When the potato is cut, the seventh slider 115 is pulled leftwards, the seventh slider 115 drives the fifth connecting block 114 to move leftwards, the fifth connecting block 114 drives the second clamping block 112 to move downwards through the pull rope 117, the fourth spring 113 is compressed, when the second clamping block 112 does not clamp the first slider 3 any more, people can pull the seventh mounting block 111 leftwards, the seventh mounting block 111 drives the sixth slider 110 to move leftwards, the sixth slider 110 further pulls potato slices in the first slider 3 leftwards, so that people can collect the potato slices conveniently, after all the potato slices are pulled out, people can move the seventh mounting block 111 and the sixth slider 110 rightwards for reset, the seventh slider 115 can be loosened after the reset of the sixth slider 110 is completed, the fourth spring 113 drives the second clamping block 112 to reset, the second clamping block 112 continues to clamp the first slider 3, and the second clamping block 112 drives the fifth connecting block 114 and the seventh slider 115 to reset through the pull rope 117.
