Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of gravure roller cleaning, in particular to an online cleaning device for a gravure roller.
Background
The gravure roller is a fitting for printing characters and images. Modern printing presses typically consist of mechanisms for plating, inking, stamping, feeding (including folding), etc. The working principle is as follows: the characters and images to be printed are made into printing plate, then it is mounted on the printing machine, then the ink is coated on the position of the characters and images on the printing plate by manual or printing machine, then it is directly or indirectly transferred on the paper or other printing material (such as textile, metal plate, plastics, leather, wood plate, glass and ceramic) so as to reproduce the same printed matter as the printing plate.
After the printing machine coats the ink on the surface of the gravure roller, the ink is transferred to a printing stock when the gravure roller rotates, in the long-time use process, part of oil film is accumulated on the surface of the gravure roller, or in the groove of the gravure roller, if the gravure roller is not timely cleaned, the pattern is easily changed in the transfer process, and the whole transfer effect is influenced. The online roller body cleaning device can clean the surface of a roller body smeared in the production process; although the cleaning of the concave roller is realized, the following disadvantages exist in the cleaning:
firstly, when the gravure roller rotates, the wiping roller is attached to rotate to wipe, so that wiping is performed once every rotation, the residual oil film on the surface of the gravure roller cannot be secondarily utilized, and meanwhile, when the gravure roller is used, lint on the surface of the wiping roller needs to be frequently replaced, so that secondary pollution to the gravure roller caused by the oil film on the surface of the lint is avoided;
secondly, the oil film at the concave part of the gravure roller can not be cleaned in the cleaning process, and only the convex surface can be cleaned, so that the oil film accumulated in the groove flows to the surface of a printing stock under the action of gravity when rotating to the lower part, and the transfer effect is further influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the online cleaning device for the gravure roller, which is convenient to adjust and use, has a good cleaning effect and can be used for deeply cleaning.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an online cleaning device for a gravure roller comprises a printing machine, wherein the printing machine comprises two symmetrical and vertically installed supports and a gravure roller rotatably connected between the two supports;
a cleaning device is vertically connected between the two brackets in a sliding manner;
the cleaning device comprises an arc-shaped plate attached to the upper surface of the concave roller and sliding blocks connected with the two supports in a vertical sliding mode, a horizontal screw rod is rotatably connected between the two sliding blocks, and the arc-shaped plate is in threaded connection with the horizontal screw rod and is coaxially set with the concave roller;
the cleaning device comprises an extrusion disc which is coaxially arranged with the horizontal screw rod, and the extrusion disc can be attached to the upper surface of the concave roller;
two the slider top is installed vertical sliding connection's crane.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the printing machine comprises supporting plates arranged at the lower ends of two supports, and the two supporting plates are vertically provided with sliding rails matched with the sliding blocks for sliding.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the arc-shaped plate comprises a brush which is arranged on the lower surface and can be attached to the concave roller and a sponge plate which is arranged on one side of the brush.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the two groups of brushes are respectively arranged on two sides of the lower surface of the arc-shaped plate, and the sponge plate is arranged between the two groups of brushes.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the two groups of brushes and the sponge plates are adhered to the lower surface of the arc-shaped plate through magic tapes.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the cleaning device comprises an outer sleeve, a spring and a movable block, wherein the outer sleeve is arranged between a horizontal screw and an arc-shaped plate, the movable block is connected with the outer sleeve in a vertical sliding manner, the spring is connected between the outer sleeve and the movable block, the outer sleeve is fixedly arranged with the arc-shaped plate, and the movable block is in threaded connection with the horizontal screw.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the lifting frame comprises two upright posts fixedly mounted with the sliding block, the upright posts are vertically and slidably connected with the supports, a horizontal rod is connected between the tops of the two upright posts, the horizontal rod is vertically and threadedly connected with a vertical screw rod, and the lower end of the vertical screw rod is rotatably connected with the fixing plates above the two supports.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the top of the vertical screw is provided with a hand crank.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can achieve the following beneficial effects:
1. through the arranged arc plate, the brush and the sponge plate, the crank is rotated clockwise, the crank drives the vertical screw to rotate clockwise, the vertical screw is connected with the fixed plate at the top of the bracket in a rotating way, so that the horizontal rod slides downwards in the rotating process of the vertical screw, the sliding blocks slide downwards in the sliding rail through the vertical rods, the horizontal screw between the two sliding blocks is driven to move downwards, the lower surface of the extrusion disc at one end of the horizontal screw is in contact with the upper surface of the concave roller, meanwhile, the brush and the sponge plate are abutted against the upper surface of the concave roller, then, the motor is powered on and drives the concave roller to rotate, when the concave roller rotates, the extrusion disc and the horizontal screw are driven to rotate, and then, the concave roller is connected with the horizontal screw through the movable block in a threaded way, when the concave roller rotates, the arc plate slides in the axial direction of the concave roller, and the rotating concave roller is cleaned through the brush and the sponge plate, after moving to the other end, make concave roller antiport, and then make the arc do the return motion, above action repeated reciprocating motion, and then effectual surface to concave roller clears up.
2. Through the outer tube, interior sleeve pipe, the spring that set up, when brush, the sponge board of arc lower surface and concave roller contact, through spring coupling between outer tube and movable block, when the arc was cleared up concave roller, the laminating degree between arc and the concave roller of being convenient for, elasticity through the spring is kick-backed, the shrink effort, has improved clean effect, and improves the elastic connection between arc and the concave roller.
3. With arc downstream when needing to be clean, alright realized the cleanness to the concave roller, simultaneously through the effect of brush, be convenient for clean the groove to the concave roller to strike off through the sponge board, clean effectual, and can be convenient for accomodate to the top of support, do not influence the normal use of concave roller.

The present invention will be further described with reference to specific embodiments for the purpose of facilitating an understanding of technical means, characteristics of creation, objectives and functions realized by the present invention, but the following embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to be exhaustive. as shown in fig. 1-5, the invention provides an online cleaning device for a gravure roller, which comprises a printing machine 1, wherein the printing machine 1 comprises two symmetrical and vertically installed brackets 11 and a gravure roller 13 rotatably connected between the two brackets 11; a cleaning device 2 is vertically connected between the two brackets 11 in a sliding manner; the cleaning device 2 comprises an arc-shaped plate 21 attached to the upper surface of the concave roller 13 and sliding blocks 26 connected with the two supports 11 in a vertical sliding mode, a horizontal screw 23 is connected between the two sliding blocks 26 in a rotating mode, and the arc-shaped plate 21 is in threaded connection with the horizontal screw 23 and is coaxially set with the concave roller 13; the cleaning device 2 comprises an extrusion disc 231 coaxially arranged with the horizontal screw 23, and the extrusion disc 231 can be attached to the upper surface of the concave roller 13; a lifting frame 3 which is vertically connected in a sliding way is arranged above the two sliding blocks 26.
When in use, the brushes 24 are stuck on the two sides of the lower surface of the arc-shaped plate 21, the sponge plate 25 is arranged between the two brushes 24, the arc-shaped plate 21 is stretched above the bracket 11 through the lifting frame 3, and when the concave roller 13 needs to be cleaned;
the hand crank 331 is rotated clockwise, the hand crank 331 drives the vertical screw 33 to rotate clockwise, the vertical screw 33 is connected with the fixing plate at the top of the bracket 11 in a rotating manner, so that the horizontal rod 32 slides downwards in the rotating process of the vertical screw 33, the sliding blocks 26 slide downwards in the sliding rail 111 through the upright rods 31, the horizontal screw 23 between the two sliding blocks 26 is driven to move downwards, the lower surface of the extrusion disc 231 at one end of the horizontal screw 23 is contacted with the upper surface of the concave roller 13, meanwhile, the hairbrush 24 and the sponge plate 25 are abutted against the upper surface of the concave roller 13, then, the motor is powered on and drives the concave roller 13 to rotate, when the concave roller 13 rotates, the extrusion disc 231 and the horizontal screw 23 are driven to rotate, and further, the extrusion disc is connected with the horizontal screw 23 through the movable block 22, when the concave roller 13 rotates, the arc-shaped plate 21 slides in the axial direction of the concave roller 13, and the rotating concave roller 13 is cleaned through the hairbrush 24 and the sponge plate 25, when the arc plate moves to the other end, the concave roller 13 rotates reversely, the arc plate 21 returns, the reciprocating motion is repeated, and the surface of the concave roller 13 is cleaned effectively;
with arc 21 downstream when needing to be clean, alright realized the cleanness to concave roller 13, simultaneously through the effect of brush 24, be convenient for clean concave roller 13's groove to strike off through sponge board 25, clean effectual, and can be convenient for accomodate to the top of support 11, do not influence concave roller 13's normal use.
In other embodiments, the printing machine 1 includes the support plate 12 installed at the lower end of the two brackets 11, so as to prevent the printing stock from being printed between the support plate 12 and the concave roller 13, the two support plates 12 are vertically provided with the slide rail 111 adapted to slide with the slider 26, the slide rail 111 and the slider 26 slide in a matching manner, so that the guide is facilitated when the slider 26 slides vertically, and the stability during sliding is improved.
In other embodiments, the arc plate 21 comprises a brush 24 mounted on the lower surface and capable of being attached to the concave roller 13, and a sponge plate 25 mounted on one side of the brush 24, and the groove of the concave roller 13 is cleaned conveniently under the action of the brush 24 and is scraped off through the sponge plate 25, so that the cleaning effect is good.
In other embodiments, the two sets of brushes 24 are respectively disposed on two sides of the lower surface of the arc plate 21, and the sponge plate 25 is disposed between the two sets of brushes 24, so that the brushes 24 clean the groove and the surface of the concave roller 13 in the front direction and the sponge plate 25 in the rear direction in the reciprocating cleaning process of the arc plate 21.
In other embodiments, the two sets of brushes 24 and the sponge plate 25 are adhered to the lower surface of the arc plate 21 by hook and loop fasteners, so that the brushes 24 and the sponge plate 25 can be replaced and cleaned conveniently.
In other embodiments, the cleaning device 2 includes an outer sleeve 211 installed between the horizontal screw 23 and the arc plate 21, a spring 212, and a movable block 22, the movable block 22 is connected with the outer sleeve 211 in a vertical sliding manner, the spring 212 is connected between the outer sleeve 211 and the movable block 22, the outer sleeve 211 is fixedly installed with the arc plate 21, and the movable block 22 is connected with the horizontal screw 23 in a threaded manner.
When using, when brush 24, sponge board 25 and the contact of concave roller 13 of arc 21 lower surface, connect between outer tube 211 and movable block 22 through spring 212, when arc 21 is cleared up concave roller 13, the laminating degree between arc 21 and the concave roller 13 of being convenient for, elasticity through spring 212 is kick-backed, the shrink effort, has improved clean effect, and improves the elastic connection between arc 21 and the concave roller 13.
In other embodiments, the lifting frame 3 comprises two vertical rods 31 fixedly mounted with the sliding blocks 26, the vertical rods 31 are vertically and slidably connected with the brackets 11, a horizontal rod 32 is connected between the tops of the two vertical rods 31, the horizontal rod 32 is vertically and threadedly connected with a vertical screw 33, and the lower end of the vertical screw 33 is rotatably connected with a fixing plate above the two brackets 11.
Rotate crank 331, crank 331 drives vertical screw 33 and rotates, and vertical screw 33 rotates with the fixed plate at support 11 top to be connected, consequently makes horizontal rod 32 slide from top to bottom at vertical screw 33 pivoted in-process to make slider 26 slide from top to bottom in slide rail 111 is inside through pole setting 31, and two horizontal screw 23 that slider 26 drove between reciprocate, and then realized adjusting belt cleaning device 2 from top to bottom.
In other embodiments, a hand crank 331 is mounted on the top of the vertical screw 33 to facilitate rotation of the vertical screw 33.
