to the surface of the sliding chute 4 in a sliding way is interfered by the block arranged on the surface of the sliding chute 4, the second guide wheel 11 which is connected to the surface of the second sliding block 10 in a rotating way is driven by the belt to rotate and pull the second sliding block 10 to slide along the surface of the guide rail 9, the second sliding block 10 drives the scraping blade 12 which is fixedly connected to the surface of the second sliding block to move in a sliding way, and the scraping blade 12 slides on the surface of the scraping plate 13, so that the scraping blade 12 cleans the slag materials scraped from the surface of the inker mechanism 14 by the scraping plate 12 into the waste chute 15 arranged in the base 1.
The sliding plate 6 will reciprocate along the surface of the chute 4 as the first rotating wheel 2 which is rotatably connected with the surface of the base 1 continuously rotates, and the second sliding block 10 will also reciprocate under the action of the belt when the sliding plate 6 turns, so as to clean the slag on the surface of the ink roller mechanism 14 in time.
